Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Rob Warkentin (@RobWarkentin) reported@jbomberag @SaskTel @davisinst I've had good luck with their support in the past as well. Because both of mine are doing the same thing and started at the same time, I'm thinking it's more of a network issue in this case.

Borders are difficult to cover as SaskTel faces all towers inward and cannot have our cell footprint spill across the border which can cause fringe zones where boosters may be needed for less than ideal coverage

What Sasktel does do is invest more in infrastructure for our vast rural areas than regular providers would. I'm OK to pay a "little" more for that and we support them for that reason.

SaskTel Support (@SaskTelSupport) reportedOn March 18, crews will be completing scheduled maintenance on the satellite network that supports SaskTel Landline Phone services (Home Phone and Business Phone) in Uranium City. As a result of this work, SaskTel Landline services will be unavailable for approximately eight hours in and around the community. While crews will work to complete the maintenance as quickly as possible, the exact timing of the service interruption and restoration cannot be confirmed in advance.
