@RogersHelps Nah the promises never ceased and one of the last ones was that we would be notified ASAP when we are able to connect again but they didn't. When i called in 20 minutes after the tweets i was told the ticket was closed after 25 minutes on the line

@RogersHelps it's been 4 days still waiting for a sr tech to fix my internet and all your employees are ignorant and seem to not care. Should I switch to bell? After 15+ years with you guys... absolutely ridiculous. Everytime I call Rogers I leave angrier than when I started🤮

@RogersHelps I've spoken to countless of your tech support agents. I've tried everything you've asked me to do for well over 6 months, dm's, router resets, different configurations, I've replaced modems and cables, I've purchased a new $350 router... nothing works and no one there knows why

@ajwarwick2 @kellyelliottmcm I have to use my cellular data if I need to do a zoom call. Considering the CRTC doesn’t have the guts to open up competition that gets expensive in a hurry. Real solution truly unlimited cellular data. @RogersBiz

@stayflyjess @RogersHelps Girl idek, I got mine to “ship to store” so that was prob my bad, I’m 132 in line 🙃🙃 (started at 180?) at the same time I called Rogers to send one for my brother, that came within 3 weeks I think? I called again to instead send me mine, that was like 2 weeks ago 😑

@RogersHelps I am extremely disappointed in your customer service. Just came off the phone after holding for twenty minutes. Had to give up. No one bothered to update me as to where things stood. Would have still been holding on.
