    Why does @rogers @RogersHelps think it’s acceptable for a customer to wait a month to hear back from their fraud department? I guess it okay to lie in their voicemail that someone will get back to me by the end of the business day. What a joke.

    I don’t know but I’m literally physical SICK of Rogers. You call and wait for 2 hours and all the person can’t help you, “escalate the issue” and makes an empty promise for a callback. Just answer the phone one last time, all I want to do is cancel my Internet @Rogers 😾😩

    @RogersHelps typical service. Changed my plan and of course the bill is incorrect. On hold on the phone the bot said is for 3 hours. That’s past my bedtime. How can I take three hours out of my day tomorrow to call and deal? fix it right the first time. Should of changed to bell

    Lol @Rogers says I have to stay on the line approx 2 hours in order to get to speak to someone to cancel my Internet. This is after waiting 7 hours to get them to call me back. And you have a nerve to ask me why I want to cancel. Your service sucks, bro. Like it’s TERRIBLE.

    @RogersHelps Suggestion... It would be awesome if the emails that say your bill is ready included the bill as a PDF attachment. It's a pain to login every month just to download the PDF, and then email it to accounting, instead of just forwarding the email.

    Phone wait times over three hours, live chat unavailable, social media also not possible. What exactly is your strategy for customer service @rogershelps? You continue to bill me for phones that are fully paid off- and give me no means of having the issue addressed.
