Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

Also every game just stops working if I watch it for 40mins but the ads work great ika skip the email cause it's just going to be "ur tvs old" except tsn and ctv work fine
