@RogersHelps you should hear the cursing in this house from the @MapleLeafs fan in this house who is shut out of watching the game AGAIN. The poor guy suffers enough being a Leafs fan, why are you torturing him this way?

  • HomunculusEnt Eric Lysenko (@HomunculusEnt) reported

@SenselessEarth @RogersHelps Having the same problem.

  • Heliosmark Mark (@Heliosmark) reported

@RogersHelps You’d think in the long run, hindering fans from watch their home team would be bad, not good.

  • Ahimsa_Toronto Beans (@Ahimsa_Toronto) reported

@RogersHelps how do i cancel useless NHL Live?

  • StephWoolleyTO Stephanie Woolley (@StephWoolleyTO) reported

Took this afternoon to change my name on various utilities. Toronto Hydro, Enbridge, Bell, were all great. Then we came to @Rogers First they told me I'd have to go to a store; too bad they're all closed in Toronto due to lockdown. Then they came back with a fax number! In 2021😤

  • jiaortho Jia (@jiaortho) reported

Hello @RogersHelps I use NHL live in Quebec, but I don't have access to the Toronto vs Ottawa game, is this normal with the blackout rules?

  • BetterBe_LEAFIt Better-Be-LEAF-It (@BetterBe_LEAFIt) reported

@RogersHelps Fair enough... but let them know this as well. If this is a common thing, I will be requesting a full refund for the NHL Live service.

  • DavidYunyk David Yunyk (@DavidYunyk) reported

@RogersHelps I have purchased the nhl streaming services for years with no problems. I’m an out of market leafs fan living in Winnipeg, and now all of a sudden it’s blacking out the games, how do you justify charging me $150 for this service if I don’t have access to all games?

  • Heliosmark Mark (@Heliosmark) reported

@RogersHelps I was looking at the NHL live subscription, but realized that your product is essentially useless. Why does it blackout local games? Seems like it is designed to prevent fans from supporting their teams.

  • The_Smuffer Me (@The_Smuffer) reported

@RogersHelps @fkn_sutherland Every year this is an issue for the first few games. Remove the block on nhl live users
