@RogersHelps Some customers is the understatement of the year. There does need to be better notification of issues. And active ETA for restoration of service. I'd rather be pissed upfront saying all morning update at noon vs checking every 15-20 mins

It's funny based on communications to @Rogers @RogersHelps on social media it appears that they were ignoring the issue all night long as I'm seeing reports that it appeared at around Midnight but in interactions were treating people as if it were only them experiencing it.

@RogersHelps At a time where SIM fraud is gaining popularity and millions of people are worrying about their info being stolen you dance around the fact that there is an outage for 8 hours? “Make more possible” nah, more like “lie and cover-up”!
