    @RogersHelps Reaching out to your from Wilson st and Yonge Blvd area. Toronto.Had some kind of glitch, half@of our channels are out, many of them sports, and other random channels. Rebooted, did not work. Has there been an issue in this area?

    You know, @Rogers, when there's enough of an outage to cause a 3 hour wait for support, as there is tonight, a simple recording of what you know on the support line would save everyone a lot of aggravation. The poor support folks must be going nuts right now.

    @Rogers It is because they are dishonest in how they conduct business. Their insurer @LIKEWIZE3 has 1 star on Better Business Bureau. For good reason. The staff is rude, making a call is borderline impossible and they will keep you on hold for over 2 hours just to say we cant help you
