    @RogersHelps I have it set up for my elderly mother with dementia who lives in a nursing home. Would it be that easy to accidentally add those? Or is it a little more difficult and staff would have had to do it? Need to cancel ASAP. Can I get it turned off so it can’t be added again?

    Dear Rogers. Unfortunately, as a customer for 15+ years with all services including tv, internet, security, 4 cells, and a tab account is not good enough to answer the phone and waste 3.5 hours of my day. Sadly, I am now looking elsewhere. You need to do better. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Non responsive all day as I wait for a service technician who really isn’t coming… Perhaps I’m blocked due to the repeated requests for anyone to do anything to help resolve our service issues
