Hollie Pollard (@hollie__pollard) reportedI worked for @Rogers for 3 years. In 3 years I got one 10 cent raise. My starting salary minimum wage. All it call centers start at minimum wage. Now they are choosing buyouts to save more money. I have watched their hiring and firing policies for a decade and have come to the conculsion that Rogers is one of the worst employers in Canada.
-
Erico BOY (@GolfFiendE) reported@RogersHelps Why do I have 3 bars of 5G yet my phone can't load a damn thing?
-
Mike (@AkquireMike) reportedNothing like @Rogers changing your account to someone else without your permission or authorization. Then on top of that you have to go to a store to fix their mistake and privacy issue. This may be of interest to you @CRTCeng
-
Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@RogersHelps FYI, talked to a great Roger’s tech rep and it turns out that the outage resulted in a factory reset. We will now have to through all of our devices and change the name but at least it all works.
-
🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps The email on file doesn’t work and I requested to be sent to my new email and no one has bothered to do something so simple as send a label to my new email. This is a lesson to Roger’s for cutting its Canadian customer service and contracting out to 3rd world countries.
-
Greg Stevenson (@GregPhstevenson) reported@AkquireMike @Rogers @CRTCeng You are not the only one they have done this too. Poorest service quality and security in Canada. I spent 6 hours online fixing with Rogers with minimum resolution.
-

Jey (@Slxmjimmy69) reported@rogers I literally have no cell service outside in meadowvale, Mississauga Ontario… I’m outside with 1 bar
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@Rogers is laying off half its employees. Does that mean that we’ll be on hold for 2-3 hours to speak to customer service or technical support, since it takes over an hour now! They don’t properly service their customers now? #really
