    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    @RogersHelps I have a Rogers infinite plan with Roam Like Home enabled. I would be travelling abroad for some time. If I only keep the phone connected to a network and do not use data, send texts, make calls - would I still be charged $15/ day?

    @RogersHelps just got a confused email from elderly parent. They got an email telling them that incoming mail and outgoing mail is running out of delivery. I don't see a problem with their email when checking. Is this a scam that your customers need be aware of?? Thank!

    @adavidatkinson @RogersHelps Fair enough. However, you compared the costs of two different service offerings. Sure, you might not have needed to claim those additional services, but they are there as a part of the service costs.

    @RogersBiz your customer service is the worst. I was on hold for 1 hour just to get hung up on by your representatives. 4006859698290451 is tracking number and I would like to get a refund. Can you resolve this ASAP?

    @RogersBiz i wish violent threats were enough to describe my rage. Account got suspended for no reason because of a mistake YOUR customer support made multiple times. I’ve spent more than 24 hours in total on waiting on your lines.

    @hopplajunge @Rogers @Bell Try to call and cancel, good luck! As you move on and forget about it because you can’t get through they will automatically send you to a collections agency. It’s mind blowing how horrific their service is.
