@RogersHelps When it was down I was getting a "Try Clearing Your Cookies" message and something about login cycle timeout attempts or something like that. Clearing cookies did nothing.

I don’t have the time to argue semantics with their employee who is trained to talk in circles until I give up, but if the @CRTCeng actually wants to help Canadians, they should look into this scam. @Rogers

@RogersHelps To be honest I've had 5 people "try" and help with this and this problem continues...infact I'm just gonna put this new ignite modem/TV package RIGHT BACK in the box it came in. Enough is ENOUGH

@RogersHelps First I noticed today was at about noon. I'm not sure how long it was out because I was doing other things. Then again at about 2:15 (or possibly still, I'm not sure.) It was up again when I tried to log in before the 6pm news, but it was down again by 6.

@RogersHelps Everything. The site's been up and down for periods at a time all day. Regular web browser on desktop & laptop, app on tablet & phone. It's up again now, but service has seemed spotty.
