Why are Rogers retail stores so hard to get into? They require more documentation than an international border? They’re locked and require a facial recog. scan and govt ID to enter the store. WTF??? @Rogershelps can you explain this?

@CRTCeng @rogers the credit for the outage, is a joke and an eyewash from Rogers. They are selective in which accounts would receive it. I have 4 lines- 2 have received it and the other 2 have not. The call centre needs to be upgraded with people who are proactive. Such a shame!

@RogersHelps @AEBT95825217 I'm sure a lot of us weren't credited. Many of us were without service for 2 full days. Since the outage I've had many problems with internet phone access. Outbound calls were met with the recording "due to telephone company facility trouble, your call cannot be completed." 👎
