@RogersHelps um our rogers ignite is gone. We just upgraded this week as well. I can't even login to myrogers as the website just keeps spinning after I enter the 2 factor authentication. We work remotely, we need our internet

@RogersHelps It really depressed me as being a loyal customer from past so many years i called customer support for a charge that i never made was given answer we cannot do anything you made these ISD calls

Dear @RogersHelps I was teaching a class for @TorontoMet when my broadband landline internet cut out, for hours during class, leaving me using my phone to run a class. I asked for mobile backup and your response was “that’s another Dept?”

I’ve been with @RogersHelps for over 15 years. I support them. They’re customer service is good. Our internet is down CONSTANTLY. A full day outage yesterday, and is once again out this morning. What is going on here?

@RogersHelps, tired of callin and havin my call dropped. Trying to get service changed and half way through its always dropped.. Is this your way in keepin my bill/service the same so you get more money??
