    So disappointed in @Rogers. Cancelled 15 years of being a customer because of $40 and bad customer service. Rep couldn’t care less about my issues or cancelling. Guess 15 year history has no value.

    @RogersHelps needs to do better. I’m teaching virtually & I need a reliable internet provider that can ensure that I have a stable connection.After months &numerous calls having the same issues I wonder if @Rogers cares about providing their customers with good dependable service

    @RogersHelps BTW, the FREE CH. sez from 6pm to 6 am. It went black at midnight. Typical service
