@RogersHelps Yeah and it "allows" you to automatically charge me $150 without giving me an option to opt out. That's NOT good service. It's stealing my money. #RogersRoamLikeHomeScam #badcustomerservice #RogersStealYouMomey

  • leSelyna Selyna B. (@leSelyna) reported

last day of exam today and my internet is down! @Rogers @RogersHelps already contacted the “live chat” and no help at all

@RogersHelps When will we be getting a signal / tower again in Ridgeway, Ontario since our tower collapsed in the storm. The FAINTEST of signal occasionally now for a week. Please update.

@Rogers I don't want this info. Need an answer/solutions. I want my money that paid for the service that was not working and money that I got billed after cancellation. If you are good service provider, you should not bill me for the service to that was not working and you should notify.

@shayman @Rogers You just have to reconnect the STBs to the eero network. There are some magic keystrokes on the remote to do that.

  • shayman Steve Hayman 💉 💉 💉 (@shayman) reported

I know a little about how networks work, and I'm having trouble understanding what @RogersHelps has done with these Ignite modems and settop boxes that makes them incompatible with @eerosupport wifi. a cynic might think "they want to own and monetize your whole home wifi"

  • robert_fenton17 Robert Fenton (@robert_fenton17) reported

Nhllive @rogers your NHL live app has a major bug. When you try to move back to earlier days to access archived games by hitting the back button, you get thrown out of the app. This happens while using voiceover. Please fix ASAP.

  • shayman Steve Hayman 💉 💉 💉 (@shayman) reported

@BruceRKirby @Rogers We tried that - I think, trying to support this setup remotely - and tv and its settop box worked for a while and then went offline, couldn't reconnect

  • TCHWRX Tommy Christensen (@TCHWRX) reported

@RogersHelps I did yesterday. Was on a chat with your customer service for almost an hour and was told that was not possible. Now you tell me it is possible 😳
