Hey @TELUS why does the power outage affect your customers more than @Rogers and @FreedomMobile ? Same area, similar reception because of the tower being shared between you two. I have all 3 in my house and only Telus lines are struggling.

@RogersHelps internet has been down at my place in Waterloo for about 4 hours. Everytime I try to get help it takes me to a bot asking me to restart my modem. Very cool.

@RogersHelps @JimPittman What sense does it make to send someone to that link for more information when the restoration time is still listed as TBD when the outage has been going on since 8:30pm last night. 18+ hours into an outage and zero transparency on what the issue is. Not good enough @RogersHelps
