Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. SaskTel Support (@SaskTelSupport) reportedOn March 18, crews will be completing scheduled maintenance on the satellite network that supports SaskTel Landline Phone services (Home Phone and Business Phone) in Uranium City. As a result of this work, SaskTel Landline services will be unavailable for approximately eight hours in and around the community. While crews will work to complete the maintenance as quickly as possible, the exact timing of the service interruption and restoration cannot be confirmed in advance.

So that leaves 2 possibilities. Either they lost money on providing service there for that price (gouging the rest of us to make up for it) or it was still profitable.

Sasktel technical service has no fix & no ETA. Told me my neighborhood was marked fixed and technicians now busy until tomorrow evening! Home business owner here very frustrated!

Justine Justice (@revealthebull) reported@SaskTel To prevent people from online scams perhaps you should do something with all the scam calls reported for tracing and shut down the scammers. A competent Sasktel should be able to do this. Since you seem to know how to threaten paying customers.

It would be like Sasktel, labelled a government funded utility. He acting like its some sort of "gotcha" moment when its not.
