@alexYQR @SaskTel Which tier of service do you have?

  • forsyth_barb Rev Barb (@forsyth_barb) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

@SteveRickettsSP @Scribulatora Many Saskatchewanians still use our crown Sasktel for internet and phones. I don't recall experiencing an outage like Roger's had ever.

  • EternalBlueSix Eternal Blue Six (@EternalBlueSix) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

@SaskTel Thanks. Started a live chat but it's support, not sales. I'll have to call sales. Would I call Sasktel directly or my usual store, Bolt Mobility?

  • zaheedonism Zaheed Bardai (@zaheedonism) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

@dangoldmedia are you at home today? Do you have @SaskTel home Internet? Ours is down but trying to pinpoint if it’s a me issue or a we issue

  • forsyth_barb Rev Barb (@forsyth_barb) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Sasktel needs to fix its spam filter. This is getting tiresome.

  • TheJamesIn3D James is Staying Home (@TheJamesIn3D) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Also I can only get onto Twitter via @sasktel wireless. SaskTel internet seems to have issues with some sites right now. Yes, I’ve rebooted all the things. ;)

  • roxdar33 Darnell Therres (@roxdar33) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Maybe if we privatize @SaskTel we could get some proper service.

  • sneakyfox Kim Schmidt (@sneakyfox) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

@MarkPoppen @cdnjay @SaskTel there's a dozen at least all getting stuck yesterday & today. Some couldn't even get out or work because of the snow. It's not just a today issue. These vans are an issue ALL winter long. The people making the decisions aren't the ones driving them, obviously.

  • cambird Cam Bird (@cambird) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

@SaskTel 35 mins after I initiated the call. Finally got issue resolved

  • g_muyres Gerard Muyres (@g_muyres) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Remember @SaskMLA @SKGov this union does not support you in any way. During the Sasktel strike they said “Moe Must Go”. The 600k co-op members do not support this union and their actions. We do support your party with our votes

@bigmothufacking I’ve never paid more than $200 for a phone, sasktel upgrades ftw lol

  • revealthebull Justine Justice (@revealthebull) reported

Sasktel purchases the cheapest equipment possible to service their streaming internet services. They intentionally do this to upsell services. They are planning on charging $50 for service calls to fix their terrible equipment. Looking for ways to hose users of the services

  • midnightxtc Midnightblondie (@midnightxtc) reported

@SaskTel you guys have terrible ******* internet and data **** you

  • sjmcos SJMCOS (@sjmcos) reported

  • LifeOfEggz Ryan Eggen (@LifeOfEggz) reported

    Ok it's 2023, why ******** isn't the #Flames and Seattle game working @Sportsnet @SaskTelSupport @SaskTel

  • 0Sparkee S. Spark (@0Sparkee) reported

@SaskTel The infiNET 20 plan is going up $5/month but you can save $10/month by signing a 2 year contract? It’s crazy to think that a dedicated customer of almost 40 years needs to sign a 2 year contract to save a few dollars.

  • LheureuxConrad Conrad (@LheureuxConrad) reported

@CKOMNews they never were free. You told me i could keep my sasktel email adress because i still had a sasktel device. Now since i already give you 80 per month with poor service in my area and still non existant service at my cabin. You need a little more eh

  • alanjhamann Alan Hamann (@alanjhamann) reported

@SaskTel @JeffDMichel @SaskTel please answer my question on how the customer is protected in a contract with you?

  • revealthebull Justine Justice (@revealthebull) reported

@SaskTel If I call for services I might be charged a $50 fee to discuss the issue as It is well known that Sasktel purchases the cheapest and lowest-end quality equipment you can purchase and then you try and upsell services that you cannot deliver in the first place.
