@RogersHelps I’ll having issues. I received a text saying I’ve used 90% data, MyRogers says I have only used 60% and Rogers website is down so@I can’t add data?

@RogersHelps went to local Rogers store to try and exchange the old box to be told that stores no longer carry equipment and Tech Support had to be contacted...good luck with that!! Customer does without cable until Tech Supp can ship new equip. Customer service at it's best! HA!

@RogersHelps just spent six hours on hold with Rogers,to be mouthed off by the worker because SHE forgot to ask if I wanted to port a number, then I was told I had to pay an activation fee so I said I wanted to cancel and she responded with “oh my god are you joking me rn”
