    @RogersHelps @gmarie55 I’ve tweeted at you, actually had to personally find out who the district manager of my local Rogers store was to resolve the issue…. Terrible customer service

    Is anyone elses Rogers home Cable and Internet still not working? Mine works for a while, then disconnects for a while, and its been doing that since Saturday morning. ( @RogersHelps )

    My internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by a third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

    @keithbaldrey Horrible And the optics of @Rogers announcement yesterday. “We are acquiring, MLSE for a purchase price at approximately $4 billion“ Meanwhile, they shut down everything else so that we can save a dollar here and a dollar there and funnel it all into a losing hockey franchise.

    @DivyDex @RogersHelps Still out. Apparently a cable was inadvertantly cut by a third party construction site. 24 hours w/o internet is terrible - never had this happen before. I hope we all get discounts on our monthly bill.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

    @Rogers our service in Alberta has been out for 23 hours and we cannot get any service person on the line to ask why. We wish to CANCEL our service with Roger’s. cdnpoli abpoli
