. (@store189900) reported@RogersHelps I sent an email regarding a major billing error for my business account and haven’t received a response. I'm being billed for 2 lines at $396+ instead of the 1 line at $20 I signed up for. Can someone help me get this corrected? #Rogers #BillingError

s_hughes815 (@s_hughes815) reported@Rogers ChatGPT has pointed out another available ISP that is cheaper than your ridiculous $145.50/month (150gb). to "keep me satisfied" & keep me as a customer, match $45/month (equipment included) for unlimited 120gb wifi & lock-in the rate for 5 years, or else i bolt 🏇

Sameera (@Empress_Sameera) reported@Rogers is such bull ****.. DO NOT SIGN WITH ROGERS OR RENEW YOUR CONTRACT. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! #CROOKS NO LOYALTY

Mike Szeller (@mikeszeller) reported@MacDoug1 @Rogers Yup I get it. The idea would be to use Rogers for Internet and cancel your Bell Internet OR get Bell Fibe TV and cancel your Roger Ignite TV. You cannot mix and match. Both Bell and Rogers TV services require thier Internet service. Both essentially stream now, on their network.

I transferred the number to the new phone but the old provider (Fido - you/Rogers) does not have any confirmation that the number has been transferred to a new service provider.
