Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

Just caught a couple of @Rogers contractors stringing cable through the tree on my blvd, wrapping around the street light & connecting to my neighbour’s house. They can’t even fix things properly. How can we let them backstop our infrastructure? @cityofbarrie /1

@Rogers Hello, we have been having trouble with the internet for the last week. Rogers seriously disrupted our business and caused problems. I'm asking for support on this.

@Rogers Worst customer service on the planet!! 5 days is laughable!! Can't wait to see what other company comes once Rogers goes bankrupt

Is there a more frustrating company to deal with than @Rogers? 45 minutes on the phone to do a simple account merge - still not done, will take 5-7 business days to complete. Merging the accounts the opposite way of what would be convenient for the customer. They just don't care

@RogersHelps The only thing that works well is your lack of service. I don't need a reply two days after I am having a problem. You guys suck.

@Xplornet are we the customers going to get a credit on our internet bill as you’re attached to the Rogers network???? @Rogers

@RogersHelps Just 5 days credit is not enough. We want $500 per customer to full-fill the losses by business and customers.

Hey @RogersHelps: Just got off the phone with my parents. No internet or cell service for 9 days. My Dad used to be one of your execs. And I quote, "Criminal enterprise doesn't need to be accountable." #Uselss

@ItsDeanBlundell @RogersHelps Sorry to read this, if they won’t support a former executive what can a lowly customer expect? My TV service is still wonky @RogersHelps sent DM to offer assistance after 1 a.m. This night owl is NOT inclined to engage in tech support at bedtime! Good luck! #CustomerServiceFail

@CraigGibbs @RogersHelps But generous, always perfect Rogers is offering a whopping 5 days credit! You might even get a $50 credit! With that you can buy very reasonable, not inflated above fair market value because they have a monopoly priced 5GB add on from Rogers for your mobile service! Bow to ROGERS
