    @Flags2J yeeeup and haaaa.... even my cell phone wasn't working and everything on my end was not changed 🙄got three important calls and not a single alert and 4hrs later, I got a handful of txts clearly late, along with two calls from yesterday, geeezee @Rogers fix yer system! smh!

    @RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

    @RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

    @RogersHelps After rebooting with the feature off, when I turned it back on it asked me to verify my phone number (which I have never had to do before) and after doing this the issue appears resolved. Thanks!😗

    Hey, @RogersHelps, are there internet services outages in the east of the Annex? I've been waiting for a live representative to chat on the Roger help for over 2.5 hours, all to no avail. I need internet connectivity to be able to work.

    Does anyone else notice that @RogersMediaPR 4K channels have poor quality, year after year? Can I just watch a @MapleLeafs game in 4K without picture cutting, skipping, going black or green? Y'all have one job. #leafsnation @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Hey guys , So there seems to be integral different kinds of lawn going issues since yesterday or this morning. Text support confirmed that there was some kind of service destruction in my area and it seems to end up affecting people in different ways.

    @RogersHelps Today's fun issue: now that I've notified Rogers that we're moving, we can't exchange any of our Flex channels between now and the move, as it counts as a 'pending work order'. Support also can't do it, apparently. Seems an odd limitation!

    @Rogers we pay almost $700 a month for 4 phones internet and tv yet I can't even watch the leaf game in 4k because the quality is so bad and glitchy. Please fix as there is other companies I can go too.
