  @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

  @RogersHelps Over an hour late for a technician and when I call I’m on hold & forced to listen to the torture of bad music-that sounds like you recorded it on to tape from a bad AM station and you wonder why customers are upset when the agent comes on line!!

  @RogersHelps Greetings from Winnipeg. I just wanted to check and see if there is degradation of mobile service here, due to the wicked storm we had. I’m getting weak LTE signal strength, when I would normally be getting strong 5G. Settings on my iPhone game not changed.

  @Rogers Picture it: You're a longtime Rogers customer. One day you get a spam call from Morocco. You don't pick up. Then you spot a $24 charge for a call to the same number on your July bill. You contact Rogers to complain. It's rejected. No explanation. What gives, Rogers?🙄

  @RogersHelps how is it that I can't get through to Roger's wireless on the phone? Just ai crap and each time it says "we'll transfer you to a specialist" I'm told "we are experiencing higher calls than usual and we can't take your call" and then disconnects. Customer service 0/10
