    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

    @RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

    @RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

    @steph_simeone @PeelPolice @Rogers 911 works even without a SIM card. Your phone will pick up another carrier. Just don’t hang up before you make contact. They can’t call you back.

    So MY phone is down, but MY MOM’S works. We are in the same postal code both with @Rogers. The only difference is that I have not gotten my Covid vaccine and she has. I want my 5G chip dammit! *stomps*

    @Rogers nothing like waking up an outage to my services, no data and for calls and texts it works then it stops, makes me wish I had a backup plan, hope it's fixed soon

    @Catmpacheco @lola_1900 @RogersHelps I heard that some Telus users experienced a similar situation about a week ago. Sucks this is happening but that's technology unfortunately.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I work in healthcare and provide service to sick and vulnerable people in my community. I have over 200 staff and all of them have work phones with rogers plans. At this point, we have hundreds of missed visits and missed safety checks. This is really quite sad. Thanks Rogers 👍

    @RogersHelps My phone has been down since about 2am. And from what I am reading it’s all across Canada. If my phone was down for a few minutes then fine I get that, but 9 hours?!?! You can’t call or text. You can iMessage when your in wifi. You need to fix this ASAP!!!
