@LesMoore5 @MichelleRempel @Rogers Poor sound quality with large service gaps depending on weather and geography doesnโ€™t strike me as perfectly designed.

@RogersHelps My SMS works. The only problem is the calls which do not work. I cannot even call Rogers customer care

@RogersHelps What is causing all of these service disruptions?? I am paying almost $300 a month, my bill keeps going up but the service keeps going downhill. Very frustrating and disruptive.

@RogersHelps Iโ€™ve done that. Iโ€™ve tried everything you can try and suggest. It comes down to crappy signal period. Iโ€™m not the only one who has this issue.

The amount of times I keep calling @Rogers just to downgrade is ridiculousโ€ฆ @RogersHelps either answer the call, or Iโ€™m canceling my service

My colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.

@RogersHelps I have just switched to a different network. The problem has been solved. Thank you.

@RogersHelps @vandana_bhalla How about stop buying out your competition to the point where you have no capital left and need to lay off ALL your Canadian support team and move support overseas?

@rodmickleburgh @Rogers I canโ€™t believe how many people are upset by this yet never listened to in when it was on the air.

@stevkev1701 @rodmickleburgh @Rogers There was notice. When these stations reviewed their numbers every day or week. They would see the writing on the wall. If youโ€™re a cook at restaurant but you get only 1 customer a day who orders a bowl of soup do you get to act surprised when the restaurant owner closes shop?
