    @EVAsKarma @Rogers Had the same problems so switched to Bell. For me they have been 100% better. Been with then for 10 yrs now. Only one outage for 1 hr. Maybe just our feed but been good.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I don’t ever get 5G on one of the numbers I got with Rogers. The other number does get it! Both phones are 5 G phones (iPhone 13 Pro Max gets 5G, iPhone 13 Pro doesn’t get 5G) Can you help?

    @RogersHelps Ahhhh you're killing me. Multiple stores couldn't help and then phone girl said she couldn't help because her internet connection wasn't working. Transferred me and I've been on hold for over an hour. Trying hard not to be a Karen. 🆘

    Received my @Rogers bill w/ the credit for the outage. If 5 days of service = $16 then by their math, my monthly bill should be half the amount that it is🙄
