Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

@Rogers @RogersHelps FOUR HOURS ON HOLD WITH ROGERS AND DISCONNECTED TWICE! $200 increase in bill & cannot get a live person. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible service no wonder executives are fighting in the boardroom.

@Rogers I have been using ignite home internet for long now but lately internet service have become so unpleasant. Internet is dropping for 5-10minutes and coming back and cycle continues. Complained about it 4 time still no fixed. Soo frustrating.

Called @rogers this morning to find out why I have $135 in overages and have never exceeded my data allowance The wait time was supposed to be between 3 and 5 minutes. I’ve been in hold for 45 minutes. #Rogers
