I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Megan (@sohotitsart) reported from Calgary, Alberta@hallsy_30 @SaskTel Infuriating internet moguls! SHAW first told me my crap speed was my devices. 2nd guy agreed it definitely wasn’t. Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.
