@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

So… @Rogers @RogersHelps that’s a no on #help then? Fantastic. Oddly ironic a company that sells phones and phone services is impossible to reach by phone.

@lynnmercereau @ShelbyHappy @RogersHelps are impossible to deal with. Maybe this link will help

@Lidsville @Rogers Ask them which plan you are on now and they will hang up because they don’t know - fake agents

@RogersHelps @rogers: 15 hours with no internet, using my @telus phone as a hotspot. At 8 am, you said it'd take 4 hours to fix. Then 4-6 hours. Then the Rogers outage page kept extending the resolution time by an hour. Now an agent told me 24 hours. WTF? Unacceptable.

@Rogers it sure would be nice if there was a sports radio station in Vancouver so I can hear about of this is a good or a bad thing.

@GunGnome @Rogers Drop your phone back down to LTE. Better data frequency rates at a distance vs 5G.

It is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers

@Rogers what happened to your customer service? 20 year customer here and I cant reach anyone for help, you hang up saying youre busy and every chat disconnects. How am I supposed to get help? Its been a week of consistently trying. Ombudsman info please

@sameo416 @Rogers ******* gross of Rogers for trying to make the customer responsible for replacing equipment destroyed by a wildfire, the eqpt should be written-off by Rogers for all impacted. You're right, CRTC doesn't allow companies to charge a fee past when the service was accessible.

@RogersHelps I did not acquire any other internet service here yet.
