@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

very bad experience in getting new mobility connections. Your win back team called and offered a plan but on receiving the agreement it’s not as promised. Try to get it addressed for last one week. Being redirect to differ teams but no results. Frustrating exp..@RogersHelps

@dethclokkk @RogersHelps The difference was 15$ per month which would cost me 406$ in next 24 months. Most frustrating fact here is they reached my me multiple time in last 18 months. Now they are offering to waive off 60$ pay the rest or cancel the connection.

@RogersHelps So, do you have a response to my theory? You must be aware of the CONSTANT long waits (if you're not, how can you possibly maintain a working corporation), why don't you ever take any steps to try and fix the issue? Or am I right, you want people to hang up?

@lee_jasonk @RogersBiz Rogers is a joke. FIL passed away, needed to cancel his services in LTC. Took hours to get through and then they kept asking if we were sure we wanted to cancel and perhaps there was someone else who could take over the service? Like, seriously??
