    @RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

    @RogersHelps I did. I spoke to that department. They said it’s not their issue to fix. I keep getting bounced around.
