@MyEveningOut @RogersBiz If you ask how their mom’s ducts are they hang up quick #filthy

  • nishalshah184 Nishal Shah (@nishalshah184) reported

@RogersHelps Well nothing seems to make a difference! I have wasted my time trying to reach your support team every other day and as I mentioned earlier nothing has been fixed! At this very moment I don’t have internet and throughout the day I have not had stable internet.

  • JvckYoung Jack Young (@JvckYoung) reported

@RogersHelps Internet down in New Tecumseth area, any reason why?

  • wtak0911 Winston Tak (@wtak0911) reported

@RogersHelps After being on hold for an hour, to be falsely told my internet would be ready for my move. 1 hr on hold for a tech to show up 3 days later telling me that he's the wrong tech. 2 hrs on hold to wait 3 more days for internet i'm paying for. This is the worst.

@RogersHelps I need to reroute a port to a different internal port on my Ignite box thing. Proper, full port forwarding. I'm worried because it seems your box does not support this very common and basic feature of practically all routers ever made. Please advise.

  • AimlessMatt Matthamatic 🇨🇦 (@AimlessMatt) reported

@RogersHelps That's unfortunate. I get to spend money on a new router and kill all my ignite features in the process. Fun. Judging from the forum posts it seems like a pretty common complaint and not very 'unique' at all.

@RogersHelps could you please check my connection. It’s been awefully slow. Mostly wifi and only during the evening. Thanks

  • mellui Mel Lui (@mellui) reported

@RogersHelps 5 hours. 6 agents (+IT). Problem still not resolved. This is unacceptable.

  • MurenYou Muren You (@MurenYou) reported

@RogersHelps there is an outage of the internet in North York since 3PM and it is still not working after 6 hours. So disappointed. Thinking of change to Bell. Thanks to your useless maintenance team

@RogersHelps Hey! There is a very low hanging temp line running to 24 Lockhart Lane in King City, ON. I’ve had it scrape the top of my bus a couple of times, and am scared I will end up tearing it down. Any way you could help get this lifted?
