    @RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

    @RogersHelps Since everyone in this country is already WAY overcharged for our phone service, I think we should all be getting a discount on our bills for this. Why should we still have to pay 100% of the cost for less than 100% of the service??
