@RogersHelps Yes and I understand it’s not the people I spoke to fault, but by Wednesday that will be 5 days without service. Something needs to be more efficient.

@RogersHelps After communicating with neighbours, we're all experiencing internet issues. They're short, but often enough to be an annoyance. Restarting the router is clearly not the answer. After the cell phone outage, criticism will be at an all time high here.

@RogersHelps Second time calling Rogers since the weekend and the issue is I got two pods for better reception. The ignite app does not recognize the Mac number provided. They are not the ones located on the pods. They are in the equipment section of my Rogers app. These are the gen 2 pods
