    Was on the phone with @RogersHelps because they were gonna cut me off over $84(? 😡) , BUT the rep apologized, doubled my data plan at no cost, AND gave me a 25% discount for the next 6 months for being a loyal 16 year customer. People over algorithms.

    Bloody hell @Rogers I would like to opt out of the text message reminders from bill payments that are a week out from coming due. Customer Harrassment is NOT Customer Service.

    @RogersHelps The phone number my family has had for over 30 years was taken away because my elderly father didn't switch to the new internet service. Unacceptable. Please FIX THIS ASAP.

    @RogersHelps Hahaha! You already send the new bill super early, then text a "reminder", then text a "thank you for payment." I will never pre-auth payments to @Rogers. Your business practices (aka: harrassment of long time customers) suck. Be better.
