@Rogers I’m watching my ignite tv on my iPad tonight, Sept. 7. In the middle of my baseball game I get an Amber Alert…from Sept. 6… you know, the one that was cancelled on Sept. 6. Can you tell me why I needed to get that alert…a day late? An example of the great service we pay for.

@Rogers WHY IS IT ON ME??? I didn’t turn it on, why do I have to turn it off? The cost of your service is the highest in the entire world and you still need your customers to correct their own issues? TOO BIG TO CARE! Funny thing, you NEVER have issues with your billing, DO YOU?
