@RogersHelps She has no internet no phone an hour and a half away my wife sister who is on account is out of province, phone was to stay connected until 19th you cut her off on 16 she has no way of contacting you a person call my wife from her work to let her know n she cannot help working

@Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

@Sean_M_N @RogersHelps Same boat here! Internet is currently working but cable is super laggy & anything on PVR bounces us out w/ XRE things (unplugged & replugged still bad!). Phone line is showing BUSY - while I have patience, we haven’t watched tv in 3 days and decided to try today - hilarious!

@RogersHelps Can’t watch tv as it is constantly freezing. WTF am I paying for? My service reminds me of the Bell commercials “It’s not you, it’s your internet!” I guess they knew before you knew!

@RogersHelps Ignite TV is still freezing/cutting out altogether, sound glitching. Are you ever going to fix this? Or even acknowledge it? #RogersIgnite #RogersOutage2022 #rogersoutage FOUR DAYS NOW. A couple days 'credit' is not the answer. FIX IT.

@RogersHelps Your TV service is not working properly, at least in some areas! The picture is freezing, sound is intermittent and the picture goes black! Nobody answers customers, just same old message from Friday!
