    Which other telecommunications company will give you the same problem 20 times with the cable, 3 cable boxes to try, 8 remotes, and three technicians, AND STILL not get to the root or solve the cable problem? @RogersHelps @Rogers Where’s the reimbursement for all this? #crap

    @RogersHelps When will service be restored in Kitchener? Been down for hours? Was told by your agent it wouldn’t be long. That was over an hour ago.

    You should be able to watch tv, still have recordings, and change your channel. Shouldn’t have to choose in order to watch your cable! Why does the same problem happen over 2 yrs now? Get a box or book a technician. EVERYTIME? Find the root of the problem! @RogersHelps @Rogers

    Hey @RogersHelps is there an outage in L6A? Ignite Internet and TV have gone down twice in the last half hour.
