@Rogers @RogersHelps can Ottawa residents get some sort of idea when the wifi and ignite services will be working? I have to let my clients know if I can work tomorrow. Use the text service you use when we are 2 mins late with a bill payment. Thanks.

@RogersHelps @PeterTrajdos Nepean badly affected, too. We know you are working hard against very significant damage, but can you provide a timeframe for when, say, customers in Nepean will start seeing service? Right now, having to use precious cell data which will result in considerable data charges.

@RogersHelps so any update at all about when internet service in the South Keys Ottawa area will be restored? Our condo high rise was only out of power for a few minutes but the internet has never come back online. Bell was in the building already to restore but not Rogers.

@yourfavelynn @RogersHelps @Rogers Let’s be honest with Rogers it doesn’t matter whether it is during 9-5 Mon-Fri or a holiday weekend for slow responses. They set the bar very low!

@RogersHelps Is there a ETR for the wifi outage in Cornell Markham area?

For me to send a direct message and a tweet to @RogersHelps yesterday and receive NO reply is the ultimate in poor basic customer service. I was without TV yesterday and think my bill should be adjusted with a credit for lack of response or service.
