@Erenskill @AboutRogers @RogersHelps We pay $152 / month for TV, internet and landline phone. I can get on the internet using my cellphone as a hotspot, thanks to Koodoo and Telus. This outage is maddening. More than 24 hours later, still no service.

  • sheer_john Dr Nefario (@sheer_john) reported

6:12am et… @rogers @RogersHelps I still have no internet or home phone! That is now more than 24 hours with no estimate of when it will be restored and you have still not provided an explanation. Your customer service has always been bad but now #abysmal.

  • guitarboyled Rio (@guitarboyled) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Rogers still doesn’t know what the problem is yet they claim to be bringing back customers online. Please tell us where this is happening?

  • Sxxgdss Liz Doug (@Sxxgdss) reported

@KitchenerTesla @_BrandonRussell @Rogers Of course. Criticizing them on one point doesnt mean I'm saying they're terrible as a whole. I've had great service mostly. But this is a different matter altogether. Unless it was an especially advanced cyber attack which has now been ruled out, this is a huge vulnerability.

  • jamesonchatman TheChatMan (@jamesonchatman) reported

@andrewphung And then the Canadian hemorrhoid rate dropped drastically due to an outage on the @Rogers network.
