@RogersHelps - a bit of a beef here, looking to unlock a phone. Your IVR prompt for "unlock your phone" routes me to tech support, wait 25 min for call back, then rep tells me only retentions can do this? Why does your IVR route to a department who can't compete the task?🤔

@OPSE_Fitzy @RogersHelps I would love to if their packages that were offered to my location weren't absurdly slow speeds that can't support 4 people working at home. Also pinging @Bell_Support for visibility because you can bag yourself another customer if you pull through

(1/2) Most pathetic service and customer service provider in Canada @RogersHelps. They will promise you credit and will give any random reason for not approving the credit. Really mentally harassed by @RogersHelps for not providing internet and not providing proper services.

Over one hour on Live Chat and still no response from @RogersHelps Continually experience audio drop out and pixelation, making content unwatchable. I pay too much for lousy service.

What's the point of paying for your internet service when it's inconsistent and drops off at random times for 2-5 minutes, @RogersHelps?? Not the first time it's happened and always happens when people in the household are working or in meetings.

Is @RogersHelps going to decide to answer? Or should we decide not to pay the bill and change service?
