    @RogersHelps I have purchased the nhl streaming services for years with no problems. I’m an out of market leafs fan living in Winnipeg, and now all of a sudden it’s blacking out the games, how do you justify charging me $150 for this service if I don’t have access to all games?

    @Rogers help me understand why when I try to make changes on line to my plan I keep getting technical error messages & told to to call& then told the wait time is over an HR. Also, why am I being charged $30 set up fee for something I was left to set up all on my own!?

    @RogersHelps Will you PLEASE fix @thetrueBigBoss's internet already?? It's been MONTHS and MONTHS and MONTHS if his internet repeatedly dropping service AT THE SAME TIME EVERY SINGLE DAY. People use this stuff to put food on their tables nowadays, my dudes. Do better.

    @RogersHelps And getting condescending attitude from customer service is always a nice touch. I thought that @RogersHelps would be better but the outage they’ve had since Wednesday is not helping morale. So customers are faced with snarky comments.

    @RogersHelps This doesn’t answer my question, the question is WHY. I can’t currently go to a bar to watch the game. Cable is a complete ripoff so I stream legally. And can’t watch what I want to watch... this isn’t new. Blackout restrictions have never made sense for the consumer.
