@RogersHelps We were without tv, internet and cell service from 8am to 10:30pm Friday, and it went out again last night at 5:30 and hasn’t been restored yet. Recently got intermittent cell service back. Unacceptable!

@RogersHelps over 48 hours and the @Rogers still has an outage. Long weekend screwed over and Guess what it's not even because of the weather. A construction company cut their fiber network... Love how we get zero updates and zero communication from Rogers. Bell looking real nice

@Rogers Billing us for the internet service we are not using, is this how you make profit? Shame on you calling multiple times and each time assuming you will fix it but keep on generating bill for service we are not using.

@RogersHelps I realize we’ve had some bad weather, but nothing unprecedented. We haven’t lost power and that usually goes out anytime someone farts. Will be switching to Bell this week.

@Rogers @susiebrown_tdsb No, no you actually do not!! I’ve been without since the 23rd and Rogers for the past year is the absolute worse! I’m still without internet and your great ignite garbage!! My neighbours with Bell are fine. I wouldn’t trust Rogers to monitor anything. I expect more than 10$ off.
