Jaskaran Singh (@jzsingh91) reported@Rogers your customer service is broken. I have spent hours trying to get hold of someone on a call to set up an internet move request but nothing — every call disconnected. Filled your callback form after a chat. Nothing. Do customers have to tweet at you to get help?

Paul R (@doonboy) reported@RogersHelps Wifi calling not working so only way to fix it is by contacting an agent. Even your AI agent said that. Apparently it has to be reprovisioned.
-
Gabriela Cecilia (@gabycecilia82) reported@RogersHelps Next bill arrives July 15 and I am not on a bundle. Everything is regular price and the bill is insanely high. Called asking why and apparently my modem was never received and so my bundle was next applied. This was not disclosed during the initial conversation.

Tim Fimble (@TimFimble1980) reportedWas excited to watch the @BlueJays game tonight until I saw it was on Apple TV, **** are you guys useless @Rogers first game out of the all star break too, really cool stuff

JQP (@JohnQPublic100) reported@Rogers I just got hung up on while trying to buy from you. Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Must be nice to have that much business. @Bell are you busy?
-
Marie Ottawa (@ottawaretail) reported@Rogers i'm trying to connect with you on the phone and it keeps telling me there too many in queue and hanging up on me that is very rude.
-
Pam Fulford🫐🇨🇦 (@Pam709NL) reported@Rogers you seem to have inserted an unnumbered channel between 20 and 21. Now when I talk into my remote and ask it to go to channel 20 so I can watch CBC News Network, it doesn’t know what to do. No big deal. I can type in 20 but just find it an odd thing to have done.
-
MH (@Ms01251977) reported@RogersHelps Do you have service reps calling and offering discounts? I got a call from 416 532-4106

Paul R (@doonboy) reported@RogersHelps brutal experience with support. Hung up on me after being on hold for 2.30 hours.

Reptoid - Independent Content Creator (@reptoid27) reported@RogersHelps No "special technical thing for the disabled" can FIX Alex's brain. Alex also then added "You NEED to work WITH us"! What a JERK! He has NO CALL BACK NUMBER, and expects disabled people to wait ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR just to say "Yes that's OK". Abusive!
