    @MoiraPotter11 @Rogers 1My service has greatly improved since I cleaned their clock. I often get money taken off my bill, or better deals when I do deal with them now. I always talk to a supervisor and never talk to their off shore sweatshop workers. I once called the CEO and ripped him a new one.

    @Rogers been on hold for over an hour, this is the 5th time calling, ive spent over 10 hours on hold without a solution, told call back in a couple weeks each time! where do I send my bill for all my time you’re wasting?

    @RogersHelps They don’t want to send a technician! Because they don’t see any problems on our end. Wtf I have a monitor that is telling me it’s gone out 206 times in the last 3 days. And now arguing with them on the phone. What’s the number for Wightman?

    What's really frustrating @RogersHelps is that Anna said there were no outages but when I finally got through on live chat they indicated there is a known issue since late last night. Why doesn't Anna have this information?? It should be much easier to see if there is an outage.

    @RogersHelps Internet and cable out again. Just on the phone on hold with support again today. You would think they would send a technician out to see what the problem is but they won’t. I’m so tired of calling and asking for a credit.

    @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to cancel my internet for 2 days now (constantly on hold). And with it being so difficult to do since you don’t allow any other option to cancel, but through a phone call. I cannot wait until I’m no longer a customer.
