@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

@RogersHelps obviously you’re being swamped with support requests. May I suggest that you’re aware of an outage (insert service type) in (state area). Also provide regular status updates in 30-60 minute intervals.

@Firthguy @RogersHelps 3 of 4 ignite boxes were down. The one in my room (and internet) were fine. I rebooted the 3 ignite boxes to no avail. Rebooted modem and now nothing works.

@RogersHelps Rogers outage was trending for me, maybe that should give push to not losing signal every time there’s rain. You handcuff us by making the tv rely on your awful signal as well. Unfortunately you are the least bad of the big companies.

@RogersHelps what is happening? Phone lines down , Anna isn’t even taking messages online . Your company is horrible! Last time I had a week without a problem was October 2021!

@RogersHelps now there’s a 2 hr wait for support? I know you guys manning the socials aren’t at fault, but this is some serious bullshit. Total blackout of Rogers services here in Mississauga. Been holding for 32 min already.
