As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

Rich (@GRichM77) reported@RogersHelps submitting a new ticket does not work. i chose send a text message in the link you sent and no text message arrives. multiple tries. this is the reason for the ticket to be opened to begin with. so it's not a solution. what else have you got Eric ?

At least once a week, my internet and phone will both become effectively unusable in spite of having strong 5G signal on both devices. I can make this post but it'll take several minutes, and I can't even watch TV.
