@ericshapiro7 @Rogers I'd rather poke out my own eye with a knitting needle. Bell is awful. They're all awful.

@Rogers Thanks for your reply, I already contacted your support department about this yesterday. The $5 credit is the least you could do, it doesn’t really show me that you care though. I am reconsidering my subscription for wireless and home internet.

@RogersHelps I have been contacting you on every messaging support service you offer. I would like this correspondence to be public to provide some accountability which has been lacking from your agents and practices thus far.

@CP24 Maybe @Rogers should consider helping their customers, who have been paying way too much, and not getting the service they've overpaid for many years...1 month free service

@RogersHelps our internet has been down for 7 hours and we were told it’d be back for 4:15pm. We called around 5pm to see if there were any updates and the agent could not give us any information. I’m very disappointed, don’t promise a time if you can’t honour it.

@albertathug @RogersHelps I cannot have PHONES, & tablets, for 13 hours. 90% of what I do has moved to mobile/remote. From Apps for safety, time keeping & even job costing. Thirteen hours without network access, & callers told all circuits are busy. But I'm being credited up to $15.
