Hey @RogersHelps my internet keeps going down. Was down most of yesterday and today. I have to power cycle the modem sometimes to get the connection back but doesn’t always last long. I’m in the L5K, is there an issue in my area?

@RogersHelps we upgraded from regular to ignite internet and our service got worse LMAO How am I supposed to get work done or hang out with friends if I’m lagging and disconnecting every 2 seconds :) Anytime I try talking to a rep they say it’s “fine” but it’s def not fine!!!

It's 2022, yet, every time we have winds over 10km/hr, a brownout, or heavy rain our Rogers service is interrupted for HOURS. We live 20 min outside the frackin' capital of NB FFS 🤬. @Rogers relies on their customers to inform them of outages .... 🤦
