Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

As for Vladdy he can't hit anything into the air, it's always grounders plus his normal hustle to 1st base is diminished.

The automated response after 3 hours just told me you are experiencing high call volumes and then said have a good day and ended the call. This is poor customer service. How about calling me and I will graciously put you on hold for 3 hours

It took me three phone calls and at least four if not, five times as long to simply pay a bill today than it used to take me when I used to just go through the phone prompts using my keypad.
