    @RogersHelps Cell/LTE in my area has been down for 18+ hours since the storm. When is the tower going to be fixed? With the amt we pay in services this should be no longer than a few hours to have it fixed.

    @RogersHelps So when I went in to your corporate store I couldnโ€™t get a sim card because the name on my account didnโ€™t match perfectly. Trish is a shortform of Patricia. The agent at the store told me she put in a ticket which will take 24 to 48 hours to process. No cell service since Tues

    @RogersHelps @nestapendragon @RogersHelps should be sending someone out immediately at no charge to fix it and give you a rebate for your trouble. Like immediately rogers.
