I’ve been trying to cancel my Rogers service for over 1.5 hours. Been on hold since 2pm. Even accessed the live chat they sent me via email. That too seems to be on “hold”. Any wonder why I’m cancelling? @RogersHelps

@TELUSsupport it’s interesting that offers service Canada wide, charges you roaming when still in Canada then won’t rectify the issue even tho customer preemptively spoke with representative before hand to avoid issue! Guess I’ll have to give @rogers a try!

@RogersHelps just when you think you’ve escaped from the customer service hellhole that is Rogers by cancelling your service, they continue to charge you in full for the following month. But don’t worry, it’s only an hour wait on hold before someone can screw something else up.
