@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

Words to the wise: CHECK YOUR BILLS CLOSELY. Turns out I’ve been charged the “business” rate for my home #Internet. Disappointed in myself for not noticing earlier. Mad at #Rogers for selling me the wrong service. Hopefully, I can get this resolved. 💸🤬 @RogersHelps

On a work trip out of the country, for the 4th time in 7 weeks, my @Rogers email shuts down, doesn't let me change the password, can't get to the security question. Three help agents admitted the problem is with Rogers, do zero, no help. Other agents in the past fixed it.
