@RogersHelps Since December 24th when I changed my service, every monthly Ignite bill has been wrong. Including this last one. I have wasted over 14.5 hrs trying to resolve. I’d like to cancel everything.

@TekSavvyNetwork This is bogus. #Guelph has been out since 1pm today and your network map shows nothing. I get that it's a @RogersHelps issue but it doesn't matter. Update your outage map properly. And provide regular stays updates. Or something. Anything is better than this deafening silence.
