Even if I decided to upgrade @Rogers I would need to pay out my existing contract, take a new, more expensive one, and still no guarantee they could add the cellular on my watch. Yes, clearly first world problem but purchased for health reasons. Anyone have Apple on cell & happy?

Certainly not blaming the folks over @NEWS957 , but great ******* decision @Rogers , listening to an Ontario broadcast in the afternoon now? Why would local advertisers want to use this service anymore?

@1goatroti @RogersHelps I'm switching out to another service for January. The quality of my internet is beyond acceptable and can't be the norm for my city.

@RogersHelps I am frustrated that I get a useless phone call saying that my service request is delayed without a clear indication of when the request is delayed to. I then cannot get a live agent on LiveChat or Facebook Messenger - bad customer service!

@Rogers majour fail today. I spent 4 and a half hours on the phone trying to add an internet connection to my 89 year old parents who are in a seniors home in a pandemic only to be told everyone is going home, call back tomorrow. The height of lousy service. Wasted time

@RogersHelps is there another outage? I am in the middle of taking my test online and suddenly I don’t have a connection. This is so unacceptable, it’s been like this for three weeks. And it’s just so upsetting like I can fail my test because of this, no teachers will do retake-

@Rogers @bluejays you amrk my word. You make a useless signing thats not a satrting pitcher like signing an outfielder. Someone will go down with an injury to even it out. Its karma, i see it all the time.
