Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.

@CRTCeng @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I would like to know how in 2022, Rogers is blatantly refusing to unlock older devices for non customers. In fact, if you call them, their managers refuse to speak to you and agents refuse to help you.

@Rogers your offer of 20 bucks is insulting. It’s basically A 3 girl weekend coffee order at Starbucks is the value of my outage this week to them. I lost out on close to 1k in revenue because of this outage.
