@J_S_jla @RogersHelps The term "customer service" implies a certain level interaction at minimum. After 1.5hrs I hung up. Called back, tried a diff service, finally talking to someone 🤬🤬🤬🤬

If you buy iPhone at @Rogers along with Device protection plan(DPP),you can cancel anytime. But you cannot buy Applecare+ in Apple Store,since DPP added it. If you cancel before 60 days,and try to buy AC+,it won't work.I am disappointed with @RogersHelps

Tale of 2 companies customer service today: I couldn't figure out how to do something, called @scotiabank 70min got a human (i think) 30min to resolve. Internet issue~called @RogersHelps, 2min on hold, less than 10-12 to resolve issue. #ThankYouRogers #NoThankYouScotia

Just as a heads up do not ever give in to anything @Rogers is offering it is now day 4 without any sort of resolution to my household’s issues with the internet. They are causing unnecessary stress that shouldn’t be given as they are a billion dollar company.
