Words to the wise: CHECK YOUR BILLS CLOSELY. Turns out I’ve been charged the “business” rate for my home #Internet. Disappointed in myself for not noticing earlier. Mad at #Rogers for selling me the wrong service. Hopefully, I can get this resolved. 💸🤬 @RogersHelps

@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

bruh i waited 1 hour to talk to someone on rogers live chat, then spoke to them for another 1h30, like with legit 10 min pauses between each messages. Now onto my next waitlist to get into a new chat, as the first representative could not help me. Wtf is up @RogersBiz

@RogersHelps I have tried to call your CS 3 times over 3 days. I have given up after 1 & 1/2 hrs on hold each time! Your self serve is not operational. You no-longer have the call back option. I chose Rogers for its CS . Why is your CS so poor now?
