@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

@MattKhamis @Rogers Credit to @Rogers help. They contacted me after that tweet. Kimberly asked me a few questions and created a service ticket. This morning I got a text message at 7:30am that the problem was solved. So far so good. Thank you!

@RogersHelps Longterm issue with a lot of excuses ... only solution that has been offered by @RogersHelps is to turn to HSPA only. $300/mo for what are essentially 4 wi-fi only devices when used in my area. Based on my travels, the whole HWY15 corridor seems to be impacted.

@mikev527 @Rogers The other day I turned on my TV and the volume was going up and down. Didn't solve the problem until I unplugged my modem and reset it. Horrible

One would think a company w/Communications in its name would know to warn ppl when planned upgrades may impact service. Been mostly down for over 12 hours, @Rogers, & have work to do that I can't accomplish. Thanks a ton.

@lukeincanada @Rogers Would recommend escalating the issue with tech support as high as you can, and then make sure they compensate you with some credit. Keep taking pics of the error screens that appear
