Doug Rempel (@dougjrempel) reported@RogersHelps Too late for that… I stayed on hold for over an hour and finally had someone help me! Your company responses are too slow and wait times are too long. There needs to be some drastic changes
-
Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@Rogers Hey Rogers. Do you consider a customer trying to talk to technical support waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes acceptable especially when it has to do with the poor performance of your network? No one should have to wait for an hour or more to get an issue resolved!

Jimmy Korderas (@jimmykorderas) reportedWas on hold with @Rogers for 2 hours yesterday before getting hung up on an hour and 20 minutes today waiting to speak to a costumer representative. I don't want an AI conversation. I don't want to email anyone. I want to speak to an actual human to help me with my issue.

Terry Murphy (@tyjac2) reported@RogersHelps You can’t get an answer from Roger’s no matter what time of day but they happily take your money for services that are down way to often

🥢⟭⟬ Into the ☀️ (@HOT7forever) reportedI just noticed they increased all my phone lines by $5 so they could invest in providing better service. @Rogers charging ppl more when your service continues to get worse is just ridiculous.
-
Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reportedShaw/Rogers never responded to lowering my bill and I’ve even tried chat and calling multiple times in the past. I am in the process of filing a CRTC complaint. @RogersHelps @ShawInfo
-
Clint (@clintculture) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps Tally of attempts to get this handled to date: 1) 8 calls to the customer service line, each with no help because you don’t get to talk to anyone. Rogers says there are too many calls and won’t let you hold, they kick you off. 1/x

Ontario Frugal Finds (@OntarioFrugal) reported@ODSPoor @RogersHelps That is really weird! I got my $20 gift card from Dollarama - no problem.
