    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

    @mombunexpert @UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps Each phone is different. Try turning off your cellular data so that your phone is solely connected to wifi. If that doesn't work, sorry.

    @matt0126matt @RogersHelps I still have voice, I just dont have data. You should be able to call people, I have full bars. It's the data service thats down at least for me.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers FYI since we can’t call customer service, I tried to live chat on the (non Rogers) wifi. Nothing happens. It times out over and over.

    @RogersHelps @Ashok_Kd Regular updates? Where? I'm seeing the same vague message from 6 hours ago reporting "an intermittent service interruption" for "some wireless customers" which isn't helpful (or accurate!) at all.

    @RogersHelps OK. You’ve been down for almost 12 hours and haven’t had an update since. You realize that the nation runs on cellular service, right? You better start getting your check books out. A simple one day credit onto an account isn’t going to be sufficient Get on it
