@RogersHelps We only have Rogers internet and cable, so the offer of additional Rogers wireless data does nothing for us. I’m having to use the data on my non-Rogers device to remain connected to the internet. Interesting that their service isn’t interrupted by Fiona.

  • srbradley33 Steven Bradley (@srbradley33) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers What about the spotty Internet on the 5G network?

  • jenniB17995737 jenniB (@jenniB17995737) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps when upgrading the new line fee is stupid since I am not adding a new line but upgrading my phone with the same SIM card and phone number. Only rencentlu have added two lines which are my apples watches to which I have no issue paying for the connection.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Eligible lol like what absolutely bs. I'm done this second time I haven't been able get ahold of my daughter again and with prices paid funny all these years no issues now all sudden let me guess global warming 😒

  • bertlmartin45 Lynn Martin (@bertlmartin45) reported

@RogersHelps We are tired of your apologies. We did not sign up for HIGH MONTHLY BILLS to get partial service. Your outages, tower problems, etc are NOT OUR PROBLEM. I can hardly wait until my phone plan with your company is over. You are too big

  • EmpeyMike Mike Empey (@EmpeyMike) reported

@RogersHelps Worst offer ever, I already pay for unlimited data, so I actually get nothing back

  • OGabernathy Avinash Persaud (@OGabernathy) reported

@RogersHelps The drop calls and poor call quality is finally fixed after the outage but the mobile internet in Ayr, Ontario is still horrible. Instead of extra data that we can't use why don't you fix/upgrade the towers in Ayr?

  • MeredithKarosas MEK (@MeredithKarosas) reported

@RogersHelps My son goes to school in Halifax and has had to use so much of our GB with no internet We are almost out and won’t make it to our new month turnover . How can you help?

  • Toooooony233 Toooooony (@Toooooony233) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Why don’t you give us unlimited data, there’s no service anyway

  • Exhempshun Sam Kelley 🇨🇦 (@Exhempshun) reported

@Rogers This should have been a yes or no question. Sadly the answer is no. Not a good way to treat customers who were affected by the storm.
