@RogersHelps Total time in hold was 3 hours. You need to train your customer service reps how to use the phone system and you need to change wait times. Everything was 3-50% longer.

@Rogers is there a problem with your customer service? No one answers the phone. ‘Anna’ repeats the comments the customer posts (so it should make it on a sitcom soon) although NOT funny. I absolutely Don’t want to cancel but the last several months have been poor service
