    @RogersHelps I wanted to let you I will be launching an official complaint with the ombudsman. Not only are you scamming me out of $116 for pathetic inconsistent internet service but you arranged an appointment with me yesterday and no one even called me to cancel. So I lost now 2 days of

    @Rogers We spent over an hour already trying to troubleshoot with tech support. We were told could be 48 hours before we hear anything. We will see what they say

    @RogersHelps I have been a customer for 30 years, and you're about to lose me. The administrative side of your business these days is ridiculous. Ive had 2 tickets opened for 3 months and neither has been rectified. Someone should reach out ASAP.
