Is anyone elses Rogers home Cable and Internet still not working? Mine works for a while, then disconnects for a while, and its been doing that since Saturday morning. ( @RogersHelps )

So my remote breaks and we call to replace it. Instead, @RogersHelps offers to upgrade the service, with new equipment for the same price. Sounds good? Nah. The rep omitted to say we would be losing a bunch of channels, so the service is actually much worse, for the same price.

Quite frustrated with rogers ignite home internet today, spent more than 3 hrs in 2 calls trying to solve internet issue. For no reason their system showed the service has been canceled, still the connection hasnt been reinstated. @RogersHelps

@Rogers cable and internet go out for over an hour during game 7 and my partners work meeting and I wait an hour to be told there was no outage. At least 15 people in my building had the same issue. My compensation better be fair or I'm out.
