    @RogersHelps Hey Roger's, I can't help but notice that the credit for the 3 days my internet was down for isn't showing up. I also noticed you charged me a late fee for a bill I paid on time. How about we discuss these two things before I consider going over to Bell.

    @RogersHelps The issue is a Bell tech just cut down the Rogers in coming line from the pole to home. Is this standard procedure? He also left the cut off cable hanging from pile?

    @RogersHelps very disappointed. Waited for more than an hour and still waiting for solution of my problem.very bad customer care service. It is not even a big issue just wanted to upgrade my phone and plan.TIME TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER PROVIDER.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Combined 3 1/2 hours between my wife and I with your support team. All we wanted to do was create a new account number and move my wireless number to it. We also got the pleasure of paying you $50. It's a pity you don't need to work any harder to win business
