-
jim shogren (@JimShogren) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers The really sad part is when you do get through you are guaranteed to talk to a foreigner. The other day I got a Moroccan in Regina! WTF Canadian companies should hire some white English speaking workers.

Jay Donovan 📻 (@JayDonovanYYC) reportedHey @RogersHelps I should be able to stream ANYWHERE in Canada since I’m paying for your monopolized service. ‘Sign in to your home wi-fi’ is big time BS. Thanks for (once again) nothing.
-
Miranda Loberto (@peaches71_00) reported@Rogers I waited two hours on hold for technical support only to be told by a recording that my call cannot be answered at this time and hung up. Beyond frustrated.
-
Lobster (@jaetay147) reported@RogersHelps Everyone service stinks from dropped calls to when receiving calls continually going to voicemail. Exceptionally slow speeds and consistent LTE or less connections. It’s not just in my area as I travel more than 400km a day throughout Ontario
-
Edith (@edpear) reported@RogersHelps I did and I talked to a Philippines who couldn't help me. Twitter is my last resort option after every oversea person I reached never understood the problem or worse thought they fixed it but didn't. They are not too smart in my experience.
-
Immad Allawala (@AllawalaImmad) reported@RogersHelps I have and they said they can't help but everything is documented in the notes
-
Grammy (@jumpyGlenys) reported@JayJanower @Rogers Same problem with Telus AI does not have the answers Human interaction is key
-
Arbutus Running Fox (@xuanyuanxiaohei) reported@Rogers If you're cancelling Rogers service, don't rely on a phone call alone. Make sure you get written or email confirmation of your cancellation. Otherwise, you may end up being billed for a service you already cancelled and returned the equipment for.

Linda Rasmussen (@RasmussenL50003) reported@tuesday7595 @Rogers @globalnews Mare subsidies? They now outsource customer service and sales to India. They're shutting down radio stations. They've priced themselves out of the market?
