🥢⟭⟬ Into the ☀️ (@HOT7forever) reportedI just noticed they increased all my phone lines by $5 so they could invest in providing better service. @Rogers charging ppl more when your service continues to get worse is just ridiculous.
-
Terry Ostashek (@TOstashek) reportedDealing with @ROGERS is definitely an exercise in frustration! For a company that relies on it's customers in order to survive, @ROGERS seems ok living on life support!
-
Tony (@Tony45190554669) reportedAnyone else wasted more than 4 hours on hold with @Rogers and their pathetic new AI garbage? Something is wrong here.

-
Becca McNeil (@Beccsellent) reported@RogersHelps Can you explain why we are suddenly having huge issues w/ our cell service at our cottage? For years we used our phones without issue. Coinciding with the launch of Roger’s Satellite, now we regularly and sporadically see “SOS” where our bars should be. What gives?

TN (@TeeSeeNieuwp) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Customer service doesnt exist anymore.
-
Shell (@Shell29at) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Yeah, they don’t seem to care about customers anymore or customer service
-
Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@Rogers Hey Rogers. Do you consider a customer trying to talk to technical support waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes acceptable especially when it has to do with the poor performance of your network? No one should have to wait for an hour or more to get an issue resolved!
-
Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported@RogersHelps It takes hours to get through tech support and days to get someone out. It just happened randomly and I’ve seen before when the outage detector says no outage when there is one.

DUHMEZ (@duhmez) reported@UnpluggedRetro @RogersHelps Just tell her to tether Wi-Fi to her phone. It's easy. No problem. There's no reason to lose Internet
