Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Have had to do this for quite some time now, shows full service but does not allow any calls to come in or texts.

Asking the service provider ( from a technical perspective ) could lead to reasonable doubt. Not to mention the larger privacy concerns.
