    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Canโ€™t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    @RogersHelps I spent an hour on the phone tonight, on hold to order a new wifi extender pod and get information on travelling abroad plans. I spoke to two people at the start of the call who both couldnโ€™t help me, then was on hold for 55 mins. The online chat couldnโ€™t help

    @RogersHelps Ya that is brilliant people are without internet and your solution is for them to go to the internet to see what is happening? Did everyone there stop brain development in kindergarten?

    @RogersHelps Iโ€™ve been transferred between 3 Rogers agents for hours with no resolution. My internet drops multiple times daily, I have to manually reboot the modem 4+ times/day because it wonโ€™t reconnect on its own, and itโ€™s affecting my work from home.

    @RogersHelps It mostly happens at home, and in and around the area I live. Iโ€™ve never had this issue before using Rogerโ€™s services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.

    Dear @Rogers and @RogersHelps your customer service sucks!!! I have spent 3 days trying to speak to someone on your live chat to resolve my issue. Every time I have been disconnected with less than 5 people ahead of me. This IS unacceptable!!!!

    Wow. @Rogers is really trying to out-@Rogers themselves today. Up for 5 minutes then down 20-60 minutes. And no issues during the actual storm yesterday. But merging with Shaw was going to makes things betterโ€ฆ
