Kristian Strickland (@UnOfficialKWS) reported@RogersHelps Hi, Pointe-du-Chêne NB had a local power outage last night for a couple of hours. Power was restored while I slept but this AM I still have no internet - gateway device is just blinking orange, even after unplugging, replugging.

John Hansen (@JohnHansenCa) reported@markblevis @RogersHelps In all likelihood your wifi is limiting your speed. Consider upgrading to a wifi6 mesh network, especially if you have a large home. Also directly connecting TV(s) to your router with TPE will also free up wifi bandwidth.

Pauline Milner (@PaulineRMilner) reported@Rogers This question has been asked of myself several times and I think it is a fair one. How could you send #Tweets on @Twitter on 07/08/2022? Data was not working for Rogers customers. I think this deserves an answer, please, and not a routine canned reply. #RogersOutage2022

A Day in the Life (@Looking4Player2) reported@RogersHelps $15 for another lost day of work because you screwed up your maintenance again? You need to do better, but you wont cause your Rogers. Sincerely future Bell customer.

Bob Power (@BobjPower) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps this is becoming a joke. Still having intermittent (constant) loss of sound and picture on TV and sketchy internet signal. Not to mention still having problems with cell service. When are you going to fix this.
