    @Rogers couple of month ago Rogers internet went down at the most critical day to our business, a month later they increased our bill by 400% ! The reason promo ended ! I asked the customer service lady are you really happy with your answers ? The ignorant said yes of course .

    Anyone else have @Rogers bullying you into buying a bundle?? I don't have cable with them and they are telling me I have to get cable to keep what I have or pay more. Seems like usual,my current service doesn't exist anymore.TYPICAL BS. So annoyed,been 2hrs getting help. #rogers

    @RogersHelps I keep repeating you can't help with technical issues if a ticket is open. I'm very upset about the number of problems that arose which I was then told were fixed but they weren't. Sometimes outright lies. You should listen to my last call with 2 people. I was crying.
