    @RogersHelps @gmarie55 I’ve tweeted at you, actually had to personally find out who the district manager of my local Rogers store was to resolve the issue…. Terrible customer service

    Is anyone elses Rogers home Cable and Internet still not working? Mine works for a while, then disconnects for a while, and its been doing that since Saturday morning. ( @RogersHelps )

    @RogersHelps My point is through the years I wanted some new customer deals but it wasn't available to existing customers. Now, because I've been a customer for so long in order to change my plan I have to start my account from scratch so does that mean I will be considered a new customer?

    @MalcolmKobak @Rogers Same - worst experience and they won't let me switch back. Even the picture on my TV freezes. Avoid the switch if you can.

    @Rogers is letting down all their customers in my small town by basically saying go with ignite or find another provider because we are decommissioning the service you have had for decades and giving you what we know you want

    In the span of <3 days, I went from calling @rogers, ordering Ignite WiFi, having them run a new drop and got my new router shipped from Toronto to Woodstock NB. I ordered 500mbps service and getting almost 80% of that over wireless. #awesome

    @elonmusk how can I get the StarLink hardware shipped to my address ASAP? @Rogers has me paying $105 for 20Gbs to share between 3 people in my home. That’s worse then a phone plan. Absolutely Disgusting. Please help me
