@RogersHelps Being surrounded by Bell customers who have full service while receiving no updates as to the extent of when services will be restored is more than frustrating. While receiving text messages through out the day asking if I would like to "upgrade" my service is infuriating. SMH

@RogersHelps ok it’s now 5 days and your system is still not working properly WTF why am I paying such a large amount for no service ,,no imessage ,no Instagram,most calls won’t go through and it’s not my phone cause these all work when I have wifi ,,

@Rogers Wondering how long it takes to fix internet connections after Saturday’s storm @ Fletchers Meadow, Brampton (Charleswood circle). Was told that the complaint was resolved for all zonings! Isn’t in procedure somewhere to test run before closing tickets? Seeking reply!
