    @hallsy_30 @SaskTel Glad you got it resolved. I politely complained at one point & they did give me 2 months free but my service is still spotty as a teenager. Oh well, it’s a pretty first world problem so I’m trying to be accepting. Wishing you the best of the best!

    @hallsy_30 @SaskTel Infuriating internet moguls! SHAW first told me my crap speed was my devices. 2nd guy agreed it definitely wasn’t. Tech who came to my house said I could have the privilege of paying an extra 10$ a month for pods to get the speed I should have had all along I’ve paying been for.

    @SaskTel maybe if you went back to being able to make bill payments IN CASH, in your Sasktel stores, it would prevent your associates from having a power trip when the customer has financial proof their bill is ALL up to date even during these hard times!!!

    @SaskTel outage on SE side of Lloydminster, SK. Began around 12:20am. Rebooted modem and still no signal for tv/internet.

    There will be a planned SaskTel outage Dec. 17 from midnight to 6:00am on Montreal Lake Cree Nation. There will be no phone service for landlines, Internet or wireless customers.

    @SaskTel Then this SaskTel employee on the support line, tells me he can't transfer recorded stuff from one set top box to another set top box. Cause it is in the hard drive. Since when can't U transfer files from one hard drive to another.

    @SaskTelSupport is their a problem with the Sasktel mobility in the Saskatoon evergreen area. We can only get a 3G connection. Nothing LTE will work
