    @RogersHelps Clarification: the router provided by your company has been replaced 3x in the past 6 months. ALL cable boxes have been replaced several times. On-site inspections have found ZERO issues. The ISSUE is _your_ hubs in non-urban NB. FIX THEM!

    @Matt94261750 @RogersHelps I used to have sympathy for the call-centre staff. Not anymore. They _know_ the company they work for is ****, they _know_ the equipment they provide is substandard, they _know_ they have a duopoly in the market. Frack them.

    @RogersHelps I've already wasted almost 6 hours of my life with you now. What can you do on twitter that they haven't been able to do on the phone? Someone was supposed to put in a special request to have a service rep come to our house today. Only to find out it wasn't submitted.

    @RogersHelps lied. I didn’t get no credit for the service interruption that happened last month. Now your Ignite TV keeps cutting in and out. Why is your company like this? I want my credit and get it together with your Ignite tv crap

    @GryphKnight @RogersHelps We feel the pain, We tried to get internet service at our new address, and Rogers got the date wrong, used incorrect phone numbers on the account and refused to honour anything. We feel the pain of the hours and hours and hours dealing with Rogers.

    @RogersHelps People should avoid the ignite product, you don't honour it. You might get service, or you might not. You might get nothing like we did, but hours and hours of endless phone calls dealing with a company that refuses to honour the agreement date. I cannot wait for the bill..lol

    @RogersHelps Two cell phone accounts; 1 security service, and 1 internet service- all going to your competitors, because Roger's cannot get an install correct, and refuses to honour the dates. I hope people use your competitors. We have filed a complaint with the CRTC.
