Your company screwed up and it is having a major impact on a large number of people. Fully admit your mistake and then fix it. Enough of this "it's not that bad" or it's "only affecting some people"

    @RogersHelps I wonder if I can use my Rogers WiFi (miraculously working, but not my phone), to live chat with @Bell to switch. This is a ridiculous amount of time to diagnose and repair service. I have had to ask family to make some very important calls today on my behalf. Unacceptable.

    @Rogers @janice_dawe Saying the issue is "intermittent" or "only for some subscribers" is false and you know this. Stop gaslighting your customers! Rogers is down NATIONWIDE right now, acknowledge it.
