I dont see anyien getting discounts on thier @Rogers bills, so they still make their few billion a quarter, time to pony up and reward the fans with some TOP END talent! #dontbecheap

Not one for a Twitter rant but moving from @Bell to @Rogers was supposed to be easy. I've lost a day of work trying to get everything sorted that @Rogers said they'd do on my behalf. I'm double paying and on to 2 'support' teams all day with absolutely no joy.

@RogersHelps how are your waiting times constantly over 1.5 hours? This is ridiculous. I've spend a total of 13 hours on the phone with rogers over the last week. Who's going to pay me? Get your **** together. @Rogers
