    @RogersHelps whats going on with the internet in my area M3c1x7? I am.with teksavvy and they are with you guys and my sister in law lives in building next to me and there has been an outage since 1pm today? When is this gonna be fixed jesus and she has called u guys its an outage

    @RogersHelps Finally got in touch with someone who took 15 minutes to say that Rogers doesn't service the new house, despite the house having Rogers currently and your website confirming it. When mentioned, we were sent to another person, which was about 40 mins ago. This is bad.

    Another day, same @RogersHelps. We've been having nothing but problems all day with our service. Started around 11am and only now seems to be 'okay'. Internet, TV & home phone. I'm glad we pay for intermittent services :( #rogersoutage

    .@rogers/@Fidomobile: Oops our service is out for a full day. Our bad. Also Rogers/Fido: You now have to pay more for your plan so you can directly fund our upgrades and it doesn't have to come out of our billions in profits. 🙄

    It's just absolutely infuriating to pay for a service to watch live events and have that "service" hardly ever work. If I was this bad at my job I'd be fired. Looking at you @RogersHelps & @Sportsnet
