How come when @Rogers has a service outage they don’t inform their customers? Why is the burden on the customer to find out what’s going on? Almost as if they don’t want customers to find out so they don’t have to issue all customers refunds 🤔

@RogersHelps 2/ they can’t call me after 30 years? I have to call them and then sit on hold forever waiting. Last conversation was I should “reach out” to Ignite team. Really? I’m reaching out to Bell to see what they can offer. Terrible service.

Tks @Rogers you tell me I'm eligible to add a 2nd line for my aging father. I agree & ask for my Dads number to be ported from another provider. But u start billing me before the number is even ported? Wtf? So pissed off, I cancelled the line b4 talking with @RogersHelps team! 🤬
