WeimerLVR (@WapWes) reported@SaskTelSupport @tmccann14 @SaskTel Don’t feel bad I live in Asquith and we don’t have in reliable in buiding coverage. I have to use WIFI to make and recieve calls. The tower is located out of town. It didn’t work in Meadow Lake, Loon Lake or Goodsoil until they put towers right in town. I was A TST for 38 years.

Have had to do this for quite some time now, shows full service but does not allow any calls to come in or texts.

Effective April 1, 2026, the province’s crown corporation will manage installation, equipment purchases, and billing in-house for qualifying rural businesses holding a valid GST number. This initiative directly supports small farms, mines, and forestry operations in areas where traditional fibre or broadband infrastructure remains costly and slow to deploy. Existing Starlink Business customers can switch to SaskTel billing at no charge, allowing them to consolidate services seamlessly. The move represents a meaningful advancement in closing the connectivity gap for rural Saskatchewan enterprises.

Sasktel continues to try and charge fees to fund the CEO incompetence and unskilled employee work force.

Justine Justice (@revealthebull) reported@SaskTel To prevent people from online scams perhaps you should do something with all the scam calls reported for tracing and shut down the scammers. A competent Sasktel should be able to do this. Since you seem to know how to threaten paying customers.
