@Murse759 I’m not entirely sure, why the big difference between SGI and ICBC. Perhaps coverage levels? Also if I’m not mistaken the profits from SGI Canada subsidize their provincial rates. I lived in Sask for five years and really enjoyed the service from both Sasktel and SGI.

@KevinS55978750 @honkboy101 @amazon Are we going to sit here and debate who gets better service while they’re camping? I’m saying emergency services and banks (and so all retail pretty much) are not going to start using Koodo. Even fido runs off Rogers. And Sasktel might if you’re in Ontario or whatever.

@olumuyiwaayo There was nothing like disruption in Saskatchewan except for banks, there is Sasktel, Kudo, Bell, Virgin and other mobile and internet service providers spread around the province. I think the government will do well by putting an end to this monopoly by rogers it is risky

Hey #Saskatchewan. Never ever, under any circumstances sell @SaskTel RIP MTS & AGT You can look forward to higher fees, less service and massive profits for shareholders.

@TorontoStar We need a minimum of a fourth player. Maybe the government needs to help set it up. Saskatchewan has 4 and Sasktel is gov owned. Also block sage merger.

@biletubes @MondoAlberta @PierrePoilievre Btw I have worked in the industry for a decade. Including 8 yrs at telus. The network is the part that failed yesterday. Thats not true. SaskTel’s price and service keeps rates in SK far lower than private sector competition has anywhere in the country.

@SKLaurieLS @ProfSmithSask @SaskTel I'm paying 120 a month for internet in the heart of Toronto -- with Rogers. You can get cheaper service but it's not enough for me. And 100 a month isn't expensive for a cell.

@ajesusjoseph @TorontoStar Rogers is the problem, right? Out here, SaskTel was fine. The point is "always available" because it's essentially a public utility

@ProfSmithSask @suestroud @SaskTel But do they have their own network or do they use Rogers/Bell/Telus’ network?
