    @Rogers having to play a message for customers waiting on hold stating we are experiencing longer than usual wait times actually means you really suck at customer service and are more focused on profits!!! #DoBetterRogers

    @RogersHelps Same problem today. I wonder if it has anything to do with the 3 Bell vehicles parked outside yesterday. Is it possible the work they are doing is effecting my service?

    The @bluejays are 3-12 in April and now 6 below 500. This is the worst they’ve been in a couple years. @rogers couldn’t imagine boos reigning down at the dome but I’m expecting it when they are back home next weekend.

    @Rogers I’m glad you understand but that doesn’t really help anything. I will be spending my time avoiding as many “smart” products as possible. There is a big difference between incentives and force. 95% of the people would never turn off the standby feature.

    @Bell what a joke my service for 3 lines have been out 4 days and there’s no one helping or no solution in sight @rogers never let this happen and where is the customer service cuz no one has any respect at your company
