@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

@rogers what is the point of gettin over an hour on the phone explaining my problem for the 4th TIME, getting 3rd tech visit and first thing he asks... "What is your issue?" After 4 calls, they are not aware of my problem. God dammit (Watch the copy/paste answer soon)

Switch to e-billing they said. It's more convenient & reduces paper waste they said. Well then, @Rogers & @RogersHelps, how come my profile is broken, I haven't been able to access my online bill since June, and no one can seemingly fix it?

@TELUSsupport I've been having coverage issues since I switched to you from @Rogers. I was told that within my 6 blocks there is an issue but only after pressing for information. I do not receive calls and don't get notified that they were missed. This has been an issue since end of May.
