Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@RogersHelps I already have a personal @RogersHelps concierge whom I can call direct for the next few months (no aloof call centers). You really have gotten your customer service setup right. Kudos! I just wish I called you 3 weeks back instead of hoping I'd be saved by the bell.

@adriannap @Rogers Ugh. Like when they left our cell service active for TWO months after we left Canada, and refused to cancel our service until we talked to retention who didn't believe we left. Twice.

@bls_daddy @RogersHelps Pffft. I learnt at the end of last year that Rogers can’t do a darn thing right!So I would say cut & run.They have an absolutely awful customer service & no credits after pointing out a problem for the last two yrs! So I walked

hi, @RogersHelps, just got off the phone with customer service... and they’d rather lose a year of sales (almost $900), than adjust a month of my bill by $40 to the rate that was promised me... ok 😂😂😂

@RogersHelps new ignite box, firmware and numerous reboots and still poor to none internet in the house via wifi, hard wired seems to be ok. This is not the kinda service I wanted to pay for.
