@RogersHelps I’m in London area. My Ignite Internet shows connected, but the actual Internet access keeps on and off frequently. The available time can’t last 1 minute. I was wondering if the Ignite Internet issue was truly fixed in my area.

@RogersHelps By the outage map and our local experience I do not believe that "the vast majority" of your customers have had service restored
