@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Sid_Seixeiro @Rogers It’s why podcasts have taken off. Honest discussion. While media has tried to treat daily news as 60 second Entertainment Tonight stylized pieces, many people just want to hear people discuss and criticize issues openly

@RogersHelps No need, service was restored in my area not too long ago. Appreciate it!

Twice in a row random internet outages in Mississauga - outages for hours. Why do you charge an arm and a leg and provide poor service?! @Rogers @RogersHelps

@debwalke @Rogers When our internet goes down our alarm company calls to tell us they’ve lost signal, and ask if everything is ok. That’s fine, but our insurance doesn’t cover break-in unless the alarm is set or someone is home, so we can’t go out when that happens (several times).

@DebTood @Rogers @RogersHelps I'm sorry. Check out LTE - if you are desperate for a connection it might help if the system is down. Rogers offers it.

@RogersHelps absolutely the worst customer service. Not only do you keep your customers on hold for over an hour, once a live person comes on the phone they are USELESS!

@AboutRogers @Rogers No Rogers internet in the North york area for the last 40 hours . Customer service has no clue on ETA. Could have switched to #bell by now and would have been up and running.

@PCFinancial why do you force your customers to waste their time in a hold cue? why don't you offer a call back option like other customer service oriented companies like @Rogers and @AirCanada At least we can get on with our day and not sit here listening to your hold music.

@Rogers is sharing my data for marketing campaigns with third party companies, they used false statements to create an account on my behalf and now they are charging months of service of a phone I don’t know even exist.

@DebTood @Rogers @RogersHelps If you had an additional wireless connected modem, perhaps you may still have some connection rather than none at all. I have a desktop and wireless modem. They locked me into a 3-year contract. LTE- it may be a solution during problematic weather. Not sure though.
