    haha i’m done with your shit @RogersHelps my loss spikes are back your internet is so bad it actually hurts my brain... the only reason i’m with you still is because my mom doesn’t want to change and has deals cause she’s been with you guys for years honestly this is horrible god

    I use to spend so much money @Rogers @RogersHelps and they never listened to my complaint about them breaching my privacy but then @Bell @Bell_Support I was taken care of with respect.

    And after sitting at home for two hours waiting for r @RogersHelps technician I find out they’ve randomly cancelled the call for no apparent reason and there’s no way to get someone out today. Absolutely imcompetent customer service.

    @bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.

    @RogersHelps lost HD CBC for leafs hockey in guelph ON. Was ok when it started. Went back and black screen. All other channels ok and yes did restart box. Now watching in non HD. Please check this service.
