@Rogers. Is your slogan still " the most reliable 5G network"? If so, please remove the word reliable.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Internet and phone sure. But 911 being down, and interac also? This hurt businesses who use their networks, made any banks on their service basically useless, and I'll be interested to know how many people had emergencies yesterday and couldn't call anyone. But sure no biggie

@R_CaTT @RogersHelps @Rogers $5 would be an improvement as it is calculated as the cost per month, divided by the time of the outage. So in my case, about $2.50. But they will increase rates, add a new service fee .. all to get it back, and more.

@RogersHelps We are gonna get a day worth of service credited for the biggest fail of there company's history. Very dissappointing. I'm going to change providers for sure. Not even a reason givenjust more lies from the top. Sad 😑

@RogersHelps Hi @Rogers and @RogersHelps. With your total network outage, just wondering which service provider you were using to send out these status updates while your own systems were down? Asking for a friend...

@RogersHelps No explanation for the outage is completely unacceptable. This was WAY more than a regular service outage, this has damaged the broader economy and more than just your “customers”…. WE NEED ANSWERS!!

@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps That's a very simple way to look at it but Rogers is a major ISP and people expect reliability. If your internet was down once a month for a year could they just reduce the bill by $3/month and expect everyone to think that's fair?
