@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

@RogersHelps reliable service? Since Thursday my ignite internet has been dropping constantly-can’t use cell phones,tv’s,home line,security,nest,we work from home can’t do that either-now I’m told 24-48hrs before it can even be looked at-RELIABLE=BS-reps with don’t care attitude

@RogersBiz been a customer for 6 years, hardly ever missed a payment. We canceled our services with you because you have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and then your agent hangs up on us?? What kind of service is that? Never contact us again for future services

@RogersHelps Your team has promised they will notify me if repairs are being done in my neighbourhood which will require internet service disruption. They have never done this and once again I don’t have access to internet 5 minutes before my meeting and I am left scrambling.

@RogersHelps Roger I live on Brantwood Court and learned I could have internet issues for the next days . Apparently it's some kind of scheduled outage but there was no notification about this . Please get internet restored tonight
