    @Rogers @99bargainbetty 3 days... still no service. I work from home, cannot work. Can't watch TV either! Are you going to credit us for our data usage too? Who are the "vast majority" whose service has been restored? Here in the nation's capital we're still SOL.

    @RogersHelps You think that is helpful? My 89 year old Mom has no phone service and she cannot make or recieve calls. She lives alone. Time to put on the adult pants and escalate the issue to the CEO. 8f u have the courage.

    @charlesadler @Rogers An outage at a phone company shouldn’t have catastrophic national fallout. I was grateful for my Shaw internet connection and Telus phone service on Friday.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers First you say service is restored then you backtrack .. does anyone there have a clue what’s going on … your company is so big even you can’t manage it #BreakUpRogers Thousands of gig workers / Uber/ Lyft / INSTACART / doordash etc lost work again today .. $5 credit not enough !

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Prior to the outage, our internet connection would go down 1-2 times per day. Our TV would freeze multiple times per day. I’m guessing living in a rural area of Mississauga we have to expect this. I’m the fool, paying for this shoddy service. I call, nothing changes.

    @RogersHelps After 5.5 hours on Chat support where twice the chat disconnected for no apparent reason I am still missing channels from my Ignite Flex 20 + Sports and I am unable to get any assistance. This has been a terrible experience and tomorrow I’m thinking maybe Bell.
