Next week I expect it to be shit again. Seems you have to yell at someone weekly to get what you pay for.

Some couldn't even get out or work because of the snow. It's not just a today issue. These vans are an issue ALL winter long. The people making the decisions aren't the ones driving them, obviously.

We have to run to a window if someone phones out cells phones while we are in the house. When someone set fire to a mattress in the alley and burned down a power pole, the SaskTel Repair Team explained that it was arson. I contacted the police to offer my CCTV footage with the start time, I was told it was a wiring fault. Hilarious!

Asking the service provider ( from a technical perspective ) could lead to reasonable doubt. Not to mention the larger privacy concerns.
