@RogersHelps She has no internet no phone an hour and a half away my wife sister who is on account is out of province, phone was to stay connected until 19th you cut her off on 16 she has no way of contacting you a person call my wife from her work to let her know n she cannot help working

@Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

@RogersHelps @AboutRogers Rogers 8$ reimbursement for the outage that caused all kinds of headaches, is an insult to humanity! Shame on Rogers, will definitely take my money elsewhere once I pay off this stupid iPhone. Just 2 months left! I’m so disappointed with Rogers!

@Rogers A great plan was in my account as a loyal customer- it’s removed as I go to upgrade my phone. ZERO effort by your staff to keep a customer of close to 12 years- offered 25 GB for $90/mth- are you well Rogers????

Hey @rogers @RogersHelps wtf is up with the internet… AGAIN!?!?? It’s been crapping in & out since yesterday, seeing lots of complaints on DownDetector from other local ppl too. WHY DO YOU SUCK SO MUCH!?! And where are our fkn refunds from the major outage last time?!

@Rogers Nope, this was Rogers' last chance. Issues in May with internet, causing missed deadlines, with nothing but a shrug and a $7 credit that wasn't received, so it was cancelled. Then, last week, we're suddenly being charged for the hardware rental again, and now this. We're done.
