Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@RogersHelps @ToddSmithPC Summer in PEC Quinte region and the internet service is down the toilet again. Network really needs to improve, soon.

@RogersHelps No promotions because this garbage company has cancelled all legacy discounts forces everyone to have Ignite. That's after 50 minutes on the phone, more than 3/4s of that time on hold. Rogers is the devil and the worst company in Canada, maybe tied with Air Canada.

Update internet retired after 21 hours but NO email access and receiving no email. For any of my clients I hope you see this - please text or call for anything urgent and if you sent anything after 1 pm yesterday I may never receive it. @RogersHelps not really convinced @Rogers

@RogersHelps just absolutely atrocious service by Rogers lately in and out internet/TV service. When it's not down it freezes or is terribly slow. Been like this for 3 weeks never any help or reimbursement by customer support. May be time to switch to fibe.

Anyone in Canada who still has @RogersHelps service leave!. Undeniable the worst customer service, technicians, escalation and products on this planet. Left my disabled mother in Ottawa without connected 3rd party smarthome services because of ignite and I’m 2800 miles away now.

@RogersHelps the internet issues in Mississauga are atrocious as well as your updates. Last week it was down daily, with 12hrs down on Friday. Today again it went down at 9am , came back at 10am and is down at 1040 again!! The only thing reliable , is that this service will fail!

@shaw @rogers what ever they call themselves. Customer for the last year and every bill the same but for some unknown reason now my bill has doubled and they say nothing is wrong , it is just that I don't understand their Bill. Classic example of corporate abuse. #crtc
