@Rogers @RogersHelps Are we going to be compensated for this outage? Any ETA on when our services will be restored?

@RogersHelps I think a better description of what’s wrong and the estimated downtime would be a better look here than “some customers are experiencing problems”. Your network is down across the board and people deserve to know what’s happening.

@RogersHelps I understand outages happen and hopefully you're doing what you need to fix it. What is doubly frustrating is that according to your rep today the WiFi Calling feature is also down and/or unable to be activated for reasons that are still unclear to me.

@Rogers Why are you continuing to spout this 'intermittent' outage nonsense. I, along with many people I know have had ZERO service for over 12 hours! and your customers still have no idea what is going on! I've now lost a whole day's income as well! #Telus

@Rogers @RogersHelps you claim the problem is "intermittent" I haven't any service since late last night. Nothing at all. Funny how you guys are all over people if they are 1 second late on a payment but when your whole network crashes you taken your time restoring service.

@RogersHelps Why is your service not up and running yet?? Completely unacceptable from company such as yours. Maybe you should credit everyone for today's interruption since nobody has access to make business, personal or other important calls. Also, a heads up notice would have been nice!
