@Rogers sent me a Text with a Link for an 80.00 CAN reward for being a Loyal customer - sure looks like a phishing attempt. Be careful what you open on your devices. #Hacked ?

This new @RogersHelps service that blocks junk is losing the war to the @amazon fraud imposters. Four calls in last 30 minutes. Sheez

@RogersHelps Thank you for responding. I have filled out that form & was given a reference number by back office but Rogers still requires me to call customer service to change account details. This is how I ended up on hold. Im going to try a retail location. Frustrating process!

  • damier247
    Jon Doe (@damier247) reported

@RogersHelps I am livid and hate Rogers but it’s who bought Shaw communications and that’s what I have to deal with even after leaving them for Shaw, Can I get some support that’s not coming from your call center in India?

  • Marvinmeentende
    Paranoid Android (@Marvinmeentende) reported

@RogersHelps I did not acquire any other internet service here yet.

  • ClaytonYates17

@h_n_z @BenLypka @Rogers When Rogers shut down the radio stations in Vancouver and Calgary, it meant a large number of people lost their jobs. If podcasts are the way going forward, then why didn’t they just start a bunch of podcasts instead and employ those people that they left unemployed?

    Meegs (@passc79) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Been with Rogers for over 20 years. Never seen it this bad. It’s sad and pathetic. Been trying for 3 days to speak directly to a customer service rep to go over a few things on my account. This AI agent system is a joke. I want to cancel my service!

  • ItsMikaReal
    Michele Abdon (@ItsMikaReal) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been down all afternoon, and I’ve been on hold for 1.5 HOURS trying to get support. This is completely unacceptable. How long are customers supposed to wait just to speak to someone? I need this fixed ASAP.

  • darylcognito
Daryl Cognito (Frosty Rage) (@darylcognito) reported

  • bigweeels
    PattyD_fore (@bigweeels) reported

@RogersHelps Your new AI virtual assistant is absolutely terrible. It took me three phone calls and at least four if not, five times as long to simply pay a bill today than it used to take me when I used to just go through the phone prompts using my keypad. What are we doing here

  • Joseph2653
Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported

@RogersHelps “Maybe just reach out”. You call me! I’d have to spend 75-120 minutes on hold to ‘reach out’ I didn’t have home wifi I didn’t have cell service The boxes were dead. For the 5th time I had to use MY cellular data plan until the power was restored ‘Storm ready’ didn’t work.
