@RogersHelps I have had no service at all today starting around 6 am! My cell phone is the only way that my elderly parents can contact me!! This is not acceptable at all and putting people in danger! What compensation is Rogers going to offer us?

@RogersHelps Its not some, its nationwide service down from last night. I didn’t receive any email notice, update, explaination and ETA. Many things you can do! Many! Like send apologies email, realtime update exact progress and ETA. Doesn’t matter ETA will be delayed, but an attitude respect

@RogersHelps thanks for leaving me stranded for 45 minutes with no way to contact anyone for help. I'll accept an apology when it comes with a credit on my account to reimburse me for the month on the 2 phones I pay for. An entire day without service is highly unacceptable!
