    So @Rogers @RogersHelps, u charge $150 for internet, give a spotty connection that drops for hours at a time over the last 2 days, and when I call and stay on hold for an hour, your "solution" is telling me to relocate until the coverage in my area is stable again? What??

    OKAY but has anyone ACTUALLY ever had a good experience w/ @RogersBiz CS? I've literally never had more rude, less helpful, & more painfully unenthusiastic 'help' from their CS team. You just lost Dsrupt Media's business. (I feel better now 🥲)

    @RogersHelps I spoke to a customer service person who informed me that Rogers not offering any credits or discounts following the outage. Is that correct? Not sure how well that’s gonna go over with customers, especially those who also need to replace all their food

    @RogersHelps It's not the service just the app. You replied to several people 2 days ago and the issue is still active. The android app opens but pressing sign in does nothing and the IOS app says you are doing maintenance.
