@RogersHelps @Rogers - Hi, we have Rogers Ignite. Many of the services stopped streaming yesterday (example SportsNet Stream). Can you please advise how/when they will be fixed and if we will be provided credits for the disruption in service.

Hey @RogersHelps - I've tried calling you folks 10 times with four phones in the past two days and each time your initial IVR request for phone # entry is not understood by your system. You may be having an issue. I've used a hard land line, an VOIP and two cell phones.
