    For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

    All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

    Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

    @RogersHelps @stitchlady you guys ****** up bad. Im forced to enable it when signing in. Than after I disable it and log out. Upon my next time signing in; Im forced to enable it again. Prompting me to have to enable and disable it everytime I sign in. FIX THIS NOW

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I have spent 12-15 hours on hold this weekend & today and still have no wifi. I know what the issue is because one of your techs made a mistake and NO ONE WILL HELP. This company is incompetent. Worst service and worst experience ever. I’m done with Rogers!

    @WillyMumbles @Rogers 💯. I canceled my cellular services with them years ago over these arbitrary overcharges. @Bell never does this. My internet is the last service I have with them and that too will be gone very soon, since Bell Fibe is fully in my area.

    @stitchlady @RogersHelps Honestly MFA is so dumb.. in fact all these extra security things are pointless! they only benefit rich people who actually have a risk of being hacked.. hackers don't target the average person.. Most people who have account issues it's usually the fault of someone you know

    @airfaircare1 @RogersHelps They reallly ruined the app and I don't even have the MFA yet. Based on what you're saying I won't bother setting it up. Sorry you're having such a bad time with it. Not the first time Rogers has messed up this app.
