Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New BrunswickDear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow
-
Rusty Shackleford (@PhysicsIsMyGame) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@Rogers This is the third time this week your shotty internet services are down. It's impossible to work from home like this. Your partial credit for every day that it's down doesn't cover mine or my spouse's lost wages. Get it together, please!
-
Patrick Buick (@pdbuick) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.
-
Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@RogersHelps When I go into downtown Moncton with my new iPhone 12 it switches to 5G but I can’t seem to load any data when I’m on that network. Do I need a new SIM card or something?
-
Adam Lund (@hotshot8774) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha
-
Tim Watkins (@timbwatkins) reported from Moncton, New BrunswickGood thing I switched to @VMediaTV which runs on the @RogersHelps infrastructure, now I'm paying 65.00/mo for no service instead of 120.00/mo for no service.

Sir Ahole🇨🇦🇮🇪🏴🏴 (@aarsenault72) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Teksavvy has hreat customer service, but almost never need to call em. Maybe once in almost 2 decades. Had Teksavvy for maybe 12 or 14 years, then had to switch back to Bell for fibre ( before Bell was forced to share infrastructure), because Teksavvy was being crushed with slower speeds. I despise Bell. Their customer service is even worse then Rogers. I switched to Rogers cable high-speed because I just couldn't take Bell anymore. Rogers sucked as well. Finally, Teksavvy secured a high speed Fibre network a few years ago and I switched back.

Trawets Namknom (@TheBareAssLodge) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Absolutely garbage service

celeste 🌼🌞 (@celestee3) reported@RogersHelps My term doesn’t end for 90 days, it seems a bit early for these emails?? Especially repetitive ones? I called the help number and they also said there’s no way to turn them off
-
KIRO Service Consultation (@ampharan) reported@RogersHelps we closed our account in October 2025, finally got our refund then you decide to bill us for roaming. What is your problem?
-
quaffer (@quaffer) reportedI have not been able to get to @rogers for tec support in 4 days. I hang on the phone for almost two hours on two occasions and then the call hangs up. Why should any paying customer wait 2 hours for a call to he answered? Obviously not enough people working there. 1/
-
Sharon Gregson (@sharongregson) reportedI'm aware that this is a trivial problem but why is it that @Rogers has men calling me every single day trying to sell me something when I am on the 'do not call' list and repeatedly demand they stop. #Rogers #Telemarketing
-
The Impatient Tourist (@ImpatienTourist) reportedNow. how ******** I have a confirmed email and a shipped email, and the order doesn't exist? @rogers Cool. I call now and finally get someone on the phone. He says the order never happened, let him redo it for me. OK
-
ARKN (@imaginovationz) reported@Rogers I would like to file an official complaint against 'Youssef - Rogers specialist ' Reason being : He did not resolve my issue, he did not provide me an explanation of my questions and he has ended the call without. This is unacceptable . Rogers has been unfair in most of his billings and they charge customers left and right - with 0 visibility on how to raise a dispute. And on top of it, their specialists behave in this unruly manner, when customer complain about this unfair billings. Is Rogers out to loot their customer money ?

Oleksiy Kovyrin 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@kovyrin) reported@RogersHelps, this may be one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I ordered a SECOND internet service for a new house. Rogers shipped me an XB8. It wouldn't connect. Technical support eventually figured out that Rogers provisioned the new modem against the WRONG address. Great. Simple backend mistake. Should be easy to fix, right? Nope. Yesterday: 45 minutes waiting for phone support before giving up. Today: hours dealing with support. Technical Support diagnoses the problem, then transfers me to Customer Care. Customer Care tells me they can't access the account and sends me BACK to the same phone number. I ask for the account number I'll need when I call. They give me an old account number and tell me it's associated with an address in Surrey, BC. Except MyRogers shows that exact account number as my CURRENT internet service in Waterloo. Eventually they find another account ending in the same four digits as the new service agreement — but can't even confirm the service address and tell me to call the “specialist team.” All I need is for Rogers to associate the modem THEY SHIPPED with the internet service THEY CREATED at the address ON THEIR OWN SERVICE AGREEMENT. I've spent hours trying to find a human being with permission to fix what appears to be a Rogers provisioning error. How is this a reasonable customer experience in 2026?

Richard Miller (@Millergram33) reported@RogersHelps I have a malignant brain tumour, your company is not customer service friendly at all!!
