@SaskTel @m3t4lw01f I have a question. Why don’t you permanently remove the data cap that fusion has? You have proved it hasn’t caused issues the multiple times you have done it over the last 12 months. Why can’t you make that change permanent?

@RyanGreyeyes @mandeeinthe306 @SaskTelSupport I am in a house, thats not huge (1100 sq ft)and even used SaskTel "extender" (that did nothing) And after all the visits by "techs" I'm a little bit annoyed at paying for a service I'm *not* getting!

  • toddduffin Todd Duffin (@toddduffin) reported

@SaskTel And sorry this still sucks. As a sask resident.. I pay $160+ for tv services, including the TSN and SN channels, all 10 of them... now I have to spend about $150 more to watch edm/cal/wpg on the road... home games I know we get, which is great! But help us on the road!!

Maaaaan! I switched my internet provider from Shaw to Sasktel, which I was SUPER hesitant about and sure enough - my YouTube buffers now, which would never ever happen with Shaw (at least from my personal experience) 😌

  • DonSather2 Don Sather (@DonSather2) reported

@Lefty_Mind I love sasktel service. And price.

  • kolodyd Dave K (@kolodyd) reported

@saskryan @SaskTel I'm on the infinet 20 and I'm always at 20 unless the box needs a reboot. I had problems with one of my patch cables as well which dropped the speed I was getting. Take a laptop and use a minimum cat5e patch cable and test network speed starting at the SaskTel router.

@JoelKampen My kids go over the data cap every month on sasktel cell and say they never notice the difference. Still better than the internet we have at the house.

  • tmccann14 Tanya McCann (@tmccann14) reported

Talking to a young man that is trying to do school work at home in rural Saskatchewan and it is so poor that he can’t download what he needs!! After covid hit I thought maybe Sasktel would step up and help out the rural people!! @SaskTelSupport @SaskTel

  • ADDandy Andrew Taylor (@ADDandy) reported

@SaskTel any update on when you’ll have a plan to compete with Shaw’s gigabite internet service?

  • mattbombay Matt Bombay (@mattbombay) reported

Someone from @SaskTel reach out to me. Because I am tired of paying for Internet 300 from @shawcable and getting garbage speeds and being told everything is fine and to reset my modem... again!
