    @Rogers I have been on chat hold for 2 hours to find out why my internet has been down 3 days in a row for hours at a time, we work from home and this is unacceptable. Your plan to keep me on hold until I give up is wonderful customer service. Guess I am switching providers

    @RogersHelps Hi again, I tried calling the customer service line just now and was once again told the customer service team was too busy, I should try again later then promptly disconnected. I’ve called 3 different days at different times. I’m genuinely curious if anyone is working there

    @RogersHelps Please explain why I've been on hold for 48 minutes and counting to speak to tech, again. This never ending issue is going to send me straight to Bell. After Saturdays techi visit I thought issue solved. Evidently not. It may never get solved I think.

    @npage78 @Rogers It is very sad. The whole Rogers Support team got laid off so they don't have any support. It's very sad for a huge corporation like this... Step it up, Rogers.

    @RogersHelps Obviously if I had spoken to someone I wouldn't be sending messages. Zero persons available to help - "we are experiencing an unusual high level of volume - please call back". Honestly its a joke!
