    @Rogers Account is in my Dad's name. He's not on Twitter. Internet has been down all day, not the first time. How about fix the internet and give refunds to all your customers every time we pay for service we don't get? We pay a lot each month. A LOT. Not happy.

    @EveUnleashed @Rogers Happened to me. Card was changed and we forgot to update it. Bill wasn’t being paid FOR MONTHS and no “hey what’s going on?” from them. My service was just completely cut off one day

    So my credit card was canceled and I forgot to update my @Rogers payment information Rogers doesn't contact me at all. not a peep not a word. Until this morning when they call to tell me they are cutting off my service: tomorrow

    I think I'm going to look for a new ISP. I'm with @Rogers and I'm very happy with the quality, this is just the second time this week and like the 10th time in 8 months that service in my area just died. No explanation, just "service outage." I can't stream or work if it's out...
