    @hamburgluer @Rogers Ummmm I'm not a customer of Rogers. I WAS using a computer. When I contacted my bank (using my NON ROGERS PHONE) they informed me that the Rogers issues were affecting their systems. So.. yeah. Their fault.

    @RogersHelps So exactly what I said? People lost entire days of work. People were stranded. Payments couldn’t be processed and hospitals were having issues. This was dangerous, irresponsible, and terrifying. But, yeah, thanks for the $2. Disgusting. I’m switching after 16 years with you.

    @Rogers as someone who has worked on critical IT projects, I have questions for rogers: Did you not adequately test SW before going live? Did you not have a backout plan? Do you not have a DRP in place? Cannot understand who you had major outage if you had all the above.

    @TOdiary @CBCNews @Rogers Ehhh...Just stay with Ericsson. Not defend on Rogers, but it is service provider not service equipment provider. BTW, you are hard to satisfied. You blame Huawei for no reason.
