    @RogersHelps I had heard horror story about your customer service before and never believed them , now I’m living it and you guys are shady and crooked , been on the phone for over an hour still not resolved !!

    @godless_mom @Rogers Pick it up. I went back to Rogers (Shaw service sucked on the Island) and got the same or better package from Rogers for about 40% the cost of what I was paying previously. They’re desperate to win back business.

    I can’t handle @RogersHelps anymore. Our internet goes down 10-12 times a day. I’m not paying even more when everything was fine 6 months ago. My phone contract is up on Monday. Time to start shopping. Who is everyone using for phone and internet? (Ontario)

    @Rogers apparently the camera not working for your alarm system is common? and the sensors malfunctioning is also common so much so that you can just reset the whole tab to fix? don't get me started on the constant internet outages. ridiculous
