    It's unbelievable that there was no fall back plan for @Rogers shutdown. Why is there no collaboration between the 3 carriers? Mobile data use in Canada is expensive, is it time to end the oligopoly and make this a public good? I'm wondering if that would help remote communities.

    how ridiculous that electricity to the downtown core of canada's most populous city can go down for 4+ hours and @TorontoHydro and @HydroOne don't even have an estimated restore time!? the infrastructure in our city (and country, as @RogersBiz proved on July 8), is ******.

    @RogersHelps Toronto Hydro is back up. As is my Rogers (down since 1230)... My house power did not go down, but Rogers service did. That shouldn't happen.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps A friend has been trying to get a loaner phone/phone fixed since your outage July 8th. U send him to stores that no longer exist or have no loaner phones. Do you get off on wasting peoples time?
