    @RogersHelps Need to know about the contract termination or phone exchange policy if the phone that I bought 4 months ago is giving health issues. I like the phone features However, I find its too too heavy to hold and my wrist started hurting now.

    I regret my decision. It has been a terrible experience dealing with your company, and more accountability is required here. I am waiting 30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone to fix this disaster. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I get that but it doesn't matter how many extra channels i get when i now have to stream on my tv through a secondary device and the picture quality is bad and i have to deal with endless buffering. When before nhl live was its own app and i didn't have any of these issues.

    @RogersHelps you need a simple network status/outage report webpage that is quick to read and easy to find. I just spent several minutes looking on my laptop and found nothing at all useful. I don't have time or resources to do that during an outage only to end up with nothing.

    @RogersHelps thanks I thought you would want to know. apparently a couple of people here in winnipeg got the same text. I will try and see if I can forward it. I am a genx and have tech skills but I might have trouble seeing the right button due to not wanting to wear my bifocals ;)
