@RogersHelps She has no internet no phone an hour and a half away my wife sister who is on account is out of province, phone was to stay connected until 19th you cut her off on 16 she has no way of contacting you a person call my wife from her work to let her know n she cannot help working

@Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

@RogersHelps this is ridiculous spending over 2 hrs on hold to help my senior mother and stepfather to be able to pay ROGERS more money and cannot even get to speak to another human being still. I am on hold on two phones trying to help them out. Disgraceful and terrible service

Imagine getting functional internet when you pay for it from an internet service provider - that would obviously be asking for too much when you deal with @Rogers

@RogersBiz It is frustrating that after about 96 hours of internet outage in an area in Brampton, ON Rogers is unable to restore internet service.

@RogersBiz No internet in Markham since late Thursday!! Rogers went from no clue to it was down for areas, then to no ETA, when finally had ETA, it's useless anyways, 3 ETAs have passed so far and it's still not working!

Since talking to @RogersHelps on their website is yielding nthng but bad customer service scripting... What is going on with your internet in Cambridge? It's been up and down like a yoyo for a week. It doesn't count as fixed within 24hrs if it goes down again the next day.

@RogersHelps just had the absolute worst phone call with your representatives. I am absolutely shocked at the customer service, I thought it was a joke! Nothing has been resolved and I’ve wasted my time. Very frustrated
