@atoonk @Rogers Haha fat finger routing outage. Classic. I was speaking to a reporter about cloud outages and basically told him this is the #1 cause of major outages typically. BGP fall down go boom.

  • jsellens John Sellens (@jsellens) reported

@RogersHelps Yes @RogersHelps you told me what I already found out, and mentioned in my first tweet, but you did not answer the question: why do you now limit what Rogers store staff is able to help customers with? Is it because they aren’t actually Rogers staff any more?

  • AllyArtyy Allyson Ar (@AllyArtyy) reported

@RogersHelps @StephneeDanyell My wifi has been down for the entire day and no response on twitter or fb. All Im looking for is an eta.

  • Post_Brodie Rob Brodie (@Post_Brodie) reported

So my latest @Rogers bill arrived today and it's a whopping $1.13 less than the previous one. I sure as hell hope that's not the compensation for the recent outage, or I might be looking for a new carrier very soon. @RogersHelps

  • xmedleyx Elizabeth Bjerkseth (@xmedleyx) reported

@RogersHelps 11 days-no internet service, no one has figured out the problem, 3 techs no-showed to their appointments and have to wait until Tuesday for the next tech. And on top of that I got my bill yesterday lol bill for what? I haven’t had service since I installed the modem

  • BarryRGreene Barry Greene (@BarryRGreene) reported

@atoonk @Rogers On question I would like to see included in the reporting is how the network handles the surge load on recovery. Surge load can slam a recover when you come back online. It happens when all those devices have a path to finally connect - with millions connect at the same time.
