@RogersHelps Hi God know who the the switching on and off here I. This neighborhood as this has happened a few times in the last few weeks post the last major outage . The techs need to understand that people are working and might be connected and then lost right in the middle of calls

Because we are loyal @Rogers customers (and trust me, that loyalty has been tested in recent months) and presumably in another attempt to apologize for the massive Canada-wide outage a few months ago, we've been gifted three months of Apple TV+.

@RogersHelps Hi not sure who switches the junction box on and off the techs need to understand that people are connected and working . This has happened a number of times since the last major outage in our neighbourhood. Please take a look

@Bell internet, which I pay $140 a month for is down. On @VirginPlus My 12 year old son went 135mb over on his $50 a month plan and I was billed $26 dollars for it. Or I can go to @RogersHelps and get their brand of **** sandwich. Canadians are so ****** by these criminals.

@RogersHelps our video on demand has been out all weekend and the person we just got on the phone with at rogers hung up on us. Little help would be nice here.
