Hey @Rogers what the...? We've been without internet for 12 hours now here in Port Stanley. (Neighbours' service is out, too.) Since I can't get on the app for an update, what gives? #internet #outage

@ericshapiro7 @Rogers I'd rather poke out my own eye with a knitting needle. Bell is awful. They're all awful.

I worked for @Rogers for 3 years. In 3 years I got one 10 cent raise. My starting salary minimum wage. All it call centers start at minimum wage. Now they are choosing buyouts to save more money. I have watched their hiring and firing policies for a decade and have come to the conculsion that Rogers is one of the worst employers in Canada.

@RogersHelps Why do I have 3 bars of 5G yet my phone can't load a damn thing?

@Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers coax is unreliable. Modem reboots, 2 techs after, no help, just runarounds.

@RogersHelps I am trying to log in to email. I cannot get it on my phone, or on a computer. The MFA is the problem. I get calls from you, I have gotten texts from you about bill payments made. So I don't know the number is blocked. Can the MFA be removed?

@RobertChaulk @DaveJSullivan @Rogers I'd say it'll be in a band that goes with one of the carriers. So Rogers may offer it as an add on service

@globeandmail It's absurd that they have to do this. @Rogers makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They probably owe me $500 and I'll never get it back. It's offensive.

    Marielle Taylor (@MissMJTaylor) reported

@RogersHelps So those who have cottages or live near algonquin park are now outside your network? Never used to be an issue. So you no longer cover cottage country? I know others also say they have same issue. Bell has network fyi.

@RogersHelps Thanks to a wonderful tech that we finally got through to fixed the problem quickly. The aggravation of spending hours on hold to talk to someone however really soured my experience. A simple set up shouldn’t have taken hours with added frustration.
