    @Rogers I've been a customer of yours for 25 - 27 years now, I've never been so disappointed in your service. I'm having two issues one that should be easily resolved within 3 days but have been told to expect a 60 day turnaround and the other has no resolution date. Shame.

    @Rogers My Ignite TV and all of rogers service has not been working right for at least a week. You are making it very difficult for me and our family to work from home.Can I get a discount on all my services until you figure it out? No!! That never happens. Looking at Bell

    @RogersHelps What a waste of time. One hour later and filling out form 3x and told they don’t handle wireless. Wtf? I said specifically I didn’t have internet and you offered to help …. And then said not your dept. then Rogers helps needs to say we don’t handle wireless issues

    Another @roger @RogersHelps ignite tv outage in northeast London. This is beginning to be a regular event since I upgraded to Ignite. WTH is it THIS time? At price, I’d say @Rogers owes customers a few free days of service. It even less reliable than previous tv service.

    @RogersHelps Rogers withdraw $1432.30 out of my bank account for unreturned equipment when it has been indeed returned and Rogers confirmed that I don't owe them any fees. Please help!

    @Rogers 25 years I've used your service and have always promoted it being used. Today, I have to "upgrade" my service to the exact same service but 10$ more to have access to a modem capable of providing the service I already pay for. 10 more a month for a modem. Disappointed..

    @Rogers since the remote work your services have deteriorated. Longer call wait,fuzzy connection, background noises, dogs,children etc. I had been waiting 30 minutes to speak to an agent, LAST week waited 45 minutes & did not get an agent. Your service is 3rd world @CRTCeng @CP24
