My Day? Hows my DAY? Been on the phone..ON HOLD between @Rogers @RBC these 2 giant corporations today a total of 5 hrs and counting.. for companies that make billions, you think they could actually have customer service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! YOU SHOULD BE EMBARASSED

Got my @Rogers internet bill yesterday for 2 months service, contacted customer service and was told should have been billed in advance all along so that’s why this bill is so high, I’ve had the internet net service since 11/2013 and am on auto pay, it’s taken 9 years!!!

@RogersHelps I have been on various chats and phone calls trying to solve a billing concern, and the total time combined doesn't doing that is almost 3.5 hrs now. And still, no answer. This is just terrible customer service. I'm being charged for services that have been canceled!
