    @hallsy_30 @SaskTel Glad you got it resolved. I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Wishing you the best of the best!

    @hallsy_30 @SaskTel Infuriating internet moguls! SHAW first told me my crap speed was my devices. 2nd guy agreed it definitely wasn’t. Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

    @dennydenny1020 I just ordered too. I was just thinking before we moved out here I was still paying $99/mo for gigabit fibre service in Ontario. I won’t complain though, still gonna be better than Xplornet or Sasktel

    @Melnychuk86 Yeah a Sasktel engineer told me this (server issue) when I asked if there was any way to improve dl speed, or esp. Ping and he said "not unless you can increase the speed of light."

    @SaskWallaceP @David_Moscrop I thought SaskTel got privatised? Whether so or not, that’s the solution: Take SaskTel or another Crown Corp nationwide. Our cell phone bills would drop by $25-30 overnight.

    @SaskTel I get the notifications, I just wish the document would be ATTACHED to the notification. Sask Power/Energy doesn't have any issue with this.

    @KristinRaworth Lol. Go for it!! That would be the best “how we met” story everrr! There was a Sasktel support guy once that was over the top nice. I feel like we could’ve been really good buddies. Apparently, we lived on the same street. lol

    @SaskTel The cost of delivering service went up 50-100%??? I could understand a 2% increase, or a 10% increase if you're desperate, but a doubling in the price of the same phone call on the same non-plan?

    @saskatoonGord @PennyLyRo @SaskTel The wifi and internet are SO bad at my place my phone can’t even play a video. I upgraded the internet and still get slowed down data.

    Okay, @SaskTel I MUST admit that the customer service reps I spoke with were both FANTASTIC & restored my services without additional fees immediately, when I told them what was going on. The situation initially sucked, but the ladies were as friendly & compassionate as could be.
