Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

@RogersHelps - now I have remote that doesn't work properly. Replaced the batteries and still getting a really long lag time when you try to access the guide. Add this issue to the ever growing list of crap that is #RogersIgnite

Oct 1, 2021 @Sportsnet launches a upgrade for its #sportsnetnow app. Dec 6, 2021 the app is still not functioning properly for tens of thousands of customers. @Rogers has done nothing to fix the issue and their employees continue to blame their customers. When will @nhl step in?
