Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Colwood and nearby locations:

  • brandonscript Brandon Rylow (@brandonscript) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

  • DelroyDyer89 Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

  • tm96 tracy martell (@tm96) reported from Oak Bay, British Columbia

Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

  • dave_lockyer5 Dave Lockyer (@dave_lockyer5) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

    @Rogers Worst co.

  • connoredwards Connor Edwards (@connoredwards) reported from Oak Bay, British Columbia

Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

  • slhudson Sandra Hudson (@slhudson) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

  • anjandeep_kaur Anjandeep Kaur (@anjandeep_kaur) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@Rogers @aredlight1 I needed to make such an important IRCC call today but all because the service was down i can’t even call people! Fix it please !

Very confused as to why this new iPhone 12 Pro on a 5G network is sooo incredibly slow. @AppleSupport @RogersHelps

  • TheDadBrand Brandon Starcevic (@TheDadBrand) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

  • slhudson Sandra Hudson (@slhudson) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

    .@RogersHelps - please help

@RogersHelps why am I paying bills for service that doesn’t work? How do you restore internet only for it to go back down the next day. Cmon bro.

  • TheseR_TheRules These Are The Rules (@TheseR_TheRules) reported

@RogersHelps I thought **** like this was not supposed to happen.... you know, because the internet is supposed to be designed to run on nodes so this **** doesn't happen. You sure this wasn't on purpose? Not a good way to convince us all to go cashless.

  • eeebowlahhh Chris (@eeebowlahhh) reported

@RogersHelps We have been with @Rogers for 10 days now, going on day 4 with no internet and now I need to have a tech come to my house to resolve the issue after waiting on hold for 4 hours with two different reps did nothing. Bravo...

@RogersBiz hey guys it would be nice if I could sleep, maybe just cut out my service for the night again

  • BenjaminBorup Benjamin Borup (@BenjaminBorup) reported

@CBCAlerts We need action and not words. Canada needs to increase competition amongst our wireless network companies, end the oligopoly, utilize the CRTC to better protect consumers, lower rates and penalize companies like @Rogers accordingly.

  • BEVIH201 BEVIH20 (@BEVIH201) reported

@RogersHelps 60 hours and we’re finally up and running. 60 hours from now the Bell guy will be at my house, and you’ll be minus (yet another) long time customer with cell, tv, internet, home phone and home monitoring who pays his bill on time every single month.
