@Rogers than pay for a service I don't get April is when the 2 years is up and I've already got a "RELIABLE" company ready to go, and Rogers says they don't automatically renew any contract, glad I have that phone call recoreded, so I don't need to waste my time with them again

@Bell (mobility) reduced our rural service, @rogers is about to run a cable down our road. Guess where I'm going when they get done. TV, phones and internet. Our @xplore_ca reduces to dialup speed in the evenings and on weekends. ROGERS HERE WE COME, CAN'T HAPPEN SOON ENOUGH.

@Rogers @RogersHelps WHAT is with all the reindeer games Rogers?? Billing issue had me on 📞 for 71 minutes ending with a 'supervisor' who couldn't confirm either way whether a $50 + tax mistakes was going to be refunded. Rep today took <15min to waive that charge. 🤨
