@RogersHelps So you don't offer the same service as your competitors?

  • gorsht Area Man (@gorsht) reported

@hockeyesque @Rogers Rogers is the ******* worst. The only reason I still have cable is to watch sports, and they've found a way package the channels in such a way that the one TSN or Sportsnet channel that is broadcasting Toronto Sportsball isn't included.

  • Rick5895 Rick Prestage (@Rick5895) reported

@Rogers Rogers is awful! Way too expensive and poor customer service

  • bustedopen365 Busted Open (@bustedopen365) reported

@RogersHelps Then you shouldn't punish your existing customers by requiring them to abandon their current package and unnecessarily upgrade to another package just to maintain their same options. You should allow them access complimentary as a loyal customer

  • StephanethB Stephaneth Baskins (@StephanethB) reported

@dcmorrison @hockeyesque @Rogers I’m sorry to hear this is happening- try to adjust your box connection dial on the back of your unit, turn it down. Left is down. Set it to 1. Try that, thanks- Stephaneth

  • dcmorrison dcmorrison (@dcmorrison) reported

@Rogers I've tried streaming on both Xbox and Apple TV... its been going on for days now ... I. Ready to cancel

  • Macloudla Jordan (@Macloudla) reported

The Canadian TV/Internet/Phone market never ceases to shock and disappoint. My @RogersHelps bill jumps up $100 dollars without any warning and the “best they can do” is tack on an extra $30 to what I already overpay for.
