@Bell 2 days of no internet...this is ridiculous! I am tired of the excuses from your customer service reps. I live east of Toronto and am unable to work from home. Ive been given 4 different times and it still isn't fixed @Rogers #SOS

  • Kham55 Kelsea Hamilton (@Kham55) reported

Hey @Fidomobile! I hope you can help me out. Switching from @Rogers as they wasted 10 hours of my time today. Been with them for over 25 years. Time for a change!

  • Kham55 Kelsea Hamilton (@Kham55) reported

@Rogers what a disgraceful company. After 25 years with you I wasted 10 hours dealing with getting new phones to be told at the end they made an error and I can’t have them. Great way to treat long-standing customers. Will move to another provider tomorrow.

  • JChaderian John Chaderian (@JChaderian) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers offered 3 days of a service credit what a joke when they cut my services during work!! Unbelievable! How can rogers cut my services and put me out of work and make me lose wages and compensate me next to nothing?? Where are my consumer rights? #CRTC

  • MarvellousMissZ Momtimus Prime (@MarvellousMissZ) reported

@RogersHelps Tried to follow the service interruption links on mobile as my internet is down. I keep looping back to the same 2 pages. Is there a different link so I can check?

  • Dhuggzz00 Dhuggzz (@Dhuggzz00) reported

@RogersHelps @R0BAR Horrible service random spikes for no reason smh

  • TheSeatedView Lene Andersen (@TheSeatedView) reported

@RogersHelps Says the company with an annual profit of $15 BILLION! Apparently, your senior management has never heard of compassion. We're in a pandemic. How about swallowing a billion or so reduction and giving back to the customer who is likely struggling? #BusinessIdeas

  • Sheryl_SLP Sheryl ZG (@Sheryl_SLP) reported

@RogersHelps May be useful in some instances, but not when I am the driver and I lose all cellular service at that spot.cant sent the report in either of those situations, even less so when they co-occur.

  • jonnymacro McRae (@jonnymacro) reported

@RogersHelps is internet down in my area?

  • UnNameableName UnNameableName (@UnNameableName) reported

Says a lot about how shitty @Rogers is that I get better cell service in the middle of a forest two hours north of Winnipeg than I do in a town ten minutes south of Winnipeg where you can see a cell tower from everywhere in the town
