    @RogersHelps I just upgraded my device and it isn't reading my sim card. I tried using Anna and it gave me an error and said I would be connected with support. I was not. How do I fix this? Thanks!

    So @Rogers excellent connection is down again. So why are we paying premium prices in Canada for low quality connections? Recently I had a text message from Rogers stating that since they were unable to find the problem with my connection they therefore concluded that there is NP

    @RogersHelps Internet down for 2 days, project deadline approaching, so I was eager to know and after some investigation, found out Rogers ACCIDENTALLY CANCELLED AND PLACED PENALTY on my business account just because I asked how much is cancellation fee 2 days ago. WOOOW!!!
