For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

Cut/paste from the website - it's not just me. SERVICE INTERRUPTION NOTIFICATION @RogersHelps We are currently experiencing internet service interruptions in Newmarket and surrounding areas. technical teams have been engaged and full service will be restored as soon as possible.
