  @GeesDubb @Rogers I have spent the last 5 days trying to get through!!! Over 7 hours of waiting on the phone with no one coming on! I just don't know what is going on. I need to talk to someone with an issue I'm having!! As soon as my plan is up I'm leaving Rogers! I've had enough!!

  @RogersHelps Did you even look at the chat records!!! I was on & off until 1130- 7 hours without service. 3 hours on & off the chatbot throughout the night and you want ME to keep trying to get a hold of YOU to fix your service!!! I had to go into the office because there was no internet.

  @CanadasLeafs @RogersHelps and cogeco, probably the worst. their epico system is down once a week. stopped calling, just takes the down days off the bill, its been 3 months of not a full payment, no calls yet.
