@alancross @Rogers Their customer service is awful. They are lucky Canada lets them run a monopoly.

This is what happens when you do business in an monopolized environment. @rogers and @bell have horrible customer service because they do not give a **** about customers. They are only concerned with quarterly profits!

@Rogers Just wondering who is proof reading this as i tried to get an escalation… do most people reading this see their computer typo? They say it may be “resolved” because they could not pinpoint it. Yeah, thanks for your help and thanks for telling me it is resolved

@canadiens_8 @Rogers I don’t subscribe to any service, but for those who have to in order to see their respective teams play… it’s beyond ridiculous. Unfortunately though… it’s the cost of doing business.

@alancross @Rogers Rogers customer service used to be half decent. No idea what’s happened but you can never get through to anyone and when you do they have no idea how to fix the issue. I spent weeks trying to get in touch with someone. It’s pathetic.

@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Anyone subscribing to either service - you better check yourself for real though, and if you still do, you’re part of the problem
