We’d agreed that I need a tech to come out and look at the installation. The service to the router is about 60% of what it should be. I was told a call was coming to schedule.

My problem, @RogersHelps, is I was told by the service rep who came to my home that I actually need to speak with an actual human being about my two issues but it seems impossible. Sponsors actually complained to @Rogers and this cannot be ignored. Hopefully they fire David Popkins as well. Worst hitting coach in baseball and it’s not even close.
