Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

I have been in the mobile industry for years and this @rogers network outage is a huge deal! Its country wide and has been going on for hours. I have seen this happen on an island because of a storm but never like this. This is a catastrophic failure in the network.

@RogersHelps I just called your customer line to ask what kind of compensation is going to be given as a result of this MAYOR inconvenience. This situation has been going for MANY hours, enough hours for your management to figure out how to fix it and COMPENSATE us. #nophone #nodata service.
