@RogersHelps This is the same early price you offer ever year for a full season. This makes ZERO sense. You're not providing an equal service, for the price. There are no costs for you as a company for the missed portion of the season, yet you are charging the same amount. This is not right.

@RogersHelps I’ve called Rogers support already and on the 4th day was finally told that this is a 4-5 day job where you’re upgrading access boxes in the area. Would have saved a lot of aggravation if I was told that on DAY1 and not required me to waste my time calling daily #terribleservice

@RogersHelps I've spoken to the Collections Agency and finally got a call back from Rogers Customer Service. Issue should be solved. Equipment received by Rogers. Funny that I have services from Rogers subsidiaries and the products/CS/pricing are equal or better than the Flag Ship brand.

@RogersHelps Here's the problem I have with that statement. If equipment return times can be delayed, why did this get sent to collections when, after speaking to your CS Dep't, I said I'd be returning the equipment? Also, why tell me to go to a store when the store refused to take it?
