@RogersHelps I pay my bills online. I guess I should have gone someplace with a competitor's ISP to pay my Rogers bill during the outage to avoid a late charge. This is absolutely rich. You take me to court for that $5, and maybe we'll take you for the losses we incurred.

@RogersHelps Let me get this straight, Rogers charges me almost $6 for being late by 2 days BECAUSE OF THE OUTAGE, but not one cent off my bill FOR THE OUTAGE. Oh, and no human will answer the Rogers' phone line to hear my complaint about it. Going a long way to "regain trust".

@RogersHelps 21 hours later....I did finally get an appointment for a technician to come this afternoon. One thing you may be able to assist with is: why have I not received any of the chats with online help over the last 3/4 weeks when I request it every time?
