@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

@RogersHelps Stop pretending like these are isolated, individual issues. Waterloo has lost internet & TV again, as are other regions. What is the cause for this second outage? When will it be fixed? Why not give us extra cell data to cope while you fix issues YOU CAUSED?

@CapitaJim @Rogers Love my Rogers phone even though the outage the other day I get 20 GB for $75 and that includes my Tablet I noticed there is an exclusive offer for me on the internet 30 GB for $80 plus Tablet This phone works well all over Ontario and the States where we go to trials

One day @Rogers will learn that using their sports network to amplify unfair things said about NHL players is directly connected to Canadian teams being unable to sign good free agents which directly affects their revenues and profits nationally.
