C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for a long time but they couldn't waive that to keep me a customer. So I walked across the street and signed up on Freedom. I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.
-
Monica (@M0nicafor3ver) reported@Rogers no internet in Parkdale, Toronto. When do we expect the service back and please post link to track updates.
-
Shane Ruys - 🇨🇦 (@KingstonAgent) reported@Rogers Trying to remove a “Unison-add on” as I have no need for it & no idea why it’s on my bills. Try it online and get a “sorry something went wrong and we’re working as quickly as we can” message, so try online chat to wait 2 hrs in queue only to be dropped. Brutal “service”

Kaloopa (@Kaloopa6) reported@BlueJays @Rogers are you paying attention to this crap?
-
Midday Vtuber- 2.0 coming! (@JMMidday) reported@RogersHelps I think if you read the conversation between me and the rogers specialist you would understand I've already been helped, so I already know the options are terrible
-
Ara (@Vancouver9999) reported@Canucks @Rogers Kane sucks
-
Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@RogersHelps The customer care team has been speaking to me for 1.5 weeks to resolve this. This afternoon, somewhere in India, someone decided that they could no longer speak to me. The disrespect is real.
-
Ex boyfriend🤽🏽♂️ (@corbykafui) reported@RogersHelps as a rep from rogers shouldn’t you be the one facilitating something like that after a customer has told you he reached out 4 times and nothing was done. You see why i say you guys don’t reward loyalty
-
Michal (@michal_poterji6) reported@RogersHelps Call me inbox me no problem . I tell you all .
-
sharp edge picks (@sharpedgepicks) reportedThe @bluejays are 3-12 in April and now 6 below 500. This is the worst they’ve been in a couple years. @rogers couldn’t imagine boos reigning down at the dome but I’m expecting it when they are back home next weekend.
