Just getting to bed now after trying to complete deadline work. Lost an entire business day because @Rogers dropped the Ericsson ball. No warning. They just went ahead and updated critical network software without thinking of the damage it could cause if something went wrong.

@Rogers Empty apologies for 12+ hours & counting of no service is not acceptable. What do you intend to do about the social impact that this #rogersoutage #rogersfail has had? Nothing..... yeah, I figured because how dare a huge monopoly take responsibility?!?!?!
