@ElmDrawsStuff @RogersHelps How about a month's credit worth instead of $1.60? No service has caused much more losses for some people who own businesses, no debit.

@RogersHelps This outage exploited a major problem in Canada and how this **** company has a monopoly over Canada

@RogersHelps All I expect is a credit for how long the outage lasted, as I'm not greedy/entitled like the rest that can't live without internet/TV/debit. The losses that (non) customers had is their own fault for not having a backup plan, and everyone should have emergency food/cash on hand.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers no it doesn't "happen" their outage showed how much control they have over Canada. Us non rogers customers were affected too. If you don't think its weird that all debit/atm machines were down across Canada because of one company then you can't be helped.

@bag_cats @RogersHelps I had a similar thought yesterday - it was like in my younger, pre-internet days, when you communicated by landline. No landline, no communication.🤷🏼 But I empathise with the younger generation that have never known that. They've been completely raised in technology.

@tosajohn @RogersHelps Yes, but that doesn’t help when this happens at a store. And if your landline is with Rogers, you’re no farther ahead.
