    @RogersHelps Thank you. And as per #Rogers tradition the issue hasn't been resolved yet. The equipment charge was supposed to be removed in 3-4 biz days from Dec 7. It is Dec 19 and the charge is still there. You should thank your stars that you operate in a near duopoly market. #cheat

    @RogersHelps Oh, still no help. Now told I must be in front of the tv and on a channel with a signal problem to get help. How about just fixing the services?
