Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@Rogers on the line for an hour and 40 minutes trying to solve a situation, and spoke to the most rudest lady who wouldn’t help me whatsoever and then she drops the line on me. Great customer service @Rogers 👎👎👎👎

@SamsungCanada @Rogers s21 ultra is trash had, it for 2 months, continually crashes, freezes up needing reboot 2 or 3 times a day, headphone adapters only work occasionally, and the service it gets is awful, I hope its defective, cause it's embarrassing if this was your "flagship

@RogersHelps had 4 reps tell me there was an outage when in reality my neighbours had their wifi working the whole time. Escalation needed asap as I haven’t had internet all day.
