@RogersHelps I was sent an email this morning saying my internet issues were resolved. But they are not. There is also so outage listed on your outage monitoring site. Are people still working on those or not? Be straight with people.

Anyone on @Rogers device care? Cancel it. After a cracked screen and case, when the battery began to fail I called them for the promised replacement. But they will only repair, if I pay another $129. For ~$100 in parts. After paying $16/mo since 2019. FU @RogersHelps #whatascam

The state of mobile phone service in Canada is deplorable. My bill is $150 a month, and @RogersHelps has had me on a hold since 0900hrs. All because they can’t find my returned handset in their warehouse. Lovely woman on the phone, but that just stole an hour of my day!

@Rogers I haven’t been able to access my emails on outlook for over 2 weeks…frequent calls to tech support …no solution. We need a fix soon!

It’s getting worse with Rogers and you don’t get any real resolution with @RogersHelps when it’s clearly a network issue. Since February, myself along with many neighbours continue to experience random full drops of the internet service. 1/2

@RogersHelps @oheyitsjill_ It's a slow, painful process. Getting passed around from CSR to CSR - I've been at this a week already, so I know where @oheyitsjill_ is coming from.

@RogersHelps If there is a service outage, why doesn't Rogers send out a notification? Alternatively, Rogers can also post an outage notification on their website. Either way, this saves clients from contacting Rogers which can be time consuming.
