    @Murse759 I’m not entirely sure, why the big difference between SGI and ICBC. Perhaps coverage levels? Also if I’m not mistaken the profits from SGI Canada subsidize their provincial rates. I lived in Sask for five years and really enjoyed the service from both Sasktel and SGI.

    Wait so now Sasktel is going to charge you $2 a month to have an email address 🙄 what the hell has this world come to, like wtf

    @CJMENews This is not only wrong as a Sasktel customer, but is a terrible idea. Considering how many logins (I have ~ 300) are associated with an email this is very disruptive to their customers. They shouldn’t give you at least a year to switch to other email providers.

    @SaskTel With the decision to charge for email addresses and not even include a single one with service, will those of us who agreed to a contract price, that included email still be stuck with that contract? I do know how to forward, this is just about losing part of a contract

    @CurtisMazenc @WotherspoonT Paying @sasktel over 100.00 a month for internet service for 20+ years and now they want another 10.00 per month. Screw it! I am going elsewhere. TBH, the pain of switching email addys was the only thing keeping me from changing providers for the last 10 years. So long sasktel!

    @alexYQR I went to star link for internet. Tried keeping my Sasktel email for business. After months of having them randomly shut down my email for a variety of reasons I pay google for my business email instead. No disasters since. Why pay Sasktel $3 a month for email that don’t work

    Hey @SaskTel it’s been almost a year since my condo in East Regina had wiring installed for infinet. At the time in February 2021 I was told a couple of months and service should be available. Why can neighbouring homes get service and I cannot?

    @MittensEsq @joelghill SaskTel sucks at email. Proton Mail is far superior and secure.

    @dancewithme_66 @SaskTel @alexYQR You may not like it but you should start planning an email transition. SaskTel will exit this service in a short few years. This is a first step.

    @SaskTel Thanks for the info. It's appreciated although I'm definitely not looking forward to the process. I feel that SaskTel should have at least included the email service for free until internet contracts expire.

    @SuttonPlace77 @LHubich I was a Sasktel internet customer for 10 years and never used their email address. There are too many better, free alternatives I would suggest people migrate to asap.
