    For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

    Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

    @OhSunnydays81 @Rogers now no signal at all. and the problem going elsewhere is that it is most still use rogers' infrastructure and if you are having issues with new provider they still have to wait for rogers to get around to doing fixing it.

    @RogersHelps @sweetkeet The least you can do is let us know the area of the fibre cut and what type of line it was. Unless it is a security issue of course where you cannot speak to it, it is better to provide more details to the public than a "line cut".

    It's okay @Rogers @RogersHelps - it only took 3 and a half hours to ge through to someone to fix the problem you guys created in the first place. I'm sure glad you have an Oligopoly, otherwise you'd have real competition to your horrible services and customer support.

    @TekSavvyBuzz I heard a rumor that this was the reason for that outage day we had a while back. Did anyone ever get the credit they were supposed to get on their account for that outage day. I sure didn't. @Rogers @RogersHelps
