    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps Ottawa ignite TV not functioning. All channels freezing or going black (both Canadian and US networks). Used the ignite app to reboot. Didn’t fix it. Unplugged everything and replugged. Still not working. Internet not affected. Please fix!

    @RogersHelps Yes I do my home internet is never working. I drive to USA and whenever I m home for 2 to 3 days it hardly works for 1 day at the most. But my bill payment is full.

    @RogersBiz why haven't you upgraded cell network along Via Rail route between Ottawa and Montreal? One bar of strength basically means it isn't usable.
