    @cenobyte Sounds like Sasktel. They will rim the ***** ass of a Telus customer to get them to switch but wouldn't fart in the general direction of a current customer to keep them!

    @ZiadFazel @SaskTel My house is small (by other standards) and the router is not that far away. I ditched Sask tel a year ago because of this issue, and was told when fibre was in the area it would be way better. Paying for the fastest available and getting a fraction of it and I'm NOT happy

    @BaldurBarons @rgstone1 I tagged Sasktel pissed off once about my Max TV going down during a Rider game #FirstWorldProblems. The DMed me the next day, Then phoned and gave me 2 free movies and said sorry. I was impressed for sure. Your internet people are going to be shot soon.

    On hold with @SaskTelSupport AGAIN. My "fibreoptic" #Infinite300 internet died today in the middle of my #Engineering student's lecture. Took a reboot x2 to get it to kick back in. @SaskTel you are THIS CLOSE to losing a customer again. 😑😑😑 #NOThappy

    @ExnerPirot CO-OP is more expensive than non cooperative competition although it is often the only store in many rural towns. Sasktel is also notoriously unreliable despite having a monopoly on cell towers. We have starlink at home & in the cars to make up for Sasktel’s lack of service

    @JBMcAdams @SaskTel @bellmts is no better on the Manitoba side of the border. Coverage is intermittent from Russell to Bunge and then basically nonexistent to the border. So if the reason is that the coverage can’t cross the border then why do we pay for service that does not exist

    ZerΓΈ was the name I would eventually go by if we had the cybernetic society that was filled with bad data infecting systems and threatening to take over the whole system. The system will be in place, the first step was the Shaw and SaskTel WiFi hotspots.

    SaskTel service outage impacting Whitecap Dakota First Nation and other communities May 27, 2026 – SaskTel is currently experiencing a service outage impacting Internet, Wireless, and Landline (SaskTel Home and Business Phone) services in and around Whitecap Dakota First Nation, Pike Lake, Gledhow and the surrounding areas. SaskTel technicians have been dispatched to resolve the outage, however, there currently is no estimated time of repair. SaskTel would like to apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause for customers and thank them for their patience while we work to restore services as quickly as possible. In the event of an emergency, residents in and around the community will need to physically contact their nearest emergency services for assistance.

    Starlink made deal with Sasktel,a crown corp. Sasktel will manage account and can demand service cancelled. Sounds to me like a foundation for a blackout if Sask rise up against the gov. Know this, We can still deal with Starlink direct and bypass the Crown for now. see πŸ‘€πŸ‘‡
