BJRP (@BaoDeQiang) reported from Norfolk County, OntarioDay three of crap service from @Rogers I will let you guess how much effort they have made to solve the problem and/or ameliorate my frustration. (We know there will be zero compensation.) Hint: it rhymes with zero and starts with Z, & yet really feels like ***.

Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario@Rogers your stupid crappy Internet service just went down again for the fifth time in the last several days. It’s going to be a real horse race to see who is worse between you or Bell. I guess it’s not really a fair competition since you’re both rotten.

Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

BJRP (@BaoDeQiang) reported from Norfolk County, OntarioI love how @rogers has no compunction about billing customers when their service is spotty, ******, or just inexplicably down. Oh, it’s a holiday? Irrelevant. Do your bloody job. Charge obscenely for crap service, the absolute minimum you could do is deliver what you promise.

C Lee (@C_Lee8891) reportedHey @Rogers , I’ve been trying to get ahold of credit operations since 10am, the time it says you open on your website, and you’re still closed. Wtf??!
-
delphine16@sympatico (@Crichtonstreet) reported@vote4robgill @Rogers I think a class action lawsuit should he launched. Th8s would be the approach I the USA. Roger's likely has liability for this. It is simply not the loss of service for one day but also the inconvenience and alternate measures individuals and businesses had to implement.
-
Aaron Train (@AaronMT) reported@RogersHelps Hello, Ignite TV services seem to be problematic with channels black screened, no audio and other channels not available. This started happening since the service disruption. Resetting all units did not resolve anything.
-
Whitney (@whitney3687) reportedI switched to @RogersHelps ignite 3 months ago and I regret that decision. Basic cable was so much better, never had issues.
-
THE BLAY (@THEBLAY17) reported@RogersHelps do you really think a credit for 2 days worth of service is proportionate to the level is disruption this had on everyones lives? Ppl were with without phone, internet, access to emergency services, couldn't use debit/credit, couldn't take out cash, lost a days wage
-
Viesha Baluk (@VBaluk) reported@vote4robgill @Rogers Not only did they cause an outage they took out interact! What about all the people that are not Rogers customers they caused financial damage too?
-
Sara Machen (@saramachen) reported@AboutRogers @Rogers When Rogers prepares our “credit” for lost service, I hope they take into account the fact that some of us lost a day of wages.
-
Kevin (@Kevin29668768) reported@vote4robgill @Rogers **** man get in line and stop ******* yelling about it
-
Sheri Frantz (@sheri_frantz) reported@AboutRogers @Rogers I appreciate the letter, but a day’s fees is not compensation, that’s just a refund for services not provided. Compensation is something of value to “compensate” for the inconvenience caused, and we all deserve something! Your outage was unacceptable, as is your response.

Ron (@ampharan) reported@AboutRogers @Rogers Rogers should give a week free for every hour not 100%. Government has to open competition up to foreign carriers. No excuses accepted for Tony not providing service. Is Tony Staffieri getting docked pay for this ?
