@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

@RogersHelps Every year I get it, but never get the code it never comes. normally I get in in reddit. Love Rogers but man the NHL game center part sucks. As I said I never get the email even though reps say I should. Should be an easier way lol. Long time rogera customer and game center user

@RogersHelps From experience, I always know that it's easier to ask to community for answers then it is to ask the company, so I ask you, has anyone been having a connected internet but it occasionally drops saying "connected, no internet available"? It goes down for hours and then comes back

@Rogers One of the Worst company to go with. They will trap you in their Bring Your Own Device plan (BYOD) for 24 months without actually getting any devices. Would Highly recommend to AVOID this service provider.!

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years & I pay $450/mth & yet I’m not able to get a new phone for my son w/o my bill going up $30+ a month? And then to be told that there was a promotion but it expired last week? Is this how you treat loyal, paying customers?

@Rogers I have your 500mb ignite.... when it works its fast. But I've had problems for a year and a half with it dropping out or glitching for a few seconds, all the time. Nobody seems to know why. Have had Roger's out here probably 25 times in a year and have just given up now.

@Rogers Rogers doesn't give a damn about their customers. After being ripped off for years, I moved to a different service provider. Every since they keep calling for my business. They should focus on their existing clients before looking for new clients.
