Alexander Schnurr (@hanz8669) reported from Saugeen Shores, Ontario@RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain
-
Alexander Schnurr (@hanz8669) reported from Saugeen Shores, OntarioJust curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

Alexander Schnurr (@hanz8669) reported from Saugeen Shores, Ontario@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

Charlie McEvoy (@charlie_mcevoy) reported from Saugeen Shores, OntarioHey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

David Spence (@CTVdavidspence) reportedWhen I worked for @Rogers, all of us had to take customer service training. Even those of us not in public facing jobs. That was more than ten years ago. Just something that came to mind as I spend my second DAY on hold with Rogers tech support.
-
Ryan (@metalmex21) reported@RogersHelps having tons of issues with the Jays Winning Innings. I have been a customer for 30 years. This is frustrating.

Elizabeth Bryant (@wheelgirl77) reported@RogersHelps Still showing no outage at 90 Waller Street in Whitby but modem is still blinking yellow and I’ve heard from neighbours that their Internet and all their services are down too.
-
JVDFarms (@JVDFarms) reportedOne thing for sure is that @Rogers has the absolute worst customer service. 115min waiting in a que get down to #2 only to come up chat session ended. Their wireless service in this area is absolute garbage as well
-
Elizabeth Bryant (@wheelgirl77) reported@RogersHelps Talk to the AI is the only advice you can give me? How about fixing this?! Have your tech guys target my building and fix it. I’ve done all the level one tech-support stuff, now it’s on you guys. Why do you always put the onus on the customer to figure it out?
-
Joelien Jose (@joelien) reported@RogersHelps Lost home internet and I feel this maybe a neighbourhood issue in the L5W 1H5 area
-
Jarrell G (@jarrell) reported@RogersHelps I’ve been without home phone, TV, or internet service for over 17hrs. Customer service isn’t available through phone support. This length of downtime is unacceptable without proactive contact or an easy way to connect to support. Forcing people online while home internet is down
