Is there a more frustrating company to deal with than @Rogers? 45 minutes on the phone to do a simple account merge - still not done, will take 5-7 business days to complete. Merging the accounts the opposite way of what would be convenient for the customer. They just don't care

@RogersHelps I get an email from @Rogers CEO telling me "Our network is fully operational to the standards you have come to expect." My TV has been freezing, sometimes the video sometimes the sound since the #outage. Today I've lost internet 3 times in last 1/2 hour. Brampton

@RogersHelps @Rogers Ok but it is 7 days later and we are still having issues... Don't tell me to frikken reboot because we have already done it several times. Good thing my daughter doesn't need internet for homework right now. Do better Rogers or you will lose many more customers
