    Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps it has been two weeks without service. I work from home. I haven’t received any info except that you are working on it. I don’t know what this means. Could this take 1 month? 1 year? 10 years? Can you please provide details? Bell fibre is sounding good right now.

    Frustrated beyond belief by @Rogers Let this be a warning, if you can find another provider, do so or you’ll be spending hours on the phone fixing their problems. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager refused to take my call 🤡 @RogersHelps is a useless line. Good luck!

    @Rogers When Rogers pays me than i'll do your job for you. Ive been reporting this issue for the past 4 years. It's the only superstore in the area. Fix the issue and don't blame the building as your competitors phones work well in there.

    @Rogers what kind of service is this? One your agent promised me that I will get Internet installed by yesterday and it didn’t happened and today she is saying it won’t be possible till Saturday. i do work from home. And have to take 3 days off because of this. Can u please help

    @RogersHelps my internet has been down since I got up this morning for work. I live in Newmarket. Couldn't work because I have no internet. Then call rogers and the person who answers the phone can't give me any more info because her system is down. I am just looking for answers
