    @MelissaBrie @SaskTel That's why I've never bought it. It's a total scam. Alas, you got duped.

    @hallsy_30 @SaskTel Infuriating internet moguls! SHAW first told me my crap speed was my devices. 2nd guy agreed it definitely wasn’t. Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

  • sohotitsart Megan (@sohotitsart) reported from Calgary, Alberta

    @hallsy_30 @SaskTel Glad you got it resolved. I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Wishing you the best of the best!

    @Safimod @czemeres @SaskTelSupport Shaw, Access, Sasktel, every one of them have a chargeable service for improving your wifi since we all rely on it more/demand more of our wifi. This isn't new anymore, it's our reality now.

    @Tshock44812896 I'm in Canada and actually I know someone who tried to get one of those flip phones to work. Ordered off Amazon but couldn't get it connected to the Sasktel network (or the other cell providers' networks) so it was a waste of money. Most of the telecoms only accept certain brands

    @logicbusterttv @rockhardwetgec @SaskTel I called and filed a complaint.

  • jesbattis Jes Battis (@jesbattis) reported

    My SaskTel internet is appallingly slow. My building won’t support the fiber optic internet and the only place the modem works is in my bedroom so it’s like a tortoise race.

  • saskboy Saskboy from Saskatchewan (@saskboy) reported

    @SaskTel $85/mon should include unlimited data at LTE speed, as it used to be unlimited for $70, 11 years ago. Technology is better today, it shouldn't cost more for less service.

  • JabberwockyP Jabberwocky (@JabberwockyP) reported

    @WBrettWilson @nationalpost Like Saskatchewan's fear of eliminating public mobility service which has kept their rates the lowest in Canada since forever? Robelus can either afford those SK rates, or they lose money there, and the rest of us pay (until they squeeze out Sasktel). That's the play & u know it.

    Shout out to @SaskTel for squeezing us in for a fibre optic service call on a cancelation less than 12 hours after I called. I'm grateful for the outstanding and professional customer service.
