    @RogersHelps The message does not interrupt the programming — the program doesn’t get stuck — but the message appears at the top of the screen while the program plays. Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?

    @RogersHelps It is an awfully long time. It is also awful customer service for a long time loyal customer to experience, especially from your higher ups. I guess there is a long queue of people before me who have been scammed by @Rogers.

    @Rogers when are you gonna fix the issue with customers who upgraded from 1to1.5 GB. Day 4.5 without internet. Many tickets and calls later and as of Dec 4th 1038am still Nada or ETA. WHY CAN YOU figure out how to add new modem SN to our accounts. This is beyond frustrating.

    @tickylongue @cbcmarketplace @Rogers Hard to leave with you have had an email with them for 20+ yrs. I do t know why it’s such an issue to have your router SN get saved to your account so it makes look like you have no internet onthe account. Funny it remembers you have an account when it comes to billing. FixIt
