@RogersHelps @AboutRogers Internet is still down in ottawa. Your PR lead needs to be fired with the head of IT security & Infrastructure. This outage is handled in the worst possible way.

@narchematics @Rogers 2 - Also, I pay handsomely for this service and expect it to be available at my convenience. I can understand a short outage (< 2hrs) but not the entire day. Why would I pay for a service that was not delivered?

@birgitomo @Rogers How about in a situation like this other provider open their network for people to connect in Emergency use and the cost go to the provider who does provide service and not to the customer.
