  Very disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.

  @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

  I swear @Rogers is the worst phone provider in world and I’m taking legal action against them Every employee there is a joke They all lie , endless charges I have to dispute Since switching to a business account I’ve only gotten worse service I just paid them almost 1000$ to get my bill to zero Confirmed my next bill is 60$ tax in and that will be in going forward My bill is at 0 for awhile , I screenshot wondering what’s happening , then 160$ gets added to my bill They said 80$ suspension fee was added 💀 Rogers I’m coming for you
