Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

The automated response after 3 hours just told me you are experiencing high call volumes and then said have a good day and ended the call. This is poor customer service. Internet is fine, reg tv on cable cuts out. Called bulk service # 1-855-759-5856. Held forever finally hung up. Please help.

P.V. (@dynamicdojo1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I just did the same with Telus they operate out of El Salvador and the Philippines. The service is fast and they are well trained. One guy had chickens in the background, but i wish they were operating in Canada.
