Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Asking the service provider ( from a technical perspective ) could lead to reasonable doubt. Not to mention the larger privacy concerns.

B (@B97932652) reported@sasktel sure has nothing to say for themselves. First they increased bills without notifying me. Mine went up by $11 a month. Then they cut data speeds for people that use more then 10gb. Speeds went down by 75% this is a crooked crown Corp!! @PremierScottMoe

Sasktel technical service said no ETA on fix. Told me my neighbourhood was marked fixed and no technicians available until tomorrow evening. Home business owner here pretty frustrated!
