@RogersHelps That’s ok. The $50 unnecessary charge is more important to you than the year over year monthly payments for the next few decades you are going to lose from what was a loyal customer for 14yrs, keep it, I will be switching to @Bell

@Denteen8 @Rogers I've been tweeting them for years, they call every other day, if not 3 times a day then 2 the next. I don't think they have a vendetta, I'm not insane, everyone I pay them & have a agent telling me too "pay rogers before buying my family groceries". The outage was enough.

had a technical issue with @Rogers and they made me feel like I work for them. It looks like I need to be "thankful" that my internet service hasn't had any issues TODAY, after 10 days of unstable service and uncommunicated cancelation of appointments. #FU #Rogers

@RogersHelps received a call from you who kept wanting to change plan even though I said no. I just wanted a quote for a new cell phone and wouldn’t provide it. Furthermore. The call was a very bad connection and person didn’t hang up but sounded like they muttered obscenities.

@Rogers wow Rogers way to lie.. I’ve been a loyal customer for years…months ago @TELUS offered me to come back but I stayed with you after a perk of $10/month data for Apple Watch for 24 months but I was billed for it then told it was an error from employee so I must pay goodbye

@Denteen8 @Rogers I paid 400 4 days before my service went for a **** then a day after its "restored" they start calling for money, not too say "we're sorry" but too bug & harrass. I was a 24yr customer.
