Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. We have to run to a window if someone phones out cells phones while we are in the house. We keep our landline because cell service is so ******, we are on a farm and have wifi but that doesn’t help phone calls.

Sasktel technical service said no ETA on fix. Told me my neighbourhood was marked fixed and no technicians available until tomorrow evening. Home business owner here pretty frustrated!
