@RogersHelps You're charging me $6+tax more than I was quoted for my services. I called. The CSR saw it & put in a request for a credit for my last 2 bills. He says I will have to call each month to request a credit. He says that's the way it is. Please help. That's crazy.

Dear @Rogers. I had been with you for years. My phones and internet. I worked in your store for a year. I bleed red. For the last few months your internet has been disgusting. Unreliable. And you increased base rates. Unacceptable. I had to switch to Bell. Fix your network.

@RogersHelps You give the same reply to everyone. Just fix the ongoing issues. If they continue I will leave for your competition, and I suggest everyone else who is frustrated with Rogers do the same. Fix the issues though and we are all good.
