They are now telling me 5 days (from this past Monday) is when the department I’m looking for will call me. Originally on Monday I was told 24-48hrs. Yesterday I was told 72. And now this. This is horrible service.

And then I gotta pay all this money for cable to watch 3 things I can watch on tsn+ for 90% less than Roger's. Ever since youbswitch to this Xfinity service Roger's has been absolutely terrible
