Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Have had to do this for quite some time now, shows full service but does not allow any calls to come in or texts.

Fid (@Fidelities) reported@SaskTelSupport Nothing like waiting a week and a half for an appointment, the tech showing up late and then not being able to fix it, getting rebooked and then having to wait for the maxTV to turn on at a later date despite self-install. Pure incompetence by @SaskTel.
