@Rogers Its pretty easy, ppl have bad months, especially now and you treat me like a child. I'm so over it. Once my phone is done I'm taking my 6 lines & internet somewhere where I'm treated like an adult.

@RogersHelps I've been transfered on chat multiple times from Care to Tech Support to Ignite. Now, nobody from the Ignite team answers. What's the point of choosing you over @Bell if your premium services have no support?

Hey @RogersHelps, given that every single time I've called you for support in the last 20+ years I've heard the message that the wait time would be long due to a higher volume of calls than normal, you may want to reconsider what you deem "normal". I'm just sayin'.
