@Murse759 I’m not entirely sure, why the big difference between SGI and ICBC. Perhaps coverage levels? Also if I’m not mistaken the profits from SGI Canada subsidize their provincial rates. I lived in Sask for five years and really enjoyed the service from both Sasktel and SGI.

@TELUSsupport My wife got a call supposedly from your support number offering a ‘special promotion’ only available through the Telus office in Ont to switch from Sasktel to Telus. Talk & text as well as 60 Gb of data for $35/phone. Wanted two pieces of ID, divers licence, SIN or credit card

Thanks @SaskTel, Week 1 of NFL and your internet is so slow it can’t connect to any SmartTV in the house, this after we upgraded our speed. We don’t need rebates from SGI, we need rebates from Sasktel.

A story for labour day. I used to work in IT. In the late 2000s, I worked at a tech support call centre at SaskTel. SaskTel directed workers to take regular, hourly breaks from data entry to avoid repetitive strain injuries (RSIs). Except for call centre workers...

Screw this @MyAccessCA and your ****** box resets. This happens way to much for what I pay. No “tech” can fix it. Absolutely done with you and going with @SaskTel because their customer support actually tries to resolve a reoccurring issue.
