@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

@RogersHelps I am unable to get support for the Sportsnet now app. I’ve been trying to watch hockey for the past 3 days but the app on fire stick indicates I don’t have a subscription. I purchased Sportsnet Now premium! I’d like my money back!
