Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@RogersHelps what's the point of making it compulsory for customers to call in to cancel services and then making them wait on the line for two hours to speak to someone. You lay off tons of employees then provide abysmal services.

@alancross @Rogers Only dropped twice? Sounds like Rogers had improved - surely this year they will get a customer excellence away from an org.

@alancross @Rogers the only time they want to talk is when you cancel service, then they’ll call you 3 or 4 times a day….

  • jaetay147
    Lobster (@jaetay147) reported

@RogersHelps Everyone service stinks from dropped calls to when receiving calls continually going to voicemail. Exceptionally slow speeds and consistent LTE or less connections. It’s not just in my area as I travel more than 400km a day throughout Ontario

  • briangm11
    BrianM (@briangm11) reported

@ShiDavidi And the @BlueJays lose again, big surprise. And shut out, too! What a bad team this is this year. But once again, all the tickets were sold, so @Rogers will be laughing all the way to the bank!

  • JHughes681
    James Hughes (@JHughes681) reported

@MartyYork This should seal Popkins and John Schneider’s fate. Fans who went to today’s game should be demanding refunds. @Rogers should have to pay for this FAILURE. Sponsors seriously need to pull out and stop their financial support. @EdwardSRogers needs to feel some real pain.
