They have cemented my decision all weekend and all day today issues. Rogers @Rogers have disrespected this totally disabled MS patient for the last time. They expect me to be available to go to the gateway once every hour to read the MAC address when I can’t walk and they know it

  • CoeurRegulus
    Regulus Coeur (@CoeurRegulus) reported

@Rogers hey why can't I ever reach an agent in Canada who speaks English, instead of Morocco, Bangladesh etc. where they don't have a clue what they're doing? We pay far too much for mobility plans for this garbage customer service.

@Rogers I have been call customer service all day and the recording just keeps saying higher than normal call volume and hanging up

@RogersHelps I have been calling since 8am and it keeps just telling me to call back and hangs up. Tell me exactly how is this customer service?

    Manan Sood (@Manansood20) reported

@Rogers Is this really how you treat your customers? I don’t want to spend another hour waiting to explain the same issue again. Please review my account, remove this disputed charge as promised, and confirm that my account will not be suspended because of it.

Is anyone else having email problems with @Rogers / shaw today?

  • BluebirdX11
    Bluebird (@BluebirdX11) reported

@RogersHelps Not a small number in SW it is pervasive based on those I’ve spoken with. So the marker on the website calling this a small SE problem is not true.

@Rogers @RogersHelps I've been on hold for over an hour to get some tech support...how much longer do I have to wait?! Calls have always been answered within 30 min... what's the deal?! #poorservice #customerservice #hold
