@birgitomo @Rogers Human error caused the BGP issue. It happens more than you think. Rogers failed to do timely problem determination. Also, it appears their Change Control/Maint SOP is lacking. Major faux pas on their part.

@RogersHelps So, while I have slow internet back I can only access a few local channels on ignite, can't connect to the playstation network, websites are loading slow or not at all.. I'd hardly say things are fixed

@RogersHelps Markham L3S area still down and counting day 3 with zero ability to reach out to support.home with covid & no wifi or tv services can’t read a book cause migraines have me. Going stir crazy soon. @Rogers services are not fully restored.

@Rogers @RogersHelps still no service but you are telling people everything is fine now? Hopefully you know most people arent going to accept a 3.75 credit considering this is 2 years in a row. A billion dollar corporation doesn't have a worker with brains to realize this
