    @Rogers @RogersHelps @INTERPOL_HQ Do some mobile phone cases cause more damage than help? Do they block features and cause phones to overheat? Can magnets, etc. damage the phone, etc.? Can someone add something "special" to hack your phone, steal your services, etc.?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions due to the outage a whole business fay was lost with very little communication explaining timelines. 1am until 8pm EST doesn't leave room for recovering that day. @RogersHelps how will you help your customers who run small businesses and lost more time?
