    @nitusai @Rogers @RogersHelpLine I pay $200 a month for cell and internet. Itโ€™s ridiculous. I was paying Rogers $300 they refused to reduce after 20 yrs as a customer so I left.

    @RogersHelps And yet the connecting families doesn't know about it because you don't report when you are starting to carry that customer with the government's connecting families program. Which is essentially illegal. Not you not Rogers. Neither have registered me and CF number

    @Berniceness @Rogers Exactly.I contacted customer service and they just go by the script in front of them. I knew it was the line outside that needed to be replaced but they wouldnโ€™t listen or knew what to do. Finally after 3 months and 5or 6 indoor technicians it got fixed. No compensation.

    @LoveMy7Wood @RogersHelps The mindless knobs at Bell are just as friggen bad It is never-ending BS problems that never get resolved,especially when it is impossible to get an actual English speaking person or any real person for that matter Good luck

    @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @RogersHelps Iโ€™ve had cell issues for some time and Iโ€™m dreading calling them. One of the worst companies Iโ€™ve ever dealt with.

    @JamesonCanada @Berniceness @Rogers I know lots of companies who do it. I did IT Tech with one company who decided to outsource to Manila. They had record profits while it caused significant customer friction and cultural shifts within the firm.
