  • sohotitsart Megan (@sohotitsart) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@hallsy_30 @SaskTel Infuriating internet moguls! SHAW first told me my crap speed was my devices. 2nd guy agreed it definitely wasn’t. Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

  • adolwyn Beth Allan (@adolwyn) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@JoanneVerbeek Thanks Joanne! Bummer to hear, @SaskTel. 😢 You could have had a new customer!

  • sohotitsart Megan (@sohotitsart) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@hallsy_30 @SaskTel Glad you got it resolved. I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Wishing you the best of the best!

  • DeutscherBlaine Blaine Deutscher (@DeutscherBlaine) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@SaskTel I never did get a callback at all. I’m going to call again Monday.

@ebbsebbs27 YOU DON’T KNOW KEN!!! Ken is his own man and ... actually, yeah. That makes sense. Hey, @SaskTel ... you need to hack a Rogers phone. Shouldn’t be a problem ... I’ve heard their network security is like Oilers goaltending ... #BelowAverage

  • DinoRancho (Fake) Pastor Dino Den Esau, Hot Takes LTD (@DinoRancho) reported

Interesting. A good friend, who has a hard of hearing son, just sent me the forms from SaskTel that allow hard of hearing people, (me, I never admit but I do have the hardware), to save $15 a month on their wireless bill. OK, this has been a pretty good day. Where's Allen Funt?

  • SaskTelSupport SaskTel Support (@SaskTelSupport) reported

@dash4solo @SaskTel 1/2 You're right, for whatever reason there's been an increase in scam activity lately. We're continually working on ways to try and block these from our networks but it's not that easy 😞. I've attached some information below that might help in regards to reporting/reducing

  • FraserPxP John Fraser (@FraserPxP) reported

@SaskGatz @saskrushfans My sources say replacing Sasktel is one of the reasons there is near zero municipal support on this. It would all have to come from the private sector

  • ckwarren74 Chris Warren (@ckwarren74) reported

@SaskTel do you not know the time change is coming? Or they Saskatchewan doesn't change? Every 6 months you are surprised and take many hours to reset your network time. How many people were disrupted this morning bc of wrong alarm times?

  • jacobzehr Jacob Zehr (@jacobzehr) reported

@Melnychuk86 Yeah a Sasktel engineer told me this (server issue) when I asked if there was any way to improve dl speed, or esp. Ping and he said "not unless you can increase the speed of light."

  • Kohlert2 Rory Kohlert (@Kohlert2) reported

@suketheboot @SaskTel Every internet company does that. Most people don’t know how to check what speeds they are getting or don’t notice. Sooo many people over pay for a service they aren’t getting.

  • mclean_brad Brad mclean (@mclean_brad) reported

Well, so much for watching the oilers win , thanks @sasktel pausing and freezing . Cable box was replaced today, second one in a year. Now maybe 3 cable boxes will fix it. Truly this is garbage.

  • TerryH649 Terry Harris (@TerryH649) reported

    @BrantPalko @SaskTel That sucks
