All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

@Rogers one of your agents sold me a home internet plan 12 months ago saying no contract or cancellation fee. However, now when I want to move out and cancel, you are asking 420$ fees this is a rip off. I regret I went with you guys. #Shame @Rogers to cheat innocent customers

@RogersHelps so Rogers made a change to my account and cut off my services wh I've pd for w/o my authorization and they're telling me 48-72 hrs to fix. What kind of company r u running.
