@REWoman @Rogers You’re not going to get anywhere with them… don’t “beg” for anything.. move to another service provider.. only then they will call you.

@REWoman @Rogers Telus was the exact same here. Found a plan that would cut my bill by $100/mo. I let them know I had found this deal and what could they do as a 14 year customer? Their “deal” was still $60 a month higher. When I called to cancel the whole thing, suddenly a match ws possible. 🙄

Is there a faster way of contacting @RogersHelps / @rogers customer service without waiting on hold for 2+ hours or the online chat refreshing while I wait for an agent? This is ridiculous

@REWoman @Rogers Best to cancel. They’ll call you right after trying to retain you. It’s a sad but awful joke! I’m so done with these dated companies that expect loyalty, but don’t know how to give it

@REWoman @One_Percent1 @Rogers Left #Rogers after their big internet outage last year. I am getting much better and more reliable internet service at Bell. The only regret is I should have done it sooner.

@REWoman @Rogers I had the same experience with Fido(a Rogers owned company) legacy customer for 27 years. New customer offers have been nearly continuously lower. Eventually, a business Package became available at another provider where I could get nearly 3 for 1 plus biz perks, etc, so I left.
