Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

Seriously @RogersHelps brand new ignite modem doesn't work. It worked initially but has gone off line twice. Brand new equipment shouldn't need this much trouble shooting!

Hey @Rogers why are your wait times always “unusually high call volumes?” Need to know when (if ever) they are normal. I’m confident I could invent my own internet service faster than your on hold times.

@RogersHelps supposedly has a Customer Retention Group. I say “SUPPOSEDLY”. Called Rogers Support three times and suffered through three reps who transferred me to “retention”. Call 1 dropped immediately Call 2 dropped after over 1 hour Call 3 to call back in 1 hour 5 hours later

@PhDmyself @Rogers I know what u mean, I have been trying to speak with someone since 4:30pm this afternoon. It is now 6:50pm & I still can't get thru 2 speak with a cust service rep. This is terrible service. There has to be a better alternative than having 2 deal with this company.👎
