@shakespearesask @SaskTel @NutrienLTD Too bad I didn't manage to get a ticket for MacBeth this year before it was all sold out. Congratulations!

  • martypython Worst year ever. (@martypython) reported

@CP24 Nationalize the infrastructure. Assume the costs that Bell claim cost billions. Sell packets to service providers while you offer a cheaper plan (see Sasktel).

  • DanielJarcan Daniel Jarčan (@DanielJarcan) reported

@riotsurvivor @RileyMiner @theJagmeetSingh Sasktel was on the list of Wall’s crown assets to liquidate though SK Party were forced to cancel after public/opposition pressure. Moe will finish it off though as commodities are done plus there’s the drought year.

  • DougMedernach Doug Medernach (@DougMedernach) reported

@SaskTel your customer service needs work. Online chats tell me to call. Phone calls put you on hold for eternity. Try hiring some more staff.

Crown corporations like Sasktel and Hydro One (before it was privatized…) are also important because they provide competition to drive down prices and the consistent funding trough taxes and the large user base allow the cost per person to be lower than any private company.

BTW @SaskTel, your upper management should really run an audit on your customer service & sales agents example: a family member of mine who had been with you for 15yrs GREAT CREDIT, ran into a prob w/phone, was denied service so he cancelled his account @TELUS Got your customer

  • DarsChaos Darla Therese (@DarsChaos) reported

my billing date for #sasktel is the 23rd, the "due date" is 14 days later and every bill i have late charges for "30 days overdue" ..... wtf....not impressed. 🙄🙄

  • StephanieNel10 Stephanie Nel (@StephanieNel10) reported

@SaskTel hey sasktel, so great that you offer a 14 day exchange policy, but then when a customer tries to use it within 24 hours, you want to charge us the entire phone balance? Even when we bring the device back? Wonder what my lawyer will say about this?
