    Well @rogers failed again received a notice awhile ago that internet ect would be down at some point and we were to receive notice 48 hrs in advance. Never happened,So no warming spouse has important meetings in an hour now she has to scrabble. We need more completion I’m done !

    @CCTS_CPRST internet has been out for 8 days straight. Been on the phone several hours each day, emailed, checked website for updates it just keeps pushing to different times and dates. I’m not able to do my work and have had to find other accommodations, can you help? @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I’ve already called multiple times and spent 2+ hours on calls, plus more time on chat yesterday — over 4 hours total just explaining basic billing dates and simple math. I’m not calling again. Fix the overcharge and late fee. This shouldn’t be this hard. #Rogers #BillingIssue
