    @Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

    @Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

    @RogersHelps She has no internet no phone an hour and a half away my wife sister who is on account is out of province, phone was to stay connected until 19th you cut her off on 16 she has no way of contacting you a person call my wife from her work to let her know n she cannot help working

    @RogersHelps @TheMcRonster People literally can’t even dial out for calls right now. Can’t even dial out to 911 if you wanted to. I think y’all need to get on this and make some kind of announcement. It’s clear that Rogers cell network is completely and entirely down.

    After spending an hour yesterday explaining their job to them to adjust my bill, today @RogersHelps sucks the bag by having my Ignite TV go down at 4 pm just as the @TorontoFC game starts - and nothing but dead air as I try to call in for help. You truly, truly suck Rogers.

    @RogersHelps I was told by your staff that I did not have to resubmit info when I was planning my move. I was recently told by customer care on chat that I just need to resubmit my info (yet again). Why is this so hard? I also being charged PST on the new bills when it should only be GST.

    @RogersHelps Why am I unable to take screen shots of a TV show? It shows up as a black screen. I've never had this issue before.
