    @Rogers Belleville ON im struggling with phone calls especially data usage. Says full signal but thats wrong! Have to put on airplane mode and off to get data

    @RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are โ€œletting maintenance knowโ€ because they can see on their end how bad things are.

    @Stevest48366771 @REWoman @Rogers Both Rogers and Bell is down for me now. At least at bell I got a customer service representative trying to fix it. 2 hours on hold with Rogers for an automated voice to tell me to call back later.

    @RogersHelps I lost internet access because of a pending work order. They couldn't cancel the work order to troubleshoot my service loss (service address needs to be updated). I was told it will expire by Monday or Tuesday. Horrible process. DM me if you want exact details and can help...

    @RogersHelps I should have never switched from Bell Fibe. Sometimes itโ€™s not worth saving a few bucks to get an inferior product. The salesperson that came to my door assured me that Rogers had upgraded their product. Obviously thatโ€™s bull$hit

    @MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers So I got disconnected (seems convenient) and called back. To get through, I called the new product line. Picked up right away. Of course they couldnโ€™t handle my request so Iโ€™m back in the cue. 28 minutes. So 2 hours so far to get a resolution.

    @NforEnd @TELUS @Rogers Good luck try and get a hold of somebody at ROGERS. Expect to wait at least an hour to an hour and a half if youโ€™re lucky. Theyโ€™re all bloody awful
