hi there @Rogers I will literally never voluntarily pay you with my credit card, but the account number that I have does not work for the Bank of Montreal... and nothing in any of your apps gives me any indication of any other possible account number.

@lisambrandt @Rogers We didn't have a total Rogers internet issue but I haven't received e-mail for over 12 hrs. I had to reset my password.

@RogersHelps I've already put in a complaint through another channel, spending about an hour on the chat. You're welcome. Regardless of whether it was a spoofed email domain or a real agent being unprofessional and rude, I would be extremely concerned if I was a Rogers executive. Good luck.

@Rogers I have had Ignite for almost 3 months now, and so far I’m loving the service. One thing I do wish, is that radio apps would be added. In the US, X1 has support for SiriusXM and iHeartRadio, so it would be simple to implement here. Maybe @RadioplayerCa could develop an app

@Rogers calling your customer service line to inquire about an upgrade, we get put on hold to then be disconnected due to technical difficulties. What’s up?

@Rogers you know it is pretty annoying using data to see where the rogers internet/cable is down on the outage map. When all you see ad after ad. My lord, can't we just see a map. For customers it is a disservice when we're paying for something that is down weekly now!
