    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    @Rogers pathetic customer service. Created ticket on friday and was promised resolution in 24 hours only to call again today and be told to wait another 2 days. Have been on line for 2+ hours to get through to cancellation department. This is just ridiculous 🤯

    @RogersHelps I seem to have a fraudulent charge on my bill. There is a Netflix charge. I never signed up for Netflix.

    Does anyone know if there is a way to complain about the lack of customer service from @RogersHelps? To better bureau or crtc? There must be a way to hold rogers accountable for the lack of care they show customers while gouging them monthly for garbage services

    @RogersHelps It's another day we are not receiving the service we paid, it's been more than 2 months! Can you extend your customer's subscription once you get this fixed, equivalent to all the time we have not received what we paid for? It would be the right/legal thing to do @snNOWsucks @nhl

    Yo @Rogers. When I think I finally had a month-long service issue resolved by your technician by coming in to my house and "troubleshooted" the cables and changing my modem, it introduced another issue which disconnected our TV service. Now you guys are wasting another precious

    Internet's been chalked all day. Literally cant do anything. @Rogers has to be a strong contender for the WORST internet in North America.
