  @RogersHelps My wifi has been down since yesterday. Unable to connect on a call despite being on hold for more than 60 minutes, chat queues take forever, and no response to support tickets. I need this fixed asap. Can someone respond here?

  @RogersHelps The technical support that I spoke with provided no support whatsoever. I performed a factory reset on my own to no avail. I was hoping support would be able to remote into the router and perform a more detailed diagnostic analysis.

  @RogersHelps Too nearly 90 mons to get through to support. After deciding that a replacement modem is required I found it extremely insulting that the technician tried to upsell me a to a “better” modem. Makes a person wonder if customers are just treated as $$.

  @RogersHelps My roaming is always off My home is across the border, so when the weather bad you somehow switch me to US… In 14 years no one was able to change that… And no, roaming charges can not be removed online… I sm on hold again, now for 15 minutes…

  @RogersHelps @Rogers my Internet isn’t working, I checked the outage online and it says there’s none. I already restarted my modem and there are rogers truck in the area? So not sure what the issue is

  @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused.   @Rogers @RogersHelps very tired of losing service in my own home and it being in SOS. I’ve never had this issue until I upgraded my phone to one that has 5G. Your customer service is also almost impossible to ever reach to talk to someone about this issue.

  @kikiclements @Rogers Ontario wide outage apparently 🤬
