@RogersHelps Wow! All of the sudden my bill is $256 with charges I was never told about! BYOD for example? My bill should be not even half of what it is listed! Not agreed to any of that when I was offered diff plans. Was told only a slight increase if at all! #Rogers

@RogersBiz Every-time its worst experience with Rogers. Called the customer service team and wait time was 5 minutes no one answers until 45 minutes and they hang up. Requested for call back never got one.

@Rogers you’re charging a $50 #SetUpFee, #NotFairAtAll For that fee, you did absolutely nothing on your end. I set up my phone in about 15min, while the Best Buy Rep did paperwork. If that fee was fair, your support manager wouldn’t have removed it from my bill when I called. ???

We have a broken moden from @RogersHelps and coaxial won't properly connect but they won't send a replacement even though coaxial cannot properly connect & gets jostled by air so cant work from home or keep toddler busy @CCTS_CPRST
