Looks like we may soon be a @Rogers customer. After 3.5 months of frustration with @Bell, innumerable calls to customer support, and 5 technical visits we still have no telephone, internet or TV. They literally keep cutting their own lines! We’re done.

Shout out to @Rogers for the ongoing non-existent cellphone & data service. 2 days without power and internet has been bad enough, not being able to contact anyone or be contacted, let alone check out what’s going on after the storm hit Nova Scotia, has been just just great.

@Rogers If I had a choice of different provider I would instantly jump on it. Rogers continues to be the worst in every category.

@RogersHelps I have done everything I can from changing all the wires and modem. Apparently this is on your end with some main hub in my area. I appreciate the help, but who knows how long this will take to fix.

Following the power outage in Newmarket, which was quickly restored, Rogers Internet is down, hoping this can be resolved quickly as well. @Rogers @rogershelps
