Rep couldn't get new phone to "connect" - meanwhile, watched other people walking out with their new phones (different rep). Then told there was a "problem with the system" - um, how were the other folks...1/3

Ramin B (@ramin_babaee) reported@Rogers 3 days without internet and no one is helping. Made 10 calls to Rogers customer service, waiting betwee 30 minutes and 1 hour per call. Still no internet. Extremely poor service. Lost work time due to no internet.
