Megan (@sohotitsart) reported from Calgary, Alberta@hallsy_30 @SaskTel Infuriating internet moguls! SHAW first told me my crap speed was my devices. 2nd guy agreed it definitely wasn’t. Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.
-
Megan (@sohotitsart) reported from Calgary, Alberta@hallsy_30 @SaskTel Glad you got it resolved. I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Wishing you the best of the best!
-
Blaine Deutscher (@DeutscherBlaine) reported from Calgary, Alberta@SaskTel I never did get a callback at all. I’m going to call again Monday.
-
Phil Ollenberg (@PhilOllenberg) reported from Calgary, Alberta@MelissaBrie @SaskTel That's why I've never bought it. It's a total scam. Alas, you got duped.

Mona (@Mona_1210) reported@SaskTelSupport How about in the Warman area? My internet is slow and sometimes no connection since this morning. Update, please I'm calling SaskTel customer service I'm on hold
-
John Coleman (@JohnColeman1970) reported@alexmarz @SaskTel @Telesat That's what I expect from someone living in a city who is not using Rural internet Providers! As an IT & Cybersecurity Company that supports travel and works across Canada there is nothing as easy and that works as well as Starlink. From Africa to Canada! There are ways to secure data beyond your ISP, if people are not using that they should be. Telesat has been promising their solution for 5 years now, 4 Billion in Taxpayers money and still no testing. Amazon Leo is testing but is also US based.

SaskTel (@SaskTel) reported@TKeeps @JBMcAdams I am sorry to hear you're having trouble with the coverage. Borders are difficult to cover as SaskTel faces all towers inward and cannot have our cell footprint spill across the border which can cause fringe zones where boosters may be needed for less than ideal coverage
-
TD (@oOTD83Oo) reported@SaskTel @sskroughriders Now it's just working, I never found a purchase button or anything... Top notch
-
Jonathan Adams (@JBMcAdams) reportedDoes anyone else in border communities have **** cell phone service ? We are 4 miles from border and 4 miles to a @SaskTel cell phone tower and for the last week we’ve had to go to the house to send a text ? Theory is that neither of cell providers want to cross the border
-
B (@SKnewstalk) reported@SaskTel who are you going to rip off this month? That's right! Every single customer of yours. @PremierScottMoe it's time to fire the leadership @sasktel and force them to bring rates down.
