Scott Slade (@poleman88) reported@RogersHelps After almost 3 days of trying to talk to someone to cancel my parents home services due to them moving into a retirement home, I finally get someone and they tell me it’ll be $450 + tax to cancel. Great way to treat longtime customers.

Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps They couldn’t even take down my phone number on a piece of paper to call me back!!!! A ****🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 piece of paper!!!

Michael (@michaelpagano71) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Switched over to Bell several years ago & have never looked back. Rogers comes by a couple times a year with their latest offers for me to switch back. I wouldn’t go back to them if they offered me their services for free As the saying goes…”the best ability is availability.”

Mike Gunn (@One_Gunn44) reported@RogersHelps I know you hours of operations. But I am not always available to call early in the morning. With the price of your service you should be able to provide better service. I was not in pressed with waiting that long from 2:30- 4:30 to have the call dropped.

CatastrophiConfusion (@canadianatlarge) reported@Rogers HELP. We are two struggling seniors, who have a CONTRACT with Rogers Cable. For the love of God, stop adding $5 to our bill whenever TF you feel like it. JFC it's a CONTRACT. One we can barely afford as is. That fraudulent $5 is a meal we have to do without. HELP

Heather F. (@momluvsfood) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers It’s now a game. 3 hours in the queue yesterday only to be cut off. This morning I called at 9am the time the lines start. I’m still waiting in the queue 2 hours later. What are your metrics, average call delay, first call resolution , cust Sat?

Buzios (@Buzios16) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @RogersHelps We had Rogers cell "service"; the "service" was absolutely useless but even then it was superior to their hopelessly inept "customer service". After 1 year we refused to renew; I told the guy who was trying to convince me reup that I wouldn't take Rogers again if was free,

The Original PK (@paulkelly515) reported@RogersHelps I have it set up for my elderly mother with dementia who lives in a nursing home. Would it be that easy to accidentally add those? Or is it a little more difficult and staff would have had to do it? Need to cancel ASAP. Can I get it turned off so it can’t be added again?
