Gord Hutchinson. (@Bluenose56) reported@RogersHelps No I am sick and tired of sending DMs about the crap service from #SportsnetNow on @Sportsnet It never changes anything. You charge way to much and include commercials and put out a terrible service.
-
DΛVID 🇨🇦 (@LongLeaps) reported@RogersHelps you guys need to knock it off with the stock replies. shittiest customer service in the industry. 🤦🏻
-
Gina Jeneroux (she/her) (@_jeneroux) reported@sportsnet @rogers Seriously??? Worst streaming service — and worst app — ever. Was really enjoying the #BlueJays game until your service crapped out.
-
Madame Fab (@GahrLaing) reportedThe only – and I mean the ONLY – thing that I like about cellular service through @Rogers is the fact that it deletes unheard voicemails after two weeks. I don’t need that pressure in my life.
-
Andrew F Stewart (@AndrewFstewart) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia“Somethings only a problem if it can’t be solved”. Me taking my mom down from feeling bad about paying @Rogers $17,000 when it should have been $170 lol I told her I’ve done that a few times. Never that much however lol
-
Donald Mitchell (@DonaldFDuck1934) reportedWhy am I not surprised @Rogers @Sportsnet app is not working again while watching the jays game. I can't believe I paid 120.00 for this service to watch baseball. May start using a VPN and get MLB and watch every jays game on the away feed. #fail #BlueJays
-
Ricky Blayney (@veloricky) reported@RogersHelps You’ve got to sort out your SN Now app. Seems it’s froze on a lot of people mid Jays game, and it’s constantly glitchy, often requiring two goes to start the thing. And I’m paying for it!! Illegal streams don’t fail this often!
-
TCSoFresh (@TCSoFresh) reported@RogersHelps What going on with sportsnet ?? What am I paying for if your streaming service is always down ? #sportsnetnow
-
Mayor (@MayorMcGrath) reported@RogersHelps I understand the purpose and its purely a cash grab. It may have made sense in the 1990's when there was a regional broadcast. Sportsnet is national and not a regional company. This happens when there is a monopoly. You're forcing customers to pay for the service twice.
