@RogersHelps So those who have cottages or live near algonquin park are now outside your network? Never used to be an issue. So you no longer cover cottage country? I know others also say they have same issue. Bell has network fyi.

@RogersHelps i cant find any info about my account or plan not even a welcome email how rude!

@Rogers I’m glad you understand but that doesn’t really help anything. I will be spending my time avoiding as many “smart” products as possible. There is a big difference between incentives and force. 95% of the people would never turn off the standby feature.

@RogersHelps @Sportsnet Last response I got was "contact sportsnet. Its their issue". Awesome. Way to go guys.

@RogersHelps I am trying to log in to email. I cannot get it on my phone, or on a computer. The MFA is the problem. I get calls from you, I have gotten texts from you about bill payments made. So I don't know the number is blocked. Can the MFA be removed?

@RogersHelps No luck still. Come on guys im finding Reddit posts from years ago struggling with this. My anger isnt directed to whoevers running this account but how is your team not working on this? I’ve been blindly loyal to Roger’s this whole time for no reason it’s time to move on

@Rogers Billions of dollars spent on this NHL TV contract and the main camera is a having seizure on your Playoffs broadcast. How is the presentation this bad?

@Rogers you actually have no concept of customer service. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a modem and have yet to receive it. In Montreal, not in the middle of nowhere…. Montreal.

  • beem3er

@Rogers Then I’m told to call back in 2–3 hours—no option for a callback either. Paying premium prices, but this definitely isn’t premium service. @Bell be seeing a new customer in the near future
