    @Rogers Belleville ON im struggling with phone calls especially data usage. Says full signal but thats wrong! Have to put on airplane mode and off to get data

    @Rogers has been out three days this week. No internet, tv, cell and home phone are inconsistent. My parents are elderly and couldn't get support, my grandma was crying bc we didn't call her in LTC, I'm disabled & couldn't get to my virtual appt with a specialist. @RogersHelps

    @arwenhumphreys @Rogers @RogersHelps I was waiting on the phone and logged in online; so I was in 2 lines at the same time. Online win. They were charging me for a home phone 3 months after I switched to Bell. I never used it. Then they just sent email to send back box, which I sent back 3 months ago. All evil

    @RogersHelps But when your agent calls me metal retarded and this company doesn't want to stand up for disabled rights then basically flips you off with we want to help but then lies to your face your better off going to a hitter asking for a cellphone

    @Rogers my husband has been on hold for 3 hours. 3 hours of hearing crappy elevator music with the odd your business is important to us message. Now message has changes to costumer service is now closed & please call back during business hours. Seriously!

    Our internet with @rogershelps is so bad the online assistant can't even check the status of our internet because the connection isn't good enough.🤔🙄

    @Rogers your customer service is painful. I have never spent less than an hour, which I am at right now, to get promised changes. It always ends with them saying they need their supervisors permission to do what they already agreed to do..just start with the supervisor.

    @arwenhumphreys @Rogers @RogersHelps They do that on purpose. It's designed to make you think it's not worth it and to accept the crap deal they gave you the first time around. It's swinish.

    @Rogers you have wait times of upwards of 3 hours. I waited 2 hours to talk to someone who transferred me to a different department which took another 2.5 hours, only for that person to hang up on me. WTF? Why should I stay with you?
