@RogersHelps The problem is, this is not a isolated incident, this happens constantly, and my Internet is giving me 20% of what it’s supposed to be in the way of speed. I had a technician at my home this morning who could not fix anything. But am I getting a discount on my service?

@RogersHelps what's the point of making it compulsory for customers to call in to cancel services and then making them wait on the line for two hours to speak to someone. You lay off tons of employees then provide abysmal services.

@Rogers your customer service is broken. I have spent hours trying to get hold of someone on a call to set up an internet move request but nothing — every call disconnected. Filled your callback form after a chat. Nothing. Do customers have to tweet at you to get help?

@Rogers - the plan was to be cancelled 16th July EOD, as discussed. You cancelled as soon as the 16th started. I have a flight back, and now I have no SIM network, data, nothing. Can't reach out to you guys, because you don't provide any email id, support page loops into signin

@RogersHelps @JayJanower Horrible screwup. Just horrible.

@Rogers So let me get this straight: you sent me a return label, accepted and processed the return of my gateway, but somehow my cancellation request "never existed"?

@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to cancel my service since the start of the month. Impossible to do when no one picks up OR the system hangs up on me. And I can’t cancel in your stores.

@sharongregson @Rogers I feel your pain, Sharon. No idea why big companies cannot remove people from lists. Telus is just as bad.

@Rogers On June 22, I called Rogers to schedule the cancellation of my Xfinity Internet service effective July 2. On June 23, I received the return shipping label for the gateway. I shipped the gateway back on July 2, and Rogers confirmed they received it on July 13.
