Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@Videotron Why can't I fast forward when I restart a program? I missed the beginning but now I want to get back to where I was. I want to fast forward through the opening credits but can't. I never had this problem with @Rogers!

I called @Rogers on Friday and the CSR apologized and promised someone would call me back within 24 hours to sort this out. Guess what? Yeah today is Wednesday and haven’t received that damn call.

@RogersHelps You are basically trying to force people to upgrade to take the internet service if they don't already have it. If you truly are pushing value, then offer a Ignite TV offer that is NOT bundled with internet services. 2/2

@RogersHelps Hello! I'm having trouble with the Ignite TV app for iPad OS. When I try to watch a recording, it is providing audio, but the video is stuck. I'm trying to resume watching a show I started from my TV, resuming on another device.
