Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • bacon_mike Mike Bacon (@bacon_mike) reported

@dondarlingSJ @Rogers Like most call centers, they set a budget for how many people they want to pay. Then they squeeze them to work harder. Hiring more people when service levels are bad is not an option. Any company that tells you customer satisfaction is their top priority is lying.

  • dondarlingSJ Don Darling (@dondarlingSJ) reported

@bacon_mike @Rogers My thoughts, too, Mike. I suspect a lot of wage supplement was received in the last few years, and customer service levels have worsened considerably. I'm experiencing this with many big companies. My comments are not directed at the employees.

  • DillPockle DillPockle (@DillPockle) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers The wait time for customer service is 2 hours! What kind of nonsense is this? And I haven't even been offered a callback option. Why can't I enter my phone number to be called back later? No DM. Just fix it

  • AmadRaven Amad Raven (@AmadRaven) reported

@rogers sucks. i've been in a cue for 54 mins. like, no indication of wait time, no choice for a call back, just the start of bad music. who's paying who here? seriously.

  • prasenajiit Prasenajiit (@prasenajiit) reported

@RogersHelps your customer support sucks. I spoke to multiple associates on chat. Invariably everyone takes ages to reply even a simple question. It’s frustrating to see this kind of response after finally getting connected to a human agent after several attempts.

  • BaldinoRick Rick 🇨🇦♊ (@BaldinoRick) reported

@RogersHelps why are you billing me for services I cancelled within three days of poor service? Can't get through to your customer service. Thank god I cancelled as services are terrible

  • Sorghe Ben (@Sorghe) reported

@dondarlingSJ @Rogers Typical service level in any contact center used to be around 80% of calls answered in 20 seconds or less. Obviously not the case anymore.

  • barrett_kent Kent Barrett (@barrett_kent) reported

@RogersHelps tired of being promised credits for service outages & they never show up on bills. No one at Roger's seems to know what they are doing!!!!

  • jeffpropulsion Jeff Pearce (@jeffpropulsion) reported

Wow, @Rogers, you supposedly spent a whole month working to "improve" service in my neighborhood and you managed to drop me during a Zoom conference twice. Gawd, you suck.

  • sinwar14 Sinwar (@sinwar14) reported

@RogersHelps is there an internet issue in the Barrie area, having sporadic issues today.
