@RogersHelps I’m not a Rogers customer but I was negatively affected. What happens to me? I got lucky that I filled my tank the day before or I would’ve been in major trouble.

  • DavefromTO Dave from TO (@DavefromTO) reported

Anyone near Yonge & Bloor in #Toronto having problems with #Rogers. I have no cable, phone, or internet. @Rogers @RogersHelps

  • raman12312 Ramandeep Singh (@raman12312) reported

@Rogers @RogersBiz @theJagmeetSingh 1- questions: Why your customer agents kept on telling me that I am being scammed by a Rogers's representative? Why your agents cannot show me a 3 years contract that I signed, and instead telling me that Rogers does it's contract verbally?

  • habopardi #77 (@habopardi) reported

@RogersHelps this is the third time our area is without internet /tv service in the last two weeks. And that’s AFTER your nationwide outage. What is being done about it and when will it be repaired? L4L area of Woodbridge. Unacceptable!

  • JFN1971 jimmyFRINGE 📣 (@JFN1971) reported

Anyone else’s home internet / wifi still slow since the @RogersHelps outage? Firestick is constantly buffering now….before the outage…NEVER!

  • Jonavin Jonavin (@Jonavin) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps when do you start issuing those outage credits. Just received an ebill today and not a single penny credited. Also my home internet is still inconsistent since the outage despite the modem replacement.

  • JijiB1974 Jiji B 🌎🇨🇦🦀 (@JijiB1974) reported

@RogersHelps So trying to DM you and not able to....are you saying there is no national outage???

  • pdbuick Patrick Buick (@pdbuick) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.
