    @RogersHelps i got my internet back but its still slow especially when i connect to the wifi through my phone it keeps going out and even through my consoles the only thing that works good is netflix

    @yegDavid @Rogers It is not the first time, I used to work there in the 90s There was a software update that backfired and caused a service interruption It was scheduled for 2 am, so most people slept through it but a large portion of a major Canadian city was out of service for several hours📱📺

    @RogersHelps Toronto: 30th hour of no ignite services and apparentlly a 3 hour waiting time to hear from a live agent … a vast majority of customers are still waiting to get the band aid fix
