@RogersHelps Trying to upgrade 2 Ignite/TV. Many online chats: 1-my husband is told he has 3 accounts! 2-we can/cant access TV via a computer monitor (depending on which rep). Not sure what package we have anymore! Isn’t there one person (Supervisor?) who can help? Thanks

🙏 @Bell, @Rogers and 😡 @TELUS: I don’t need 6G, even LTE as a tech is under-utilized, let alone 5G networks reportedly choking due to ineffective badwidth. So investing in capacity rather than new tech would help stay clear of foreign infrastructure.

@Rogers Hell no- I was forced to switch to Rogers because they bought out Compton. I was told everything would remain status quo with my bill- not- my bill is now over $200 a month and I’ve lost a lot of channels AND your customer service is terrible- Always wait minimum 1 hour
