@SandyHi2244 @gmbutts @Rogers I think Rogers pushed out a firmware update that messed up our Nextboxes. We have two of them and we suddenly began having problems with both of them. Lately the PVR does not respond to the remote functions.

@RogersHelps experiencing major outage in Hamilton. Not seeing anything online about it. Modem is not connecting at all despite rebooting several times.
