@RogersHelps Will the next update be fixing the issues everyone has been having? Will there be refunds available to customers who were expecting a product that the nhl and @mlb were providing directly? I don’t think I can continue to use the app in its current state unless major changes.

Can you guys please fix the stream ? We are in 2022 cant we have a clean feed without having audio/image problems every minutes? With the amount it cost it should be the minimum to be a clean feed. @Sportsnet @RogersHelps

Subscribed to @Sportsnet NOW. Says I don't have subscription. Support chat says they are 'busy' @Rogers is a ******* joke. It's 2022, figure your streaming **** out or bring back NHL Live.

@RogersHelps hey Rogers what’s going on with the Leafs broadcast? The feed is awful and jittery and looks like a vintage 1960’s broadcast

@TSN_Sports @RogersHelps why does the Leafs broadcast on TSN keep freezing up on Rogers Ignite? No other channel is an issue so it’s not a wifi or box reset issue.

@RogersHelps why is the internet down again….

@nxrthluvsyou @Bell_Support @Rogers That sucks. Is it at least on radio? I’m lucky one of my TV’s still works, but paying for Bell means I can’t afford to go anywhere. I would rather not be confined to one room to watch CTV Primetime.

@RogersHelps Audio is better but the visuals are terrible - bad quality. Bad bad quality & after reading on Reddit many others agree!
