@Rogers What would be nice is if your techs gave full service to customers especially when your rates are the highest of all service providers. When switching from cable to ignite, why do your techs leave all the power supplies plugged in for the cable boxes??

March madness has started … unfortunately if you live in Canada @Rogers and @Bell aren’t showing the first four. Hmmmm sounds like we need better service providers… just a thought #frustration
