@Rogers @RogersHelps So, since it's been a longer time frame than an 'inconvenience' there should be credits. People are losing business, kids cat reach parents etc, you know... The service provided. That thing you pay for. How many customers will be lost today lol.

@RogersHelps It’s ok that you’ve been down for 12 hours. My husband is hauling essential goods back from the US and his Rogers cell is his only means of communication with dispatch and breakdown. It’s not essential. We don’t need actual updates on repair timelines.
