    @RogersHelps I have been a Rogers customer over 10 years… the customer service lady told me I would get a better plan but she screwed it all up and I’m still waiting for a manager to call me with the audio recording and still waiting for the back end office to give me my old plan back

    @RogersHelps thank you to ShawnT for finally giving a semblance of incredible customer service and getting a person who knows the policies of the company they work for. Thank you to him from the business wireless department. Give this guy a training position at the least!

    @AboutRogers @Rogers What you gonna do with the 50 GB extra Internet if you cant even access to rogers Internet. Restore the service please. The other providers have restored their services from more than 24 hours

    @RogersHelps What’s up with your service in Northern Ontario? Another outage? I’m currently on AT&T networks while other people just have no service.

    @RogersHelps @HarsheenSays Looks like many users in the Sault Ste. Marie area are getting Roaming notifications and are being switched to US AT&T. Is Rogers cell service down in this area? Why the switch to a US carrier instead of Bell?
