Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

Your support member was amazing though once I got through. I spend a lot on your services, hire more people.

Now they don’t want to declare there was an outage but your backend team is still gathering information ~22.5 hours out when this situation happen. Rogers used to send me advertising txts every day or so, and was charging me data charges for them to send me ads. Soon as I noticed I got more than $120 refunded from being nickled and dimed by their shiester fraud, then cancelled service and never looked back (20 years ago).
