Update: @Rogers @RogersHelps CDR tells me that we need a new set top box. They say that the fastest way to get one is to book a service tech. They book one. He arrives without a box. Says they don't have any because they are on back order. Rogers wasting even more of my time.

@RogersHelps Denise Craig @Onthegrand Received my July Rogers Bill & a single penny of credit to compensate for loss of service during the massive nationwide outage. I wasn't able to communicate with nor provide services to my clients, resulting in lost revenue. Another Rogers fail!

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps It’s rather funny how a public one day outage is completely unacceptable and Rogers is so sorry for breaking their promise but when it’s one customer at a time they change their tune. No service for 5 days because of their mistake and no big deal. Read the fine print. No promise
