  • barleyliterati Lindz ✌🏻 (@barleyliterati) reported

@RogersHelps MyRogers app says services are working in my area however my flashing green modem says otherwise! How do I know if the outage is still affecting my area or if this problem is just mine now?! I thought for sure by the time I woke up my services would be restored!

  • FictionalDiary Caley Salari (@FictionalDiary) reported

@stopthetelusph @RogersHelps Phones are supposed to be able to contact emergency services no matter what. And not every single employee was working on the outage. They had someone copy and pasting the same message in replies all day yesterday that easily could have contained information.

  • porjippino Porjippino (@porjippino) reported

One of 2 things are happening with the #rogersoutage . Either it was a cyber attack, which should absolutely be considered an act of war, or @Rogers systems are too weak and vulnerable to meltdowns. Canadians should put their foot down and find another provider to go to

@RogersHelps Where do I send my personal information for the credit Rogers! Since I’m thankfully not one of your customers but your little outage has still affected my life

  • wendysland Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps Will customers be reimbursed for this outage that have cell, home phone, internet & Ignite TV? That equates to about $19 or more per day for some!

  • stopthetelusph stoptheteluspricehike (@stopthetelusph) reported

@FictionalDiary @RogersHelps Rogers prioritized restoration so that Wireless customers will get their service back first. They worked hard all day yesterday to do this first. Service outage is one those things that happens and you have to accept it.
