    @RogersHelps She has no internet no phone an hour and a half away my wife sister who is on account is out of province, phone was to stay connected until 19th you cut her off on 16 she has no way of contacting you a person call my wife from her work to let her know n she cannot help working

    @Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

    @AboutRogers @Rogers How about improving service in Gibsons and the rest of the Sunshine Coast? Currently have 1 bar on iPhone 11 Pro. LTE totally disappears in places like Sunnycrest Mall.

    @RogersHelps I have a senior who has not had phine or internet service as your techs cannot figure it out. This is incredibly dangerous as she suffers from various medical conditions. I was unable to reach her all day yesterday. This needs to be fixed asap!!

    @RogersHelps Bought a phone from @Rogers. They sent it to wrong address. I spent an hour on the phone with them to fix it. They sent it to wrong address again. Now they're saying I have to spend another hour helping them sort out their (2nd) mistake. No thanks. Send me my phone!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps 2 suggestions from new customer who may go elsewhere 4 provider after less than 2 mts...is there a way to set notifications in app for billing since email was not sent? An immediate updated invoice when you've had to make billing corrections for over charges

    @RogersHelps I don't think y'all understand that it's your automated bots that create half the issue. An automated bot sent home a technician who doesn't know how to work on fiber modems..I had a manager from Rogers questioning his professionalism when I conferenced them.
