Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

@AnthonyLacavera Personally, I'm all for it. I'm a lifelong @Rogers customer. I pay for my Mom's cable, & she's forced to have Shaw. I pay almost the same for her cable, as I do for my whole Ignite package, with unlimited internet, tv, & home phone???? So ya, my situation is in support of Rogers

@RogersHelps told me they’d give me faster internet for a lower price if I stayed with them. Within days, internet is down for 24+ hours now. But they still sent me the bill just now 😬

@RogersBiz We have got misled by one of your sales rep and he given us a business internet. we did not even know it is a business account and no such contract was given, when we have called customer care for cancellation due to pathetic speed, we came to know this was a scam.

@RogersHelps Just giving feedback. Had a power outage last night and, in the middle of the second largest urban center of BC, I had the absolute worst service. One bar was completely useless. Do better Rogers.
