Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SpacedOutHusky Apollo 🇺🇦 ➡️ MFF (@SpacedOutHusky) reported

@RogersHelps When you claim that there is no issue to begin with, that's where the problem lies, I'm glad I don't directly do business with your business, sadly my ISP uses your lines, so here we are.

  • stvlprd Steve (@stvlprd) reported

@daynabreezy @RogersHelps It fundamentally makes no sense. I'm with @koodo and never had any issues with loss of coverage.

  • TalibSST Sabrah (@TalibSST) reported

@RogersHelps when will internet be restored in Alta Vista in Ottawa? Power is back but no internet. Bell service seems fine by the way!

  • JeWaHu J.H. (@JeWaHu) reported

@rogers @rogershelp better be adding the data I used during this outage back to my account. I’m not paying for Ignite to use data sitting at home. If not, here I come @Bell

  • Seb_Palazzo Sebastian Palazzo (@Seb_Palazzo) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@Rogers my family has had no internet service in Brampton for 2 days now and there are no updates from anyone at @Rogers other than your AI which is not very helpful at all.

  • kidsbookartist Christine Tripp (@kidsbookartist) reported

@RogersHelps @marcrjgagnon Would be better if the auto message was changed to massive outage, rather then “a few” ( ie: most of Ontario)

  • Wynndam1 Wynne (@Wynndam1) reported

@RogersHelps so like are you just pretending that there hasn’t been an outage here for 80 hours despite other people nearby having internet?

  • Tpgc17 Tpgc (@Tpgc17) reported

@635bur @RogersHelps @lula76 They will throw a few bucks credit on your accout that doesn’t compensate for travel into the office, lost productivity, or other impacts. This is why we need more diverse service options and the CRTC to work for Canadians instead of be in the pocket of bell/Rogers.

  • billcs Bill Smith ♊️ (@billcs) reported

For me to send a direct message and a tweet to @RogersHelps yesterday and receive NO reply is the ultimate in poor basic customer service. I was without TV yesterday and think my bill should be adjusted with a credit for lack of response or service.

  • angellz angellz 🇨🇦 (@angellz) reported

Also @RogersHelps - stating there are issues in “Southern Ontario” without actually letting us know what areas are affected is bullshit. I’d also like to know why my area is affected today when it was fine yesterday?
