Very frustrating for a 26-year customer of @Rogers to find $20 is more important than loyalty. Offering a free service over 2 years ago when I asked to cancel a service and then quietly reinstating the charge suggests they think I don’t read my bill.

@RogersHelps Using an iPhone…doesn’t look like it’s supported. I just won’t use my phone to check voicemail in the future. To be clear, I don’t have an issue with paying for #roamlikehome or LD. Just don’t think voicemail should be included.

@Rogers @BlueJays Opening day April 7 1977. My father-in-law and I sat along the first base side on those cold aluminum seats. It snowed that day against Chicago, but we won that game 9-5, Doug Ault hit 2 home runs. Even though my FIL had since passed away a memory never to be forgotten.

@RogersHelps I appreciate that auto response. But the problem is you haven’t invested in infrastructure in my neighbourhood in decades. Have already gone over this repeatedly with reps and not worth rehashing. @Bell just put in #Fibe around the corner so should be coming to our street soon!

@RogersHelps Thanks, I realize it triggers a charge (hence my tweet). I just don’t believe it’s a very customer centric to charge #roamlikehome for checking voicemail. Is it really that hard to set up a toll free number so customers can check voicemail without paying $15 a day?
