    @RogersHelps our whole area has had no internet, or to since last nights storm. My data on my phone will not even work at my house. No home phone either. I better not be charged for any data while you down

    @RogersHelps my neighbour recently had fibre service installed and the tech ran the line above ground from my home into theirs without notifying me. I now have to limbo when I go to my backyard.. Can someone please reach out of me to resolve this ASAP!

    @RogersHelps They seem to have a script. Fill out a form. What the serial number. Let me zap it. Hmmm isn’t working. I’ll send a new box. New box not working? Doors? It’s not connecting. Let me zap it. Hmmmm we need to send a technician.
