    @RogersHelps It’s quite frustrating not knowing when the internet would be back, customer care is a 3 hr + wait time… is there any view of internet outage status by postal code? I am at L5L 5L9..

    @RogersHelps Services should be credited for more than 2 days. I'm experiencing a ton of issues still says later. I'm unable to send pictures through text and I keep dropping off the 5G network onto 4G or LTE and it's not loading any data. Please be more transparent and credit accordingly.

    What's the deal with @Rogers? Ever since they came back from the mass outage, getting a stable and reliable internet connection has been a challenge. It keeps cutting out for short periods. WTF is with that? Want reliable internet? Don't get #Rogers

    @RogersHelps my wifi is still pinging up and down so much i got like 20 mbps then itll spike to 133 mbps then back down to like 10 please fix the spiking its messing with all my stuff some stuff will load others will not

    @glendalynndixon @RogersHelps @CRTCeng They have been brutal with communication which does not surprise. Statements like restored service to most areas is not accurate when only partial restoration. They should be upfront and detail the kinds of problems people may continue to experience due to DHCP and other issues.

    The Rogers outage fiasco from a tech enthusiast point of view. @Rogers I think it's high time you and @Telus and @Bell got together to arrange a back up in case one carriers systems goes down. Would be simple? Probably not.
