Another day, another issue with a Rogers product. Unfortunately, the only way to get their attention so they respond to your DMs is to make an annoying tweet like this @RogersHelps

@Bell_Aliant When are you to match @RogersHelps prices? It is amazing how many people are stupid to pay more for less. And you do nothing to keep your customers if they want to leave. I've been there.

@RogersHelps Thank you. And as per #Rogers tradition the issue hasn't been resolved yet. The equipment charge was supposed to be removed in 3-4 biz days from Dec 7. It is Dec 19 and the charge is still there. You should thank your stars that you operate in a near duopoly market. #cheat

@RogersHelps I have received nothing but the run around from @Rogers. I was supposed to have a technician come to my home as I have not had internet 5 out of the 7 days I've been a customer. I have been lied to for the better part of the day. I would like some help.

@RogersHelps Oh, still no help. Now told I must be in front of the tv and on a channel with a signal problem to get help. How about just fixing the services?
