@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

@RogersHelps any word on an internet, cable, home phone outage in Saint John NB? my mother is sitting with nothing right now. Thank god she has a cell phone at least if she needs to get ahold of anyone

  • Ryan_Tir Ryan Tir (@Ryan_Tir) reported

@Rogers Are your services down again? My modem's been blinking for the past hour.

  • pandersen Paul Andersen (@pandersen) reported

So @Bell_Policy says network already segmented; however, segments likely have huge numbers of custs. @Rogers is going to segment. Still so little talk of how to better train to recover quickly. Was the anger at #RogersOutage the scale or the length to recover? I think latter.

  • rve24 Rob (@rve24) reported

@RogersHelps I'm trying but it isn't any help after talking to 3 people and live chatting 2x. System is a mess

  • Rod_Reynolds Rod Reynolds (@Rod_Reynolds) reported

@GoodTimesandBB @RogersHelps Same with me. The last couple days absolute ****.

  • Alkorin Alkorin 🇨🇦 🦌 🎸 (@Alkorin) reported

@Catladycrafts78 @RogersHelps Nah. There have been details released about the cause of the outage. Seems highly likely that proper testing and quality control processes would have allowed them to avoid this nonsense.
