I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

Asking the service provider ( from a technical perspective ) could lead to reasonable doubt. Not to mention the larger privacy concerns.

Local news? Do newspapers? (it bugs me that OS didn’t prove their case by getting on Cogeco, SaskTel, Videotron etc. Would’ve been faster)
