@RogersHelps so with our internet out AGAIN, as well as tv and home phone, my data is going to be gone in no time if this ****** service keeps up. Total blackout in L4W area code. This is ridiculous. We pay way too much for this.

Wow! @telusmobility can’t do address changes over the phone; waited an hour to speak with someone & told I have to do that! Can’t wait to change over to @Bell or @Rogers. “Telus’ world of technology” can’t process an address change, lol. They make you do that. #fail #servicefail

@RogersHelps what have you done this time. Being told the channel is temporarily unavailable and you are having trouble. I suggest you fix the problem. You already charge enough for no service.
