  @RogersHelps @AbsoluteCooky So I have been waiting on Messenger for almost 35 minutes no reply. For call support there is 1.3 to 1.5 hours wait. So what's the point of DM if you not gonna get reply for almost an hour.

  @RogersHelps have had no cable or internet in Kitchener since noon when the storm blew in. Power went out for a few seconds but came back on but no cable/internet since. Rogers says there’s no outages. Tell that to all my neighbours. Over 7 hours now. Please fix it!!
