@RogersHelps I did and still no response from your department! What a shame, ongoing issues in the neighborhood for the past month and Rogers has no idea how to resolve. It time to move to Bell. @CP24 @CBC hoping for at least a better customer service

.@RogersHelps just wondering if it’s new company policy to cause intermittent service issues for customers, then when they call in for assistance, are told the only resolution is to update their equipment and pay over 50% more per month for the exact same internet service? #yikes
