recently switched from @Rogers to @Bell. Had a technical issue, which was eventually resolved....but the customer service @Bell is equally inept. Not sure why im surprised by this....

Can @Rogers pls switch texting back to the sms network & off the chat/data trainwreck. Everytime I'm out of area or their internet goes down I have to manually switch to sms to send/ receive messages. Sometimes they don't come thru for hours. Just so they can bump data usage.

@FidoSolutions @Rogers do you damn job & give me the service that my family is paying you for. Your dog **** wi-fi has been pissing me off since we switched to you Fido in April with it's constant 40 megabytes/s or nothing at all. Which we're paying for WAY more than that.
