@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

Day three of crap service from @Rogers I will let you guess how much effort they have made to solve the problem and/or ameliorate my frustration. (We know there will be zero compensation.) Hint: it rhymes with zero and starts with Z, & yet really feels like ***.

I love how @rogers has no compunction about billing customers when their service is spotty, ******, or just inexplicably down. Oh, it’s a holiday? Irrelevant. Do your bloody job. Charge obscenely for crap service, the absolute minimum you could do is deliver what you promise.

@Rogers I appreciate the service being back on today, but it's so slow now I can't complete a speed test 1/100 times I tride and the TVs cut out. This is coming from a customer who has dealt with over 50 techs in the last couple years. Give better service to the public please 🙏

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers The Canadian way. Never have standards or expectations for anyone or anything and still pay the highest rates in the developed nation.

I think the big @Rogers outage is the perfect example of why #monopolies & concentration of any industry in a handful of companies is not good for the greater good. #canpoli

@RogersHelps You guys think it's better to keep people in the dark, not even telling people the problem just that an outage is happening. Toronto police had to tell the public that they can't even call 911. NOT EVEN YOU GUYS TOLD THAT STILL. You obviously don't care about your customers.

@RogersHelps Can you please sort yourselves out. I am a middle aged woman who just wants to have a few drinks, mindlessly watch her TV, and scroll tik tok. We were restored, now the TV is acting up, and other friends are stating the same. We pay you enough, now fix the problem!!!

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Most people do not have landlines anymore, so many people were without access to call 911. Not to mention that debit machines and atms were down yesterday as well. Sure we could have lived without internet or phone for a day in the past, but we live in a present were internet

@RogersHelps It cost millions to both businesses and people around the country. To not even be able to call 911 is a serious issue on your part.
