I wonder if @Rogers plans on actually FIXING the, now, TWO MONTHS connectivity issues in rural NB any time in 2021. Charging full price for "high speed" access that drops DOZENS of times a day is a little much 🤬

@RogersHelps What the actual hell? There is a Work Order for a maintenance team to fix my cable issue that was created on 07/06. I was first told it would be done by this past Tuesday and when it wasn't I called and was told it would be done on Thursday. Still black screens on

@RogersHelps I am extremely irritated by your services. I don't have internet connection and due to the systems maintenance I can't get any help. I called previously this week and was informed "there is nothing wrong with your services." I would really appreciate some help.

@Rogers idea of customer service is documenting that they waive a fee and then when the customer calls to get the fee waived tells them they won't be waiving it and there's no one else they can speak to and insinuating that you're liar. #rogerssucks #worstserviceever

@RogersHelps Seven hours wasted over five calls with your “customer support” team today. Final call with someone in the escalation department who dropped my call twice and then never phoned back. You’ve lost a 16-year customer today.

@ColonelAngus17 @Rogers @Virgin My advice is NOT to call Bell/Virgin for any customer service issue. Deal with them EXCLUSIVELY on social media. Get names/ reference numbers and be absolutely resolute with your requests. Escalate. Escalate. Escalate. Book time off work.

@RogersHelps @ArtificialMurph Good to see you guys treat your customers nothing more than bags of cash to take from

@RogersHelps we're behind the times in Canada in fixing internet support services given global markets start early and have odd hours. Really? You don't have online chat support at 4:30am? You're joking.
