    Day 3 @rogers is not watchable. Freezing constantly, audio dropping. Finally broke down and called only to be told there is a high volume of calls wait times 2-4 hours to speak to someone, unless you're the minister. Why is their no competition in this country?

    No surprise, my @Rogers cable is not working tonight. So this is the fourth day in a row that my services have not been working. Thankfully, @rogershelps will most likely credit me $3.80 for just one day. Who needs tv tonight, I've got to plan on how to spend that extra money!

    @Rogers Any news on when I can expect my television to work? I've tried: Calling, live chat and virtual ***'t. Can't get through. Can't get any help, info or updates. Four days, no TV, and no help.

    @RogersHelps I certainly hope you’re crediting more than just 2 days of outage bc Ignite TV is worse today than Saturday’s consistent picture freezing or no sound every 10-30 secs. Picture either freezes, no sound or both or black screen...4 days later u should have ur $hit together by now🤬

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Service is not back to normal in North Oshawa. Ignite TV lagging here. There's a 3 hour plus wait on phone for tech support. All this is unacceptable. When will TV be fixed?
