Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

@RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

@RogersHelps what is going on in Mississauga. Unstable internet for over a week now! Even after a tech came. We're cancelling our service but it's still unacceptable to be down as much as you have been.

@Rogers I mean the app itself is buggy. Have to log in and out. And at times delete and download the app again. The router looses network. So much issues I can go on and on . At this point I'm a dissatisfied client. If I was on vacation right now who would fix this issue for me 😔😒

@Rogers your 5G speeds are concerning. Paying hundreds for an upgrade only to have your internet speed drastically reduced is extremely dishonest. When will the paying customers get the service they are paying for?

@FCutulle @RogersHelps Rogers is down in the surrounding area (they didn’t know if just our street or multiple streets). Person said could take anywhere from 1-24 hours to fix. They’ll send me a text when it’s resolved.

My home cameras aren't working so I ended up setting the alarm tonight. Honestly @rogers your home alarm system is faulty. Every month I feel like I'm on the phone with technical support.
