One hour and 8 minutes on hold with Rogers. It’s a record. This past 8 days I’ve lost 8 hours of my life on hold that I will never get back. There has to be a better company @RogersHelps

@J_oN_C @RogersHelps I was refunded for that purchase and tech told me to purchase directly from the NHL Live website on my laptop. No success there either and can't login via my laptop any longer. Customer service is atrocious. Lots of comments in the App store.

@RogersHelps Why is it that my cell data connection seems throttled all day long then at 10 at night Pacific I have full 5g service with up to 5mb/s download. I have tested this multiple times. It can't just be volume, the timing is to finite. Located on Vancouver Island
