@RogersHelps Rogers customer service is probably the worst customer service in all of Canada. On hold for an hour, transferred 3 times and nobody picked up. Ridiculous. Complete trash.

Any @Rogers cellphone users out there who know whether, if I take out a SIM card from an existing Iphone and put it into a new Iphone, will the phone number + cell service automatically be transferred? Or do I have to spend hours trying to contact @Rogershelps to make the switch?

Officially had enough of @Rogers bullshit. Routers constantly die, internet cuts out consistently in the middle of the day and TV signal stutters. Then today their line fell off the house, and their tech lied about coming to the house to fix it. @Bell what tv/internet pkgs u got?

@RogersHelps It's you not me. This just happened several times during Saturday Night Live. You have to fix it. Don't involve me in your problems again. The last issue took 2.5 months to fix and you almost lost me as a customer so stop trying to waste more of my time and fix your problem.
