  Hey @Rogers I’ve been on hold with CS for 45 mins, after waiting on hold 30 mins to finally get through to someone and have them hang up on me (by accident) and not call me back. Can someone help me?! I have next to no service/reception constantly and don’t know what to do

  @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.

  I just noticed they increased all my phone lines by $5 so they could invest in providing better service. @Rogers charging ppl more when your service continues to get worse is just ridiculous.
