    @Supermathie @wd5acr @Rogers I thought about it. I was able to unlink the account, but that account still is allowed to use my email address. And they are the email address provider and still don’t see this as anything they can fix for me.

    @RogersHelps How about an actual reason why? One that isn't double talk. Many people lost a day of work, income for their stores, companies had to completely shut down. The people who pay hard earned money to your company deserve a real explanation!

Customers who used Rogers devices could not attend their online appointments - they lost treatments and businesses lost their billings for the day. And this is one of the minor issues. The public is owed a complete explanation.

    @stopthetelusph @FictionalDiary @RogersHelps BGP allows one network (say Rogers) to advertise its presence to other networks that form the Internet. Rogers is not advertising its presence, so other networks can’t find Rogers network and so it is unavailable.
