🦅🐙 (@corruptedloln) reported@ghostwolfman @RogersHelps Truly insane, I feel bad for the employees (or AI) who are clearly just following their corporate scripts.
-
Kevin Salmon (@Kevin_Salmon12) reported@RogersHelps That’s fair and I did call but I was on hold. For the cost of service + my needs it’s not performing. I never had any issues with cable until the galaxy boxes were introduced and now this happens. Maybe wifi signal for cable isn’t the way to go

Abhishek Gupta (@abhigup2009) reported@Rogers I have an internet service with you guys since 6 years and since last year I have been getting bad service - 6+ people visiting to fix the issue - still unresolved. On Cancelling why are you charging early cancellation fee for a service level not fulfilled? #disgrace

Carol Tidd (@CarolTidd) reported@RogersHelps The chat help was no help at all, and I have to try again if I want a credit, another 2 hours wasted and wages lost
-
Darrel Norris (@NorrisDarrel) reported@RogersHelps Well, it took being in the queue for 2+ hours, but I have a technician coming tomorrow morning! Thanks for your help.

Burnstation3D (@Burnstation3D) reported@MactelecomN @Rogers That's actually considered a tripping hazard, tech should of booked it in as special request order to direct bury, if direct bury can not be done then they are usually required to direct bore a duct under the paved areas or concrete if they don't want to cut it. The Op manager for that area likely doesn't care or want to budget for it, the local contractors won't touch it or put it in the ground until the orders are given and $ given out by corp. Realistically they should of denied service to this home until one of those things could be done, unless it was to replace an existing working service line that is. I worked for Eastlink in the Martimes for almost 15 years, we had some strict standards on this sorta thing.

A 19 Year Old On Twit (@YearOldOnTwit) reported@nhl_review @Rogers Does that include Jays games and other sporting events, like I’m going to the Marlies game tomorrow, does that make me part of the problem?
