    @RogersHelps Funny that I didn't receive one communication informing me of this and I have spoken to several Rogers representatives (including the person who sold it to me, and the one I asked about how I could reduce my phone bill) and was never once informed of this!

    @RogersBiz been a customer for 6 years, hardly ever missed a payment. We canceled our services with you because you have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and then your agent hangs up on us?? What kind of service is that? Never contact us again for future services
