    @Rogers @JaysCare Returned equipment to Rogers Jul 16. I have receipt, work order number.Non stop phone calls for payment on ret’d equip. Because it’s not arrived at YOUR warehouse???Your people told me to pay the bill/wait for a credit? As a 25 year client this is deplorable. WTF

    Hi @RogersHelps Sent you a DM to see if there’s an service interruption in Pickering. Got no wifi or TV at all.

    I do want to say the @RogersHelps social media reps have been about as helpful as they can be considering their tight script and frontline nature. Tech support ****** me around for a week and didn't take the issue seriously, then closed a ticket without a fix or followup.
