    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    @_berg618_ @RogersHelps You've already explained the issue. They know what you need. A representative could simply call you and resolve it in a few minutes, but they won't. Instead they're asking you to spend more hours waiting on hold. Google "AI chatbot" and learn what they do. @Rogers #Rogers

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hello Rogers, Two days ago your installation staff/contractor came to my neighbour’s house and installed a cable from your junction box and ran it over my tree on my front yard! That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Please fix it immediately!!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Our home internet in Port Credit, Mississauga is completely dead — no loading, no surfing on any device. After 40+ min wait, your agent says “it’s working on our end, not our problem.” What kind of customer service is this? Absolutely pathetic support!

    @chatrmobile how can I change my number? Your counterpart @RogersHelps keeps calling me for the previous user of my number. I’ve activated voicemail and told them wrong number before but they keep calling. Please help.

    sweet Jesus @RogersHelps do something about the amount of spam texts on ur network! Ported from Telus a month ago never or rarely had any, since coming to Rogers that’s spiked to 30+ a day

    @RogersHelps i never got the box nor would i even want one to begin with. The only thing i wanted was internet and the only thing i got was internet. Where did this magical box come from? i talked to your live support and they dont help. Now im on the phone waiting and its been 47 minutes.
