@rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps Everyone needs to chill the hell out! I can’t remember the last time Rogers had an outage. Yes it was inconvenient, I get it, but come on man. An apology is pretty much all they can do. Accept it and move on

@RogersHelps after almost 20 hours without service, who's going to pick up the tab on lost revenue because my clients couldn't reach me?

The sad thing about the @RogersHelps, @Fidomobile and @chatrmobile outage is that any compensation offered will be for the hours you lost, so maybe 1/30th of your bill, maybe $2 or $3. For people dependant on cell services for their business, they lost a lot more than that.

@RogersHelps So will tomorrow be another day of silence from the folks at Rogers? Is this issue getting resolved today? This is ridiculous

It'd be real nice if @Rogers @RogersHelps could fix their outage so I could make some calls to clients. Shows I have service, can't make or receive calls/texts, even though I have restated my phone multiple times. Probably a good time to find a better carrier with better rates.

@kristinanichols @Rogers I hate them. I want to switch. I pay basically $150 a month for what... their **** service?
