@cgledhill The very next day in 🇨🇦, we had a major internet / mobile network outage from @RogersHelps and cash …. was king. Maybe my fault for dissing it. #nocoffee

  • twjohnson todd wesley johnson (@twjohnson) reported from Collingwood, Ontario

@RogersHelps out in collingwood . Installed new modem, veero devices... same complaint, same shitty service. Please don’t expect a payment.

  • progers71 progers71 (@progers71) reported from Collingwood, Ontario

@RogersHelps (team owner and rights holder) might be choking my bandwidth so it’s hard to watch @BlueJays on @AppleTVPlus ? Or maybe more problems?

  • jmlewitt John Lewitt (@jmlewitt) reported from The Blue Mountains, Ontario

Jeez @RogersHelps. Most websites won’t load on my iPad now. Rebooted the router. Rebooted the iPad. No go. This is terrible. Same thing as last week.

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ItsLeeWilliams Lee Williams (@ItsLeeWilliams) reported

@RogersHelps it’s odd why, as a “preferred customer” you require an additional $5 a month for waiving the automatic withdrawal but as a regular client, there is no such request or fee if you waive it.

  • ItsLeeWilliams Lee Williams (@ItsLeeWilliams) reported

@RogersHelps You’re not getting it. If I waive the automatic withdrawal as a “preferred” customer, you add $5 to my monthly bill. As a consumer customer, if I waive the automatic withdrawal, there is NO $5 added to my monthly bill. Why?

  • dandunstan15 Dan Dunstan (@dandunstan15) reported

@RogersHelps my internet is down and I must watch #ObiWan tonight when will it be fixed!

  • dgc_to SPFC Toronto (@dgc_to) reported from Whitby, Ontario

@Rogers I am tired of the ****** Customer Service. Your billing department is the only one working fine.

  • pjbmount Paul Black (@pjbmount) reported

@RogersHelps are you aware of an outage in the Durham area? Are crews working on it?

  • DougmanXL DougmanXL (@DougmanXL) reported

@RogersHelps Also not getting "LTE+" reliably, keeps going back to "LTE" randomly. Factory reset phone last night, was getting LTE+ again, but now it's not showing up this afternoon. Is there maintenance on the towers causing LTE+ to shut down?

  • EmilyFerraro12 Emily Ferraro (@EmilyFerraro12) reported

@RogersHelps Your communication on this issue has been severely lacking. Stop using robo communications and give your customers some real and useful "live" information. Like many others, I am on Day 6 without internet. Your comms are a joke. You will lose customers as a result of this.

  • Smithy1Alex alex smith (@Smithy1Alex) reported

@RogersHelps @elefontpress Day 6 w/o internet in Ottawa ... now with only "We're sorry it's taking so long" ... but still no info about the Rogers' service outage or ETA for resuming service!

  • moltenink Moltenink (@moltenink) reported

. @RogersHelps You guys really don't have a clue what is going on do you? My service was restored this morning and I just got a text apologizing because there is a delay in fixing the issues at the location I informed you about. What is happening over there?

  • KarenQuips Karen Kavanagh (@KarenQuips) reported

@adverbmc @RogersHelps @HydroOne Do you have power? I don’t yet. Hopefully soon. The outage map wasn’t available or kept up to date. But given the severity of the damage, that’s understandable. But both good points nonetheless. Also, ‘customers’ is not number of people. Use plain language.
