Megan (@sohotitsart) reported from Calgary, Alberta@hallsy_30 @SaskTel Infuriating internet moguls! SHAW first told me my crap speed was my devices. 2nd guy agreed it definitely wasn’t. Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. I mean, I paid $500 to Sasktel for their Fusion equipment, plus $199 to install it on a mast on my roof, and only used it for a month, so.........

(SaskTel, Access) the issue would point to something environmental. Are you in an apartment/condo area ? Your screen shots seem to be done with a mobile device.which would indicate a possible wifi issue.

Dave K (@kolodyd) reported@saskryan @SaskTel I'm on the infinet 20 and I'm always at 20 unless the box needs a reboot. I had problems with one of my patch cables as well which dropped the speed I was getting. Take a laptop and use a minimum cat5e patch cable and test network speed starting at the SaskTel router.

Same goes with cell service, we are in the middle of 2 towers but have to spend more money on cell boosters so it works in our house!
