@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

@RogersHelps Simply stating the obvious that the network is still down doesn't really constitute an update! How about you let people know what the problem actually is. Or is it that you have not be able to even figure that out yet?
