power returned 16 hours ago after 23 hours without, but still no internet connectivity. usually they come back together as network equipment powers back up. hopefully @RogersHelps / @TekSavvyNetwork are on it. 🤞

@RogersHelps a mobile account has fraudulently been opened in my name. I’m not a customer but an account and balance owing is showing on my credit report. I’ve attempted to report this fraud but CS has not been helpful. Can you advise please?

@RogersHelps When are we going to be able to use Outlook again. I didn't buy Outlook only to have to use Webmail to get my email. How long is this going to take?? First there was trouble getting my mobile devices to get email and now this. Who's taking responsibility for this?
