@RogersHelps This is getting ridiculous we haven’t had internet in the Finch and Islington area for over 48 hours and all you can tweet is a link to a stupid website that doesn’t give any updates. How long does it take to fix this issue if you’re supposedly working all night?

@RogersHelps 24 hrs now without service in the north york area and i noticed you stopped tweeting any updates on the matter. You had your ETA at 1am this morning and now you have no info on when the issue will be resolved. This is just such poor service.

Day 3 of @Rogers outage in my neighborhood that they have not even acknowledged publicly. Lots of other areas of the province having issues, they blame it on power but none of us have had a power outage. No one else using other services are having issues.

@RogersHelps Here we are, almost 36 hours since we last had internet service (which also means no phone and no tv), came back for about 10 minutes yesterday. What happened to the promise that this would never happen again after the last major outage earlier in the year?
