@2009proudmama @RogersHelps I just drove by the pole that caught fire causing this. Someone had a few matresses stacked for garbage that must have been lit. There was actually a bunch of trucks there with alot of people working

@RogersHelps Still no restoration on west mountain. It was a good 8 hours of Rogers ignite services before it went down! We switched yesterday, not impressed 👎🏽👎🏽

@RogersHelps HATE Rogers. Called again, told new digital adapter needed. Got email after sent out. Old box cut off. Called again. Asked if outage in area--no. Asked if related to new box--yes. Called again with questions about unrelated email info. Got box turned back on.

@RogersHelps Not only is the Internet out in Hagersville, but their 5G network is total crap!!! Time to let the American companies in as competition. We are getting robbed when it comes to cell service and internet services. The CRTC is a big joke as well!! Bell sux, Rogers sux!!
