@Rogers once again Rogers’ network has gone down and the agents on the phone have no idea what the hell is going on. You clowns charge people an arm and a leg for your services but cant get your act together. I think it’s time to cut ties with this joke of a company.

@mgeist There was a time when I would pay @Rogers $7/day for roaming. Now they want $15/day, which led me to the world of virtual SIM cards. Rogers still managed to ding me when I accidentally activated the wrong feature on my phone. Contempt as a philosophy of customer service.

Hey @RogersHelps I thought you were going to apply a credit automatically to all your customers because your network **** the bed. Why is my next bill the same as the last 7?

@RogersHelps Update: DM'd @RogersHelps ...they are unable to help me as winback offered the deal. They submitted a ticket to winback - praying I'll hear back. This is the fifth time submitting this ticket. Havent had anyone call me back yet. Think twice before switching to Rogers!

@RogersHelps It's crazy how you guys are paying us back for 5 days of service!!!! yet the issues with your unstable network has persisted for nearly a whole month now. The least you could do is shutdown your business forever and never try to provide service ever again.

Well, not sorry to say @RogersHelps @Rogers that we are moving on with our home internet to another supplier. No credit for the outage on our recent invoice, our yearly rebate ending August. Just too much $$/month goodbye after 20+ years. @StephenHladysh
