@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

@RogersBiz That's crazy that a telecommunications company can do a better job than thousands of engineers and architects lol do Calgary please Calgary roads and parking suck so bad. Some German designed it and they just keep adding. It's horrible

I feel bad because I just went off on this collections guy but @Rogers was paid YEARS ago (I’m talking 2015ish) and I’m still getting harassed to the point I’m changing my number every couple of months. I would never recommend Rogers to anyone!

@Rogers is there an outage in Mississauga? L4W 4N1 area. I have been unable to reach my 89 y/o. Got a hold of the non Rogers neighbour. The went over and confirmed she has no dial tone. High anxiety on all fronts right now!!
