    @Rogers internet down for 14-16hrs & they get away with a “Sorry for inconvenience” statement. If their customers pay the bill late by even a day, they get slapped with interest. Rogers, Bell and Telus have a monopoly in Ontario and not sure why the govt doesn’t see this.

    @RogersHelps saw a package I wanted but can’t get why because I am an old customer!! Walking over to Telus as they have the same package! Guess #loyalty doesn’t matter anymore. Great service and great retention #not!

    Hey @Rogers .. Stop your on-line BS .. Order a phone .. Told it will be delivered next day .. Only to receive an email the next day telling me “Sorry, it’s on back order .. Going to be 4 weeks plus” .. Absolute garbage 😡😡 #Rogers #RogersWireless #RogersBS

    @RogersHelps I cannot sign into my Rogers app or on the website. It is telling me that my email is not registered, but if I go to register it states I already have an account. Over 15 years with you, please help
