    @Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

    @RogersHelps Thank you. The frustration is having to set aside MY time during the week to sort this out. The only thing I did to contribute to the original problem was change my internet package. 🙄

    @rogers You offer a price, I accept the price.. you then tell me well too bad, we are going to charge you an extra $1200 a year.. I have to spend 5 hours on the phone between Feb 23 to march 6. I'm told the 20b companies hands are tied?
