    After almost two weeks and over 12 hours of phone calls back and forth I’m still not able to have my phone @RogersHelps you do not help or communicate. As a busy business professional, I don’t have time going back and forth with you and Likewise. Worst service ever

    @Rogers has the worst company ever. The fraud management team is slow. Someone added two lines in my account without my knowledge and I have been calling customer care past week, no action from their side. They charged me for four lines, when I only have two. Don’t go for ROGERS!

    after the disaster day in august, you’d think @rogers @RogersHelps would do more to make sure their customers were happy. this product is bad and you should feel bad.

    @RogersHelps See, the thing about that is, I DM you with similar error messages from multiple different allegedly supported devices every few days, and despite your team’s expert advice to ‘just delete and reinstall the app’, the issues keep rolling in. Crazy idea, maybe just fix your app?

    @Rogers Today Rogers did unauthorized credit check on my account, I did not change anything, I was on the call for 40 minutes, finally nobody could help me. credit check without my consent is illegal and I need Rogers legal dept. to clarify that

    @RogersHelps Yes! I saw it... where you said, as @Rogers service agent, that you "dont have a phone" to call me! So a Rogers client help agent cannot use a phone to help resolve client problems. And apparently cannot get anyone more senior to help to resolve problems! So, the problems persist
