Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@RogersHelps @ToddSmithPC Summer in PEC Quinte region and the internet service is down the toilet again. Network really needs to improve, soon.

@AboutRogers @Rogers My service came back for an hour…between 7 and 8pm. The “all good” status on the modem has been there since last night. I hope there’s testing being done to ensure the service is truly restored for everyone. Stuck here sitting on my hands waiting.

@Rogers can you explain why my cable is not working? Why when I select a channel it indicates, “Please try this program again. Still having trouble? You may need to choose another program.“ I don’t want to watch another program, I want to watch the one that I actually pay to for!

I realize this pales in comparison to what many experienced in the last 24hrs, but it SUCKS having my @Rogers Ignite freezing every couple seconds!! I thought this was FIXED?!?! @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Almost Two days and counting no internet wifi, no tv service, no phone service Nadda nothing can’t even call your support line waited 1 hour got the wrong area transferred and then hung up. @RogersHelps doesn’t help!
