    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    @RogersHelps Thanks! That's who I was on the phone with, before being transferred to Technical Support (cold transfer, happened very randomly) and then disconnected on another hold. Finally got through again, and my file is locked. Someone is looking into it though.

    @jasonwagar @Rogers @Google I was told, reliably, that the problem is a ground fault on the street line. As traffic increases, the signal moves up channels. At a certain channel the line faults & resets to the bottom channel. They need to dig up the line and replace, which needs permits from the city.

    Hey @Rogers , shout-out to Gabriel at St.Laurent Mall in Ottawa. This MVP chased me down in the mall to return my ID and credit card! And he was super accommodating with my Service Dog. This guy is your Employee of The Month!
