@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

@RogersHelps I’m trying to transfer my eSIM to a new device only to learn that it can only be done by the mail or at retail locations. That completely defeats the purpose of the eSIM! Help?

  • patmacdonald Pat Macabre (@patmacdonald) reported

Nice try, Facebook. @Rogers changed the name of The SkyDome years ago, but that **** didn't stick with me, as well as many others. Suck it, Zuck.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@BenKlass “logging in” should not be required. What should be required is actually sending the bill to the customer, not asking customer to log in. (also: required that @RogersHelps setup their email servers properly so Fido emails advising of invoice being ready are not sent as spam).

  • FuryanThe TheFuryan (@FuryanThe) reported

Due to severely crippled upload speed from @Rogers #rogersinternet there will be no stream today yet again, hopefully they will have their finger out and fix this soon , be hopefully back Monday, updates will follow.
