My friend in Canada is having an issue with @Rogers... He had originally signed up to have talk and text to the US included on his plan...They didn't add it to his plan.

@RogersHelps why are you billing me for services I cancelled within three days of poor service? Can't get through to your customer service. Thank god I cancelled as services are terrible

@Bell never experienced such a headache trying to signup as a new customer (porting my number from @Rogers) Literally spent 4 HOURS on calls and reps just blame the 'system'. Was adding a monthly mobility plan but now i'm even debating if I should even keep my home internet.

@RogersHelps You do not need access to my account to suggest that rebooting is most frequent cause of problems. In DM @Rogershelps stated that malfunctioning splitters is most common cause of problems, & they need access to acct to test my splitter.

@RogersHelps waited 3 hours on the hold to get disconnected. 24 hrs on Twitter dm. 24hrs on rogers live chat help. Still no help. Been a Customer since 2004, just want to upgrade my phone and won't let me online. Keeps saying to contact Roger's 🙄 I just want help please
