    Hey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.

    @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps Great. Rogers cancels a ticket for no apparent reason and their response is "Your customer can wait another 31 hours before we can be bothered to send someone to fix the problem we caused." To both sides, I still want and answer as to why the first call was cancelled.

    @RogersHelps Five hours and counting since Teksavvy opened the ticket to have your tech come again to fix a escalation caused entirely by your technician this morning. Still no idea when they're coming to fix the issue that they were supposed to have fixed this morning.

    @RogersHelps Indeed, but it's still the ROGERS technician who cancelled the Teksavvy service ticket without telling me or Teksavvy why. And since ROGERS doesn't want to come to fix the issues they're responsible for, I'm happy to move my other Rogers business elsewhere.

    @RogersHelps Definitely not the feedback you want, but not feedback you care enough about to do anything about. It's a simple problem to fix but you can't be bothered.

    @Rogers Rogers has the worst customer service. After an agent broke my account beyond repair and all agents after refused to fix it I took my credits and left.
