    Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

    Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

    For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

    Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

    Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

    @RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

    @Rogers why is your internet so overpriced and service is so poor. Your customer service process requires me to do all the work to troubleshoot and get refunds...it's almost like you have a monopoly & u hate your customers..#rogers @CRTCeng how about stepping in for once.

    @RogersHelps Haven't had any service in Mississauga since yesterday February 22, 2023. Almost 24 hours later and still no service nor updates. Rogers continuously disappoints its customers especially in critical times. Smh!

    @Rogers Uxbridge - cont. What a waste of company & my time! The $100 in data overage has got to be less than time wasted with all employees. Shame on Rogers! Techs were awesome! CSR terrible - should think like a customer. No service for days and no resolve for additional charges

    I believe @bell @rogers and @telus should all be fined for every scam text or call on their network. They would probably disappear overnight.

    @Rogers In Uxbridge, ON - all services with rogers - security, c/h phones, internet, tv. Service constantly goes down! Outage from Feb 16-23. Used cell data over long weekend. Gracious neighbour allowed me use BELL wifi for work Tues/Wed am. Data overages charged for my cell.

    @RogersHelps I have been more than a week trying to get someone to fix a communication cable belonged to you that is hanging 6 ft above my driveway. Not one person that I actually spoke with was able to give me anyone to call.

    @RogersBiz can you please provide a customer service email address? It’s nowhere on your website and I spent almost half an hour in the chat. Received no assistance. Was transfered and then nobody replied. I need urgent assistance.
