@The_IT_Nerd @Rogers That really, really sucks! Not that this is a solution for everyone and not that this ought to be necessary but the bright side is that with things like libraries and coffee shops open again it isn’t necessarily a total day ruiner (vs during the height of lockdowns)

Hi @RogersHelps. This internet outage is really cramping my style. It’s been over 12 hours. I signed up for updates on the ticket (C172067290) but haven’t heard anything yet. I hope this issue is being looked into with a degree of urgency. It’s preventing me from being productive

Hey @Rogers , I sent a message using live chat to inquire about how long would I need to wait for an Apple Watch and Mary Ann, the assistant online was rude and kicked me out of the live chat for no reason without trying to explain why! Is this your type of customer service?

Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.

@CRTCeng @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I would like to know how in 2022, Rogers is blatantly refusing to unlock older devices for non customers. In fact, if you call them, their managers refuse to speak to you and agents refuse to help you.

Canadian consumers are rightfully upset with @Rogers & the #rogersoutage , but they should also be pointing finger at themselves. The most apathetic consumers on earth. Canadians ask "Where do I pay?" or "I never look at my bill, I just pay it." Americans wouldn't tolerate this.

@Denrite_Mech @Rogers Agree, but I know for a fact I’m one of the few people in my circle who EVER calls customer retention and pushes back… how many Canadians are over paying because they have bills on direct payment & never call in about plans or competition prices? We are soft.

@KarimaJivraj @Rogers *Especially* looking at all the hassle with businesses. I was in one business in New West where I watched people be so incredibly rude to workers, blaming them for the outage. It was a tough day for businesses, 100%.
