@RogersBiz I called the customer service and they kept me redirecting to different departments and after an hour the call was automatically cut. I have just seen your message. Please find the earliest and easiest way of communicating.

@RogersBiz Here’s something… every time rogers ignite freeze or tv screen goes black, I switch channels between the habs v canucks game and the raptors v rockets game. Needless to say I flipped channels a lot cuz rogers ignite is crap. Pure 🐕💩

@RogersHelps Your Ignite Wifi is ****. Less than 24 hrs from install - was down for a few hrs this afternoon, very slow loading websites & often without photos. You cost me extra $$ having to use my phone data today!! after 10 yrs I've had enough.
