Sweet Tooth (@sweet_tooth19) reported@JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?

Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@CognizantBeing @Rogers I will admit I received good service today, but it took over an hour of my time. The wait time to speak with someone was only 5mins. It was the amount of times I was put on hold while she “was checking” things. They must improve their service levels for call time as well as bring back more Canadian call centres. I haven’t even touched on privacy issues. @Rogers

Jagang (@JagangUS) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The problem is not only the lengthy 90 minute “support” calls - but that your issue will not be properly resolved and you will need to repeat the process three or four times. You are lucky that you got an ‘agent’ that could speak english - I got one that could not spell.

Dan Anderson (@BitterDan) reported@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers Worked for Rogers for years. Their whole play is to charge as much as possible while making service extremely difficult or useless to reach.. means less costs for them. All 3 carriers are corrupt.
-
Kimmie G (@KimmyG6) reported@Mayathabee @RogersHelps Sit on hold for an hour. That’s @Rogers “customer service”
-
GrumpyOldMan (@NotElonEither) reported@NavdeepSBains We're you the COO of @Rogers when the Brampton call centre was outsourced to other countries including India/ Philippines? How does that help ontarians?
-
Thoms Foolery (@ThomsFoolery) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers outsources their help desk to someone else. It is not a Rogers employee you are talking to, but a call centre.
-
Julie Forrest (@jforrest) reportedI’m sorry, Marina. Welcome to Canada. @RogersHelps is the worst (except maybe next to @AirCanada)
-
🇨🇦 Shonna 💜TAEMate💎6v6🐥 (@shonna_74) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps The sad part s that your support model changed and has gone completely backwards. On hold for hours, with CSR for hours, on hold 45 mind, xfer twice. The call dropped 3 times! He called me back twice and not the 3rd time. So 3.5 hours wasted. Again! Please help me!

CptNash (@CptNash2) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because since 2008,many companies were offered outsourcing financial incentives and generous tax breaks. I personally was on a team that closed a contact centre in Canada to relocate to the Philippines. I can tell you that it has nothing to do with superior customer experiences.
