I WFH so I need reliable internet (which is why I chose Rogers). Today my internet failed entirely, and I'm having to hotspot. Closest tech visit is Monday. unacceptable.

You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here.
