    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    @RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

    @RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

    Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

    Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

    @Rogers you have totally forgotten what customer service is all about!!!! Your help Center and loyalty department are useless been on the phone now since 1030am trying to resolve something!!!!! Am ready to just hang up and give all my business to someone who will appreciate it!

    @RogersHelps I needed to talk with a supervisor about an ONGOING problem and I was told that there was NO SUPERVISOR to talk with. That I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get a call back. #BADservice #Rogers So sorry I moved from Bell.

    @RogersHelps hi there, so a technician was supposed to be coming to my place between 4-6 to fix my internet that hasn’t been working well since I joined Rogers and no one showed up. Definitely regret leaving BELL for this

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hey Rogers, I'm paying for 5G and I'm having 5g device now but still I'm getting 3G/4G😢. Called the support and came to know I won't get 5G since I bought this phone for outright price. Everybody be aware of this. 🙄
