@RogersHelps just ran a speed test in Whitby.74 mbps * so now my son has to use my hotspot to complete his college assignments and likely use up all my data giving me an additional expense because the service I’m paying to have doesn’t function at the rate required to use it.

What would @Bell and @Rogers do if we all suddenly decided that we didn’t want to use cell phones, tv or internet anymore? Better yet, what if we all became so poor we couldn’t afford their services anyway. How would they keep making money?

He was just reading a script. At the end I asked for a customer service survey. He said I would get it in the email. I have still not gotten it two days later. I ended up having to pay the $600 while @RogersBiz continues fooling people. I wouldn’t have given in but

@RogersHelps I have not been a customer. Also, I'm very concerned that as soon as I mention that I'm on the do not call list the agent hangs up, they have been trained to do this, every other company I have asked to not be called at least tells me that they will stop calling.

@RogersBiz every thing okay over there guys? I called to down grade my service 5 times this last month, after wasting 5 hours i get a person and get told they can’t help cuz i have the wrong birthday… lol After a small alleged hack i may have found my birthday was 12/31/1899…
