@3rdtimewalter @dianemariereid @Rogers No issues with Telus... ever, 9 years and counting. I'll revert to smoke signals before I ever subscribe again to either Rogers or Bell.

@bnicholsonsmith @Rogers @BlueJays your entire organization sucks. This is what happens when a corporation gets too big. Too many cooks in the kitchen make 5 different dishes.

@AdemirCosta8 @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m really disappointed that they think it’s okay to treat their clients this way. Not a company I want to do business with.

@alancross @Rogers I agree! When trying to find out if there is an internet outage in my area it's like pulling teeth trying to get an answer. #shameful

@alancross @Rogers Omg so is Bell! Tried to change one thing and it led to 3 weeks of trying to fix it afterwards! Canada's telecommunications companies suck.

@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Yes!! Complaining will not do anything, you have to cancel the service. The only way to get them to listen is to take their money away. That is your only leverage. #cancelsportsnet

@Rogers This is an ongoing issue. Rogers keeps raising their costs to customers but these harmful scam calls continue unabated!!! CRTC is not requiring more intervention by media companies on this issue. They should be!!!

Hey @Rogers, are we ever getting internet service back?

@Rogers your service is terrible I am trying to reach to CSR for last two weeks but each time the call drops due to high volume of calls. It does not even give me chance to be on the line and wait. Please give me a quick solution.

So not happy with @Rogers right now. Over 2 months ago, they promised me they would get my ugly temp line buried within 4 - 6 weeks. Now they're saying it won't get buried until next year. I sincerely regret ever becoming a Rogers customer! #CRTC

@alancross @Rogers My sister has Rogers - TV, Internet, and home phone. Half my calls immediately go to voicemail and she never gets it. Then there's all the outages. What happens if there's a fire? She can't call 911 and her house burns because Rogers was down.
