@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

@Rogers Is there another outage in Ontario again this morning? #rogersoutrage

@RogersHelps Let me get this straight, Rogers charges me almost $6 for being late by 2 days BECAUSE OF THE OUTAGE, but not one cent off my bill FOR THE OUTAGE. Oh, and no human will answer the Rogers' phone line to hear my complaint about it. Going a long way to "regain trust".

Our @Rogers internet is spotty at best this morning. It’s been a week since the outage and everything is supposed to be “fully operational”. What gives, @RogersHelps ?

@RogersHelps @IamRose0409 I noticed the internet was down around 3 AM in N2L4S9, looks like your team have been experimenting things late night. Can they stop itweaking it on Weekdays, Worst company #nointernet #Canada #rogersoutage

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Is it possible they need to re-boot everything & maybe missed something? When Bell goes down it’s hellacious to re-start everything. I’m a tech dummy so this all with a grain of salt & good intentions.

Heather Kirk, PhD (@madamekirk) reported from London, Ontario
Does anyone else on @TekSavvyCSR or @Rogers in Old North currently have an outage? My internet is down but I can’t figure out if it’s a me problem or more generalized. 🫤

HellCat 🐾 (@HellCatRedux) reported
@RogersHelps @HotJoeKyle Yes, DUE TO THE OUTAGE, Rogers will be late getting things like this done. However, if your bill was due DURING THE OUTAGE, pay up that late charge, baby.

Jamie 'Six' Easton (@Arirthos) reported
@RogersHelps Internet down. Is there an outage in Waterloo?
-
HellCat 🐾 (@HellCatRedux) reported
@RogersHelps I pay my bills online. I guess I should have gone someplace with a competitor's ISP to pay my Rogers bill during the outage to avoid a late charge. This is absolutely rich. You take me to court for that $5, and maybe we'll take you for the losses we incurred.

@peggy_blair @RogersHelps Billing cycle doesn't include the outage window and credit may be on next bill?
