@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

If I’m not mistaken wasn’t @Rogers supposed to give a credit to their customers for the issue that they had a few weeks ago ? @RogersHelps because I just checked my bill and doesn’t look like I got a credit. For that one day when we did not have cell service.

@RogersHelps Looks like today you have a problem with Rogers Home Phone in Toronto. I have a dial tone, and the phone dials out... But right after it finishes dialing I am hearing the message - "Sorry all circuits are busy now"

@lawsylvie @RogersHelps My internet dropped a few minutes ago, and thus my ignite tv dropped too. I went at least a year without any outage, now it's at least weekly. @RogersHelps, you didn't put a credit on my last bill! How do you expect to keep anyone at all as a customer??

@RogersHelps i keep getting issues with my wifi. Which affects rogers Ignite tv. I thought this would end with the general Rogers shut down but clearly that is not the case.
